Abstract

Di era digitalisasi saat ini, pengelolaan surat menyurat sebagai salah satu bentuk komunikasi tertulis di dalam suatu organisasi sudah dilakukan melalui media elektronik. Kantor Perwakilan BKKBN Jawa Barat termasuk salah satu instansi pemerintah yang sudah memanfaatkan aplikasi pengelolaan surat yaitu SRIKANDI. Pemanfaatan aplikasi SRIKANDI ini dilakukan mengacu pada Peraturan Presiden Nomor 95 tahun 2018 tentang Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik dan Keputusan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Nomor 679 tahun 2020 tentang Aplikasi Umum Bidang Kearsipan Dinamis. Berdasarkan arahan dalam peraturan tersebut dimana peraturan tersebut mendorong instansi pemerintah untuk membangun sistem pemerintahan berbasis elektronik, maka penulis tertarik untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut tentang pemanfaatan aplikasi SRIKANDI di Kantor Perwakilan BKKBN Jawa Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi aplikasi SRIKANDI dalam meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi tertulis di Kantor Perwakilan BKKBN Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dimana teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi literatur dan observasi. Hasil dan kebaharuan dari penelitian, menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan aplikasi SRIKANDI sudah cukup baik, karena penggunaannya sudah efektif dan optimal dalam  proses pengelolaan surat menyurat.

Abstract

Technological developments in the business world, especially in the field of human resources, can be both opportunities and threats.   To deal with it, human resources must be able to adapt to technological developments and improve their skills.   Technological transformation in human resource management involves collecting, maintaining, and updating employee data as well as activities such as recruitment, selection, training, and Performance management.  Discipline is an important factor in employee assessment, because good discipline can prevent ineffectiveness at work.  Human Resources Information System (HRIS) applications, such as the Integrated Human Capital System (DigiHC), can support effective and efficient management of employee discipline, but challenges remain in the use of these applications, such as filling attendance that is less than optimal. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the use of the DigiHC application in measuring employee discipline at Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) KCU Perguruan Tinggi Bandung. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Primary data were collected through observation and interviews with related parties, while secondary data came from junals and reports. The results of this research are expected to help BNI in improving employee discipline through the  use of the DigiHC application.

Abstract

Technology is developing more rapidly in the industrial era 4.0 marked by the emergence of various sophisticated applications equipped with artificial intelligence to support office work. This has an impact on the work sector that relies on skills, especially the secretarial profession. At the technology company PT Langgeng Sejahtera Kreasi Komputasi, the Redmine project management application has begun to be implemented to run projects within the company. The Redmine is used by the secretary as a meeting monitoring tool. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with literature study techniques sourced from journals, books, and scientific articles. The results of the study show that Redmine, which is used as a Secretary Role Application to monitor meetings, can produce effective meeting results. However, in practice PT Langgeng Sejahtera Kreasi Komputasi needs to carry out further development.

Abstract

Company’s performance is one of indicator which reflect the success that has been achieved by a company in a specific time. One of factor that influence to the company’s performance is the leadership style. An innovative leader tends to strive to maximize their member’s potency, supporting and facilitating their member in order to develop themselves and fulfilling the Company’s expectation through a better performance. The purpose of this research is to comprehend the influence of an innovative leadership to enhance company’s performance. Population of this research are the managerial level in PT JGC Indonesia. In this research, researcher was involving 100 respondents. The analysis that utilized by this research is a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach supported by Smart PLS application. The hypothesis result for the Influence of Innovative Leadership to the Company’s Performance produced a Beta Positive score (0.842) with T Statistic 19.456 (p>1,96) and p values 0.000 (p<0.05) then produced a significant positive influence between the variable of innovative leadership to the Company’s performance. It means that the better and the more innovative the leader, the Company’s performance will enhance. The role of an innovative leadership to their employee is required to enhance the employee’s performance so that the Company’s performance will be excellent eventually.

Abstract

Human resources are the driving force of a company to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. Harmonization of the relationship between management and employees needs to be fostered and improved from time to time. PT Pos Indonesia as a government-owned company developed a strategy in the form of implementing a number of employee relations activities to increase employee engagement. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method obtained through field observations and literature studies. The results showed that the employee relations activities planned by PT Pos Indonesia were in the form of education and training programs, award programs, and special events programs that could increase employee performance and engagement with the company. The largest participation in employee relations activities is a special program, while the most influential dimension of employee engagement is the Vigor dimension, which is the delivery of energy from employees to do their work with enthusiasm and willingness. Other positive impacts that are felt directly by employees have increased work motivation, a sense of respect, a positive work climate, and high loyalty.
