Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja (Hotel Harper Mangkubumi Yogyakarta). Penelitian ini termasuk pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode sensus. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah: 1) Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan path coefficient antara kepemiminan transformasional dengan kinerja karyawan memiliki koefisien parameter sebesar 0,276 dengan signifikansi yaitu 0,014 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepimimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 2) Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan path coefficient antara budaya organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan memiliki koefisien parameter sebesar 0,312 dengan signifikansi yaitu 0,020 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 3) Pengaruh tidak langsung variabel kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja diperoleh nilai path coeficient sebesar 0,151 dengan signifikansi yaitu 0,031 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional melalui kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. 4) Pengaruh tidak langsung variabel budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja dengan uji sobel diperoleh nilai t hitung 1,48 < t table 1,64. Artinya bahwa budaya organisasi melalui kepuasan kerja berpengaruh tapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Kelurahan Sepan is one of the villages located in the Penajam District, Penajam Paser Utara Regency. One of the issues in Sepan Village is the lack of infrastructure, which impacts the mobility and daily life of the community. A specific problem is the absence of a waste disposal site (TPS), leading residents to dispose of waste carelessly. This activity aims to reduce waste accumulation by utilizing organic household waste as raw material for making easy and appropriate fertilizers. The method used includes socialization and direct practice, where the socialization is divided into three materials: an explanation of the types of waste, the procedure for making eco-enzyme, and biopore. The outcome of this activity is the successful implementation of socialization and direct practice among the residents of Sepan Village. Some residents understood the materials presented and successfully applied eco-enzyme and biopore techniques in their environment after the activity was completed.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price perception, brand image, and consumer trust on the decision to choose Ar-Rahman Excellent Junior High School, which is expected to provide input for the institution to increase the number of new student admissions each year. The sample in this study consists of parents of students who enrolled in the 2022/2023 academic year up to 2024/2025. Sampling was conducted using probability sampling with the simple random sampling method. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the LISREL 8.80 program. The research results show that partially, price perception has a negative but insignificant effect on consumer trust, while brand image has a positive and significant effect. Price perception and brand image also have a positive and significant influence on the decision to choose Ar-Rahman Excellent Junior High School. Brand image proved to be the most dominant variable in influencing the decision to choose. Additionally, consumer trust also has a positive and significant influence on this decision. Simultaneously, price perception and brand image explain 82.8% of the variation in consumer trust, while price perception, brand image, and consumer trust together explain 89.2% of the variation in the decision to choose.
