Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh secara  simultan dan parsial Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian asosiatif yang menjelaskan hubungan dan pengaruh antara variabel Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 71 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh (metode sensus). Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, studi pustaka, observasi, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data disimpulkan bahwa; (1) secara simultan variabel Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) berdasarkan pengujian t secara parsial variabel Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa implementasi SMK3 serta faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat implementasi SMK3 di PT. Pelindo Marine Service. Metode untuk mendapatkan informan indepth interview yaitu dilakukan secara purposive sampling, dengan informan penelitian adalah pihak-pihak memiliki wewenang dan pengetahuan mengenai implementasi K3 di PT. PMS. Sebagai instrumen, yaitu peneliti yang terlibat langsung dalam observasi partisipatif dan unsur informan adalah Direksi, Bagian K3, dan Pekerja. Diperoleh tingkat capaian implementasi Sistem Manajemen K3 tingkat lanjutan di PT. Pelindo Marine Service (Persero) Terminal Petikemas Surabaya yaitu 83% . Untuk aspek Struktur Birokrasi PT. Pelindo Marine Service (Persero) Terminal Petikemas Surabaya mampu mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen K3 yang dapat berintegrasi dengan manajemen perusahaan. Untuk aspek disposisi PT. Pelindo Marine Service (Persero) Terminal Petikemas Surabaya telah memiliki kebijakan K3 dan komitmen tertulis yang diperbarui dan telah diajukan kepada pimpinan puncak. Untuk aspek Sumber Daya PT. Pelindo Marine Service (Persero) Terminal Petikemas Surabaya telah memiliki tim P2K3 dengan sekretaris P2K3 yang telah bersertifikasi Ahli K3 umum sesuai dengan peraturan dan perundangan dan perwakilan ahli K3 dari tiap divisi. Untuk aspek komunikasi PT. Pelindo Marine Service (Persero) Terminal Petikemas Surabaya antara pihak manajemen dan pihak lain di perusahaan dilaksanakan secara lisan maupun persuratan. Bagi visitor wajib mengikuti safety induction sebelum mamasuki area pabean. Model implementasi sistem manajemen K3 terdiri dari aspek-aspek yang mendukung tercapainya implementasi berdasarkan tujuan sistem manajemen K3.

Abstract

Media pembelajaran merupakan sarana penunjang pembelajaran untuk membantu merangsang pikiran, serta memudahkan menyampaikan informasi dari dosen ke mahasiswa atau sebaliknya. Dengan adanya media pembelajaran yang interaktif, dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan minat belajar mahasiswa, sehingga proses belajar mengajar dapat berjalan lebih efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah mengembangkan media pembelajaran matematika bisnis berbasis macromedia flash yang interaktif agar nantinya mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dibatasi pada materi fungsi linier dan penerapannya di bidang bisnis, khususnya bisnis pelayaran. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development), yang mempergunakan model pengembangan Borg & Gall yang telah dimodifikasi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester I Program Studi Manajemen Pelabuhan, Program Diploma Pelayaran-Universitas Hang Tuah Surabaya. Media yang dikembangkan memuat tentang layer judul, petunjuk penggunaan, capaian pembelajaran, materi, latihan, evaluasi, profil pengembang. Hasil media pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan, serta mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan hanya pada pokok bahasan penerapan fungsi linier, khususnya dibidang bisnis pelayaran, sehingga perlu dikembangkan media pembelajaran untuk mata kuliah dan pokok bahasan yang lainnya. Perlu juga ditambahkan video dan audio, sehingga mahasiswa dapat belajar secara mandiri.

Abstract

Work safety equipment is a tool used in work activities on ships and ship maintenance by crew members, where activities on ships have a high risk of accidents. One of the protection efforts for crew members is to optimize the use of work safety equipment to support zero accidents. The rationale for this research is that all activities on board a ship have potential and dangerous factors that allow work accidents to occur, so it is necessary to identify these potential and dangerous factors. One effort to control risk for crew members is by implementing the use of work safety equipment and implementing safety meetings. This risk control is carried out after controlling the psychology and administration of crew members, so as to create a safe working environment on board the ship. This research was carried out using qualitative methods which provide an overview of the implementation of the use of personal protective equipment. Data collection was based on observations and interviews as well as literature studies and then analyzed using the fishbone method and compared with applicable standards and regulations.

Abstract

This research aims to implement ISPS Code Security Level 2 when the ship enters the Pontianak shipping channel to prevent cargo security threats on KM. Meratus Benoa. The time used by researchers to conduct research for 11 months and 13 days, starting from March 11, 2023-24 February 2024. KM. Meratus Benoa is one type of container deck ship managed by PT Meratus Line. This research method uses qualitative methods using Phenomenological research strategies. This data source collection technique is obtained from direct observation, interviews with ship crews and several journals related to this research. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of ISPS Code Security Level 2 when the ship enters the Pontianak shipping channel to prevent cargo security threats on KM.Meratus Benoa, namely by, a) Involving various efforts and activities such as patrols, security drills and additional supervision. Crew awareness and external support are also factors that influence the effectiveness of ISPS Code Security Level 2 implementation. b) There are coordination and training efforts carried out by ship officers to improve crew preparedness in dealing with security threats. As for the efforts made to prevent cargo security threats on KM Meratus Benoa by a) Restricting access to the ship and inside the ship to prevent unauthorized access, adding bulkheads to the pilot ladder door to increase security, adding guard officers and optimal division of guard duties when the ship enters a high-risk port area. b) conducting annual security exercise trials on a regular basis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the implementation of SMK3 and the factors that support and hinder the implementation of SMK3 at PT. Pelindo Marine Service. The method for obtaining in-depth interview informants was carried out by purposive sampling, with the research informants being parties with the authority and knowledge regarding the implementation of K3 at PT. PMS. As an instrument, researchers are directly involved in participatory observation and the informant elements are the Board of Directors, the K3 Section, and the Workers. Obtained the level of achievement of the implementation of an advanced level of K3 Management System at PT. Pelindo Marine Service (Persero) Surabaya Container Terminal, namely 83%. For aspects of the Bureaucratic Structure of PT. Pelindo Marine Service (Persero) Surabaya Container Terminal is able to implement an OHS management system that can integrate with company management. For the Disposition aspect of PT. Pelindo Marine Service (Persero) Terminal Petikemas Surabaya has an updated K3 policy and written commitment which has been submitted to top management. For the resource aspect of PT. Pelindo Marine Service (Persero) Surabaya Container Terminal already has a P2K3 team with P2K3 secretaries who have been certified as general K3 experts in accordance with the regulations and laws and representatives of K3 experts from each division. For the communication aspect of PT. Pelindo Marine Service (Persero) Surabaya Container Terminal between the management and other parties in the company is carried out verbally or correspondingly. Visitors must follow the safety induction before entering the customs area. The K3 management system implementation model consists of aspects that support the achievement of implementation based on the objectives of the K3 management system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior simultaneously and partially on employee performance. This type of research is an associative study that explains the relationship and influence between the variables of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 71 people. The sampling technique used the saturated sampling method (census method). Methods of data collection by interview, literature study, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique was performed using the multiple linear regression method. Based on the results of the research and data analysis it was concluded that; (1) Simultaneously, Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior variables have a significant effect on employee performance. (2) based on the partial t test, Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture have a significant effect on employee performance. (3) the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable has no significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan aktivitas pelayaran di perairan Kalimantan Timur, khususnya di kawasan Muara Berau sebagai pusat kegiatan Ship to Ship (STS) transfer batubara, telah meningkatkan kebutuhan akan regulasi keselamatan pelayaran yang lebih efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas kebijakan zona terlarang di area labuh kapal niaga pada perairan wajib pandu kelas satu STS Muara Berau serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor utama yang memengaruhi tingkat kepatuhan kapal terhadap kebijakan tersebut. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan telaah dokumen regulatif. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan kapal terhadap zona terlarang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain: minimnya sarana penanda batas, ketidakjelasan informasi navigasi, rendahnya kesadaran nahkoda dan awak kapal terhadap keselamatan, lemahnya pengawasan, serta tidak adanya sanksi tegas terhadap pelanggaran. Selain itu, faktor sosial-ekonomi masyarakat nelayan turut mendorong pelanggaran, karena dorongan ekonomi mengalahkan pertimbangan keselamatan. Meskipun secara umum kebijakan zona terlarang terbukti mampu mengurangi risiko navigasi dan meningkatkan keselamatan pelayaran, efektivitasnya masih belum optimal. Diperlukan penguatan sarana keselamatan, sosialisasi terpadu, serta penegakan hukum yang konsisten agar kebijakan dapat dijalankan secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya pendekatan kolaboratif antara otoritas pelabuhan, operator STS, aparat pengawas, dan masyarakat maritim dalam rangka menciptakan tata kelola keselamatan pelayaran yang berkelanjutan dan adaptif terhadap dinamika lapangan.

Abstract

Embarkation Debarkation is the process of boarding and disembarking ship passengers. Disruptions to the embarkation and disembarkation process can cause the ship to be late or not according to the ship's schedule. This research aims to investigate disruptions in the embarkation and disembarkation process on passenger ships KM. Gunung Dempo. Through case studies and analysis, researchers evaluate the impact that ship delays have on passengers, especially passenger ships KM. Gunung Dempo. Researchers also carried out an analysis of the causes of ship delays. The research results showed that ship delays were caused by the embarkation and disembarkation processes not being smooth, there were many disruptions to the embarkation and disembarkation processes such as hawkers and ship workers who boarded and disembarked irregularly in large numbers. It was found that the biggest cause of ships experiencing delays was the embarkation and disembarkation process. This finding highlights the importance of maintaining regulatory compliance, order and ship security.
