Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to examine the influence of social support and religiosity on the psychological well-being of Islamic Religious Education subject teachers at the Hang Tuah Foundation in Surabaya. The research method used was quantitative with ex post facto research, and the data collection method used was a questionnaire. The results show that the social support and religiosity of the subject teachers of Islamic Religious Education at the Hang Tuah Foundation, Surabaya, are high. However, social support did not have an influence on psychological well-being, while religiosity did. The simultaneous influence of social support and religiosity on psychological well-being was 70.5 percent. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial dan religiusitas terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Yayasan Hang Tuah Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan penelitian ex post facto, dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial dan religiusitas guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Yayasan Hang Tuah Surabaya tinggi. Namun, dukungan sosial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis, sedangkan religiusitas berpengaruh. Pengaruh simultan dukungan sosial dan religiusitas terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis sebesar 70,5 persen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students taught using the video-based Project Based Learning model and students taught using conventional learning. This research used quasi-experimental method with Posttest Only Control Design research design. The research was conducted at MTs Al-Manar using two classes as samples, the two classes were class IX C as the experimental class and class IX D as the control class. The instruments used in this study are learning outcomes test questions, learning outcomes questionnaires and learning implementation observation sheets. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of descriptive statistical analysis showed that the average score in the control class was 75.65, while the average in the experimental class was 82.21. Inferential statistical analysis was carried out by means of t-test (independent sample T-Test test). Based on the results of the Independent Sample T-Test test, the sig (2-tailed) value is 0.001, meaning that sig <0.05 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. From the results of these calculations, the researcher concluded that there was a significant difference between the learning outcomes of ninth grade students of MTs Al-Manar who were taught using a video-based Project Based Learning model and students who were taught using conventional learning.

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia menggunakan Nilai Ujian Nasional (NUN) digunakan sebagai standar nasional untuk mengukur keberhasilan siswa. Dengan menggunakan NUN sebagai parameter untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan siswa akan ada resiko yang sangat besar jika siswa gagal dalam menjalani Ujian Nasional (UN), oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah model untuk melakukan prediksi terhadap NUN siswa sehingga dapat dilakukan usaha pencegahan terhadap gagalnya siswa dalam UN. Pada paper ini diusulkan sebuah metode untuk melakukan prediksi terhadap NUN siswa dengan menggunakan neuro fuzzy. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai rapor siswa, dan nilai IQ siswa. Pada penelitian ini digunakan tiga mata pelajaran sebagai subjek penelitian yaitu Matematika, Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa metode neuro fuzzy dengan menggunakan data nilai dan data IQmemberikan akurasi prediksi terbaik pada mata pelajaran matematika sebesar 74%.
