Abstract

This article discusses risk mitigation in the construction project of the lobby building and facade renovation of TK Dwijendra Denpasar. In this project, risk identification is crucial to understand the potential risks of each activity and then analyze the impact on the continuity of the construction project. The author successfully identified as many as 81 risks from 11 possible risk sources in this project. To reduce the negative impact of the identified risks, the author suggests several risk mitigation strategies, such as retaining risk, reducing risk, transferring risk, and avoiding risk. These strategies can help manage uncertainties related to potential hazards in construction projects.

Abstract

Structural development in the economy is not only about the use of natural resources but has now spread to the use of human resources. In the 1990s the internet entered Indonesia and until now in 2024, the internet has changed a lot in the way people communicate, even changing the way people trade and work. Countries in the world are competing to dominate international markets by developing technology and developing human resources. Under the leadership of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Indonesia is targeted to become a developed country in 2045. To support the ideals of the Indonesian state, human resources need to be prepared and trained to compete with countries in the world. Indonesia needs to develop a creative industry sector that utilizes skills, creativity and talent. The creative industry has a positive impact on cultural, social and educational preservation. Preparations need to be planned from the village level to the national level. Every region in Indonesia needs to have a creative industry center to support and stimulate the creativity of the country's creative children. This research will plan a creative industry center in Badung Regency, Bali Province. Badung Regency is the district that has the highest tourism visits. According to the creative economy agency, in 2021 there are 17 creative industry sub-sectors. Of the 17 existing sub-sectors, the creative center will facilitate 4 sub-sectors starting from applications, visual communication design, photography and advertising which will be planned to create an ecosystem that will collaborate with MSMEs. is in Badung Regency. The creative center will be planned with the aim of being a gathering place for startup players, as a place for education and recreation. The creative center in Badung Regency is planned in the form of a building which will be planned to facilitate the activities of 4 subsectors and MSMEs. The creative center building needs to be designed to be more developed in line with current design developments. The contemporary design concept is a concept that will be applied to creative industrial building planning because contemporary design is an architectural style that has developed according to the times

Abstract

Waterfront adalah daerah/bagian kota yang berbatasan dengan air, yang menyediakan sarana-sarana dan prasarana untuk kegiatan rekreasi, seperti taman, arena bermain, tempat pemancingan, dan fasilitas untuk kapal pesiar. Adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan melalui pemberberdayaan masyarakat memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan kawasan waterfront, Sungai Badung pada Kawasan Taman Pancing, Denpasar  berkembang menjadi salah satu objek recreational waterfront yang ramai dikunjungi oleh masyarakat. Tingginya daya tarik sungai pada kawasain ini ternyata menimbulkan persoalan tersendiri bagi lingkungan. Belum tertatanya peruntukan kawasan sekitar menimbulkan permasalahan yang jika tidak segera diatasi akan memberikan pengaruh negatif terhadap lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melahirkan konsep penataan bagi kawasan sekitar Taman Pancing yang diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi masyarakat dan pemangku kebijakan terkait kemana arah pembangunan sungai di kawasan Taman Pancing ini. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif, penelitian ini memaparkan permasalahan yang terjadi dan memberikan alternatif pemecahan dari permasalahan tersebut. Konsep penataan yang direkomendasikan terdiri dari tiga aspek utama: arsitektur, keteknikan, dan sosial-budaya-ekonomi. Aspek arsitektur membagi zona inti sungai dirancang sebagai ruang terbuka hijau dengan fasilitas jogging track, dermaga kecil, dan spot memancing. Zona penunjang menyediakan pusat kuliner dan perbelanjaan untuk menjaga ekosistem sungai dari pencemaran. Zona parkir disebar di beberapa titik untuk mengurangi kemacetan dan mendorong perekonomian lokal. Aspek keteknikan menekankan pengelolaan drainase dan pengelolaan sampah dengan pendekatan ekologis. Konsep ini tidak hanya memperkaya pengalaman wisata masyarakat, tetapi juga menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan sungai.
