Abstract

Abstract

Sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Sumberasih, Kabupaten Probolinggo, Jawa Timur cukup potensial. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa kendala dalam menjalankan usahanya salah satunya terkait pemasaran. Adanya perkembangan teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi merupakan salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi UMKM terutama dalam hal pemasaran yang semakin lama berubah pola pemasarannya menjadi pemasaran secara digital. Pemasaran secara digital atau lebih dikenal dengan digital marketing merupakan kegiatan mempromosikan suatu produk dengan memanfaatkan media elektronik. Maka dari itu, penulis mengadakan kegiatan pendampingan terkait digital marketing kepada para pelaku UMKM sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk menambah pengetahuan dan agar para pelaku UMKM dapat melek teknologi terutama dalam memanfaatkan platform digital. Kegiatan ini dilakukan secara door to door agar materi yang disampaian lebih mudah untuk dipahami. Metode yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode survey, pemberian sosialisasi, serta melakukan pendampingan kepada para pelaku usaha. Kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan menjadikan para pelaku UMKM di Desa Ambulu dapat melek teknologi serta dapat memanfaatnya untuk memajukan UMKM. Melalui kegiatan ini para pelaku UMKM dapat memasarkan produknya melalui media sosial agar jangkauan pemasarannya lebih meluas dan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas.

Abstract

This study examined the factors influencing income inequality in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, specifically looking at economic growth, investment, and the average years of schooling. The results indicate that while economic growth has no significant effect, investment plays a crucial role in reducing income inequality. Interestingly, the average years of schooling was found to be positively and significantly correlated with income inequality, suggesting that higher education levels may be widening the income inequality.

Abstract

The influence of someone's interest in using Life Insurance as their strategy in financial planning. Through this writing, it shows that a person has pros and cons in using life insurance. The quality of products and services, the skill and appeal of insurance agents in describing the advantages of their products, and the degree of money a person has directly affects their capacity to afford insurance products are all factors that affect their use of life insurance. The results show that the level of service of the insurance product, as well as the attractiveness of the agent, are things that influence a potential customer to want to use a Life Insurance product. By doing this, it is believed that one can gain a better grasp of financial planning and be able to develop strategies for it.

Abstract

Pembangunan berkelanjutan merupakan fokus utama suatu negara dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, dan administrasi kependudukan menjadi fondasi penting dalam menyelenggarakan pemerintahan yang efektif. Program Kalimasada (Kawasan Lingkungan Sadar Administrasi Kependudukan) di Kota Surabaya, melalui aplikasi KNG (Klampid New Generation), merupakan inovasi Dispendukcapil untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepatuhan masyarakat terhadap administrasi kependudukan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi selama 4 bulan di Dispendukcapil Kelurahan Siwalankerto. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam tertib administrasi kependudukan setelah optimalisasi Program Kalimasada, dengan persentase warga tertib adminduk yang meningkat. Meskipun dihadapi tantangan seperti kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat, perubahan regulasi, dan keterbatasan sumber daya, upaya peningkatan terus menjadi fokus utama. Dampak positif optimalisasi Program Kalimasada juga terlihat dalam indikator ekonomi regional, termasuk pertumbuhan sektor usaha, pengembangan infrastruktur, dan akses kesehatan. Program ini tidak hanya berhasil pada tingkat saat ini tetapi juga membuka potensi untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan yang terencana dengan baik di tingkat lokal.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Domestic Direct Investment (PMDN), the number of industrial sectors, and the population on the GRDP of Sidoarjo Regency in the 2010-2023 period. Using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously the variables PMDN, the number of industrial sectors, and the population have a significant positive effect on the GRDP of Sidoarjo Regency. Together, these three variables have a significant impact on GRDP, but individually only the number of industrial sectors and the population have a significant impact on GRDP. This study recommends strengthening investment efficiency through supporting policies, maximizing the role of industry, and demographic management to support sustainable economic growth in Sidoarjo Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Human Development Index (HDI), Economic Growth, and Labor on the Poverty Level in Sumenep Regency. The data used is secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Sumenep Regency and East Java Province for the 2012–2023 period. The analysis was carried out using the Multiple Linear Regression method with the help of the SPSS version 24 program. The results of the classical assumption test showed that the regression model met the criteria of normality, was free from multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation, so the model was declared feasible to use. The results of the study show that HDI has a negative and significant effect on the poverty rate, Economic Growth does not have a significant effect, and the Labor Force has a positive and significant effect on the poverty rate. The determination coefficient value (R²) of 95.1% shows that the model has a very high explanatory power, so that the results of this study can be trusted and accurately describe the empirical conditions in Sumenep Regency, while the remaining 4.9% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These results confirm that improving human quality has the most dominant role in reducing poverty compared to other economic variables.
