Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of using alsintan on farmer’s income. This research is descriptive quantitative. The method of data retrieval used is observation, questionnaire and interview The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. This multiple linear analysis technique is used to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results show that there is a significant influence between management management (X1) on farmer income (Y), this is shown in the coefficient table with the equation equation value of 16,749 with a significance value of 0.000 so that the value is smaller than the alpha value (α), which is 0 , 05. This shows that good agricultural land management will have an effect on increasing farmers 'income, on the other hand, if agricultural land is not managed optimally, farmers' income will decrease.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation of the culinary based millenial generation entrepreneurship in Maccorawalie Village Watang sawitto Disrict, Pinrang Regency. This research was conducted from August to October.The data collection method used was observation, questionnaires and interviews. And data  sources usedare primary data and seconddary dataa. Data analysis use in this research is descriptive statistics using the Likert scale method with a measurement scale that is Very high (5), High (4), Medium (3), Low (2), Very Low (1).The results of this study indicate that there are 4 Sub variables namely income, freedom/comfort, Personal dreams, independence that motivates culinary based millenial generation entrepreneurship in Maccorawalie Village, Watang Sawitto sub-district, Pinrang district.And of the 4 Sub Variables that most motivate entrepreneurship is the income sub variables with a value of 535 belonging to the very high category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats) factors in Mandiri Mushroom’s business and to determine the right strategy for marketing oyster mushrooms in Mandiri Mushroom business. The analysis method used is the SWOT analysis. The result showed that internal and external factors based on weighting and rating obtained scores for the main strength factor in this Mandiri Mushrooms business werw the good quality of oyster mushrooms and the weakness namely the lack of venture capital. Meanwhile, the most supportive opportunity factor for marketing in this business is that it can compete with other oyster mushroom businesses and the threat factor that will be faced is the presence of pests that cause oyster mushrooms to not develop properly. The strategy that should be applied to this Mandiri Mushroom business based on the SWOT matrix is the Strengths-Opportunities (S-O) strategy, which is to try to use its main strengths to maintain the quality of oyster mushrooms so that they get the main opportunity, which is to compete with other oyster mushrooms businesses.
