Abstract

The study was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The aim is to analyze how much the use of production factors are land area (X1), seeds (X2), labor (X3), fertilizer (X4) and insecticide (X5) on the production of shallots (Y). the coefficient of determination (R2) in this study is 0.967, meaning that the influence of factors of production on production can be explained by the independent variable (X) of 96.7%, the rest is explained by other factors outside this study. The value of F-count 140,811> F-table 2.60 at 95% confidence level so that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. This means that simultaneously there is a significant influence between the area of land, seeds, labor, fertilizer and insecticide on the production of shallots. Partially the area of land has a significant effect on production, while seeds, labor, fertilizer and insecticides have no significant effect on the production of shallots.

Abstract

The government has an inportant role in efforts to increase agricultural roductivity by giving great attention to developing seeds. One of the successes of efforts to increase rice production is very dependent on seeds quality, while quality seeds are labeled seeds, while farmers prefer to use non-labeled rice seeds rather than labeled rice seeds. This research is quantitative research using numerical data as a tool to analyze information about what you want to know. This research was conducted in Leppangang Patampanua Sub District, Pinrang District which starts from June to july 2018. The method used in this study is survey. The types of data collected are primary data and secondary data. The result of this study indicate (1) the amount of costs incurred between farmers who use labeled rice seeds and non-labeled rice seeds is significantly different, while the average cost of using rice seeds labeled is Rp. 8.284.046/period and non-labeled rice seeds of Rp.7.376.302/period. (2) the average income of farmers who use labeled rice seeds and non-labeled rice seeds in significantly different. For farmers who use rice seeds labeled as Rp. 23.101.512, while the income of farmers who use non-labeled rice seeds is Rp. 19.826.180. (3) R/C Ratio value farmers farms that use labeled rice seeds and non-labeled rice seeds are not significantly different from the 0,1. R/C Ratio of farmers who use labeled rice seeds = 3,79, whlie R/C Ratio of farmers who use non-labeled rice seeds = 3,69.

Abstract

Kelurahan Salomallori merupakan Kelurahan yang mata pencahariannya yang paling banyak adalah sebagai petani, dimana di Kelurahan ini masih kental dengan tradisinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukn tingkat pendapatan dan kesejahteraan petani. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan kualitatif, Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara dan Quisioner. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan data primer. Penelitian ini terdapat 25 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan total pendapatan petani padi di Kelurahan Salomallori adalah Rp.673.229.650/panen. Nilai Return Cost Ratio (R/C-ratio) adalah 5 yang menunjukkan bahwa usaha tani padi layak untuk di usahatanikan karena R/C Ratio yang di dapat 5 sama dengan 1 (R/C Ratio > 1) . Tingkat kesejahteraan masih tergolong cukup rendah. Salomallori village is a village with the most livelihoods being farmers, where in this Salomallori village is still thick with its traditions. This study aims to determine the level of income and welfare of farmers. The type of research used is quantitative and qualitative. The data collection techniques are observation, interview and questionnaire. The data used are secondary data and primary data. This study consisted of 25 respondents. Based on the research results, the total income of farmers in Salomallori village is Rp. 673.229/harvest. The value of return cost ratio (R/C-ratio) is 5 which indicates that rice farming is feasible to be farmed because the R/C ratio obtained is 5 equal to 1 (R/c Ratio > 1). The level of welfare is still quite low.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis marjin dan efisiensi pemasaran produksi bawang merah desa Banti Kecamatan Baraka Kabupaten Enrekang.Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan yaitu bulan September sampai November 2020.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua saluran pemasaran bawang merah didesa Banti Kecamatan Baraka Kabupaten Enrekang yaitu: Saluran I : Petani ke Pedagang pengumpul kemudian ke Pedagang pengecer lalu Konsumen akhir Saluran II : Petani ke Pedagang pengecer kemudian ke Konsumen akhir, Marjin pemasaran tiap lembaga pemasaran yaitu saluran I Petani memperoleh keuntungn sebesar Rp 2.997 /Kg, pedagang pengumpul sebesar Rp 1.562 /Kg, pedagang pengecer sebesar Rp 1.572 /Kg dan saluran II Petani memperoleh keuntungan sebesar Rp 2.942 /Kg pedagang pengecer Rp 2000 /Kg. Tingkat efisiensi saluran pemasaran bawang merah desa Banti menunjukkan bahwa saluran II lebih efisiensi debanding saluran I dengan nilai 3,85% dan saluran II 4.59%. This study aims to analyze the margin and marketing efficiency of shallot production in Banti Village, Baraka District, Enrekang Regency. This research was conducted for three months, from September to November 2020. The results showed that there were two marketing channels for shallots in Banti Village, Baraka District, Enrekang Regency, namely: Channel I : Farmers to collecting traders then to retailers and then final consumersChannel II : Farmers to retailers then to final consumers The marketing margin of each marketing agency, namely channel I Farmers get a profit of IDR 2,997 / Kg, collectors IDR 1,562 / Kg, retailers IDR 1,572 / Kg and channel II Farmers get a profit of Rp. 2,942 / kg retailers Rp. 2000 / kg. The efficiency level of the Banti village's shallot marketing channel shows that channel II is more efficient with channel I debanding with a value of 3.85% and channel II is 4.59%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapatan petani jagung pulut di Kelurahan Mangkoso Kecamatan Soppeng Riaja Kabupaten Barru. Penelitian ini di laksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2020 sampai Oktober 2020, bertempat di Kelurahan Mangkoso Kecamatan Soppeng Riaja Kabupaten Barru. Penentuan responden di lakukan dengan metode total sampling yaitu semua petani yang ada di Kelurahan Mangkoso dengan jumlah sampel 37 petani. Metode analisis yang di gunakan adalah pendapatan dan kelayakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata produksi jagung pulut dalam satu kali musim tanam di Kelurahan Mangkoso Kecamatan Soppeng Riaja Kabupaten Barru sebesar 4.480/ tongkol dan rata-rata penerimaan yang diperoleh petani sebesar Rp. 3.499.135/ are, sedangkan total biaya yang dikeluarkan petani rata-rata sebesar Rp. 1.500.623/ are dan pendapatan usahatani jagung pulut di Kelurahan Mangkoso Kecamatan Soppeng Riaja Kabupaten Barru Rp. 1.998.512/ are. This study aims to determine the income of pulut corn farmers in Mangkoso Village, Soppeng Riaja District, Barru Regency. This research was conducted in August 2020 to October 2020, located in Mangkoso Village, Soppeng Riaja District, Barru Regency. Determination of respondents was done by total sampling method, namely all farmers in Mangkoso Village with a total sample of 37 farmers. The analysis method used is income and eligibility. The results showed that the average production of pulut corn in one planting season in Mangkoso Village, Soppeng Riaja District, Barru Regency was 4,480 / ear and the average income obtained by farmers was Rp. 3,499,135 / acre, while the total cost incurred by farmers is an average of Rp. 1,500 623 / acre and income from pulut corn farming in Mangkoso Village, Soppeng Riaja District, Barru Regency Rp. 1,998,512 / are

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats) factors in Mandiri Mushroom’s business and to determine the right strategy for marketing oyster mushrooms in Mandiri Mushroom business. The analysis method used is the SWOT analysis. The result showed that internal and external factors based on weighting and rating obtained scores for the main strength factor in this Mandiri Mushrooms business werw the good quality of oyster mushrooms and the weakness namely the lack of venture capital. Meanwhile, the most supportive opportunity factor for marketing in this business is that it can compete with other oyster mushroom businesses and the threat factor that will be faced is the presence of pests that cause oyster mushrooms to not develop properly. The strategy that should be applied to this Mandiri Mushroom business based on the SWOT matrix is the Strengths-Opportunities (S-O) strategy, which is to try to use its main strengths to maintain the quality of oyster mushrooms so that they get the main opportunity, which is to compete with other oyster mushrooms businesses.

Abstract

Kebun Raya adalah kawasan konservasi eksitu yang memiliiki koleksi tumbuhan terdokumentasi dan ditata berdasarkan pola taksonomi, bioregion, tematik atau kombinasi dari pola-pola tersebut untuk mencapai tujuan kebun raya. Tujuan Kebun Raya yakni kegiatan konservasi, penelitian, pendidikan, wisata dan jasa lingkungan. Untuk mencapai tujuan, pengelolaan kebun raya diselenggarakan melalui sebuah kelembagaan sebagai penanggung jawab atau pelaksana kegiatan. Pengelolaan kebun raya masih terdapat masalah yang harus dibenahi. gagasan perubahan status dan organisasi serta penekanan kegiatan menjadi pusat konservasi tumbuhan, menambah tugas dan fungsi kebun raya. Untuk melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi tersebut, hal ini menjadi tanggung jawab dari pengelola kebun raya itu sendiri. Namun, dalam perkembangannya tugas dan fungsi kebun raya belum berjalan secara maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : 1) Untuk mengetahui Lembaga-lembaga apa saja yang seharusnya terlibat dalam pengelolaan Kebun Raya Massenrempulu Enrekang. 2) Untuk mengetahui apa saja Langkah-langkah strategi yang dilakukan untuk mendukung penguatan kelembagaan dalam pengelolaan Kebun Raya Massenrempulu Enrekang. Peneltian ini memiliki 5 sampel responden dengan menggunakan metode sampel purposeve sampeling atau penetapan yang dilakukan secara sengaja dengan ketentuan sampel mewakili tugas dan fungsi masing-masing dengan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini kemudian diolah menggunakan teknik analisis Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM). Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh : Lembaga yang paling berperan dalam pengelolaan Kebun Raya Maserempulu dalam hasil penelitian ini adalan Dinas Lingkungan dengan nilai bobot Driver power 1.00 dan nilai bobot Dependent 0.21. Program strategi yang paling disarankan dari hasil uji ISM adalah program strategi pengoptimalan perencanaan pengelolaan KRME dengan nilai bobot Driver Power 1.00 dan nilai bobot Dependent 1.00.

Abstract

Kebab Durian merupakan kreasi dari kebab daging yang berisian daging buah durian asli dan segar. Selain dinikmati aroma yang khas dan kelezatannya juga memiliki kandungan gizi yang relatif lengkap dibandingkan dengan buah-buahan lainnya. Kebab Durian ini diharapkan dapat membuat konsumen merasa puas. Tingkat kepuasan konsumen dapat menjadi faktor pendorong dan mengoptimalkan usaha yang dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Tingkat Kepuasan Konsumen Kebab Durian Pada Usaha Kebab Durian Ucok Kelurahan Lancirang Kecamatan Pitu Riawa Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dari segi faktor produk, harga, tempat/lokasi dan tampilan fisik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif, karena pelaksanaan data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dan data kuantitatif didapatkan dalam bentuk angka yang dapat dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus matematika, data yang digunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Terdapat 90 sampel dalam penelitian ini  kemudian diolah menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisisis Skala Likert. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh: 1) Sebanyak 4 sub variabel dalam tingkat kepuasan konsumen pada usaha kebab durian ucok. 2) Yang paling sesuai dengan kepuasan konsumen adalah sub variabel tampilan fisik dikarenakan warna gerai sudah sangat menarik, lampu yang memadai, WiFi dan WC tersedia, meja dan kursi tersedia banyak dan dekorasi/music yang nyaman. Durian Kebabs are creations and meat kebabs that contain original and fresh Durian fruit flesh. Apart from enjoying the distinctive aroma and deliciousness, it also has a relatively complete nutritional content compared to other fruits. Kebab Durian is expected to make consumers feel satisfied. The level of customer satisfaction can be a driving factor and optimize the business carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of consumer satisfaction of Durian Kebabs in Ucok Durian Kebab Business, Lancirang Village, Pitu Riawa District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and in terms of product factors, price of place/location and physical appearance. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods, because the implementation of qualitative data is obtained through interviews, questionnaires. observation, and quantitative data obtained in the form of numbers that can be analyzed using the mathematical formula of the data used. primary data and secondary data. There were 90 samples in this study which were then processed using Microsoft Excel and analyzed using the Likert Scale analysis technique. From the results of this study, it was obtained 1) A total of 4 sub-vanables in the level of consumer satisfaction in the Durian Ucok kebab business 2) The most appropriate with consumer satisfaction is the display sub-vanable physically because the color of the booth is very attractive, the lights are adequate, WiFi and WC are available, tables and chairs are available, and the decorations/music are comfortable.
