Abstract

Hasil penelitian nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,618 koefisien korelasi berganda (R) 0,786 menunjukkan bahwa sumbangan yang diberikan variabel bebas yaitu tCapital Adequancy Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio,Loan To Deposit Ratiodan Earning Per Share terhadap return on assets sebesar 61.8%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 38.2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas lain yang tidak diteliti. Secara parsial variabel Capital Adequancy Ratio tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Return On Assets perusahaan perbankan di  Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa setiap perubahan rasio kecukupan modal perusahaan tidak signifikan  berpengaruh pengaruh terhadap jumlah Return On Assets yang dihasilkan perusahaan. Secara teoritis  Capital Adequancy Ratio adalah rasio  yang  memperlihatkan seberapa jauh seluruh aktiva bank  yang  mengandung risiko (kredit, penyertaan, surat berharga, tagihan pada bank lain) ikut dibiayai  dari  dana modal sendiri bank disamping  memperoleh  dana-dana dari sumber diluar bank, seperti dari masyarakat, pinjaman, dan lain-lain. Variabel Debt To Equity Ratio secara statistik tidak signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Return On Assets perusahaan, hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa setiap perubahan rasio hutang perusahaan  tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap jumlah return on assets yang dihasilkan perusahaan. Variabel Loan to Deposit Ratio pada penelitian ini tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return On Assets perusahaan, hal ini mengindikasikan perubahan rasio jumlah kredit yang diberikan dengan jumlah dana yang  dikumpulkan dari masyarakat tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap return on assets.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan implementasi dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang harus dilaksanakan oleh dosen, yaitu dengan kerjasama antara STIE Malangkuҁeҁwara Malang dengan Desa Tumpak Rejo Kecamatan Gedangan Kabupaten Malang. Adapun aktifitasnya yaitu memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi Ibu-Ibu sehingga dapat meingkatkan pendapatan ekonomi keluarga di daerah tersebut. Sedangkan tujuan dari kegiatan ini: menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan bagi ibu ibu PKK dan menambah kemampuan ketrampilan mereka. Selanjutnya dalam kegiatan ini juga melibatkan mahasiswa asing yang bertujuan untuk mengenalkan nilai-nilai lokal serta dapat memahami karaker dan budaya dari warga setempat sehingga dapat bersosialisasi dengan masyarakat setempat. Selain itu juga akan terjalin kerjasama yang baik antara pihak STIE Malangkuҁeҁwara Malang dengan  Desa Tumpak Rejo Kecamatan Gedangan Kabupaten Malang. Kata-kata kunci: Kewirausahaan, Pemberdayaan

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the proxied ratio of activities with Total Asset Turnover and Leverage proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio on Corporate Values ​​proxied with Price to Book Value with Profitability proxied with Return On Assets as an intervening variable through Annual Financial Reports That Have Been Compiled By Plantation Subsector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The Population In This Study Is Obtained By Using Purposive Sampling Methods In Plantation Companies Listed On The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) During the 2015-2017 Period and based on the criteria that have been determined, a sample of 14 plantation companies is obtained. The analysis method used is Path Analysis, the development of multiple linear regression. By using multiple regression analysis, TATO has a significant positive effect on ROA. While DER has a significant negative effect on ROA. The TATO variable has a significant positive effect on PBV. DER variable has a significant negative effect on PBV and ROA has a significant positive effect on PBV. Based on path analysis and Sobel Test, it can be concluded that ROA mediates the effect of TATO on PBV. However, ROA does not mediate the effect of DER on ROA.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the fair value of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) shares using the Price Earning Ratio (PER) approach as one of the stock valuation methods commonly used in investment analysis. This method is carried out by calculating the estimated intrinsic value of shares based on the multiplication of the estimated Earnings Per Share (EPS) and the average PER industry. The data used include EPS, profit growth rate, and stock market price during the period 2019 to 2023. The results of the analysis show that for five consecutive years, KLBF shares have been undervalued, where the intrinsic value of the shares is higher than the actual market price. This finding indicates that KLBF shares have the potential for price appreciation in the future, along with the stability of the company's financial performance as reflected in EPS growth and consistent Return on Equity (ROE).

Abstract

The coal mining industry in Indonesia plays a vital role in meeting national energy needs and contributes significantly to the economy. However, this sector is highly vulnerable to global commodity price volatility. Dividend policy, which reflects profit distribution and signals a company’s financial health, is strongly influenced by internal financial conditions and market perceptions. This study is crucial for understanding the determinants of dividend policy amid market dynamics and challenging macroeconomic conditions during the 2020–2024 period, including the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This quantitative study aims to analyze the influence of profitability ratios, market value, and solvency on dividend policy in coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the specified period. The study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive and verification designs. Secondary data were obtained from officially published company financial statements. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method to test causal relationships among variables, with evaluation of the measurement model and structural model. The findings show that profitability has a positive and significant influence on dividend policy, indicating that more profitable companies tend to implement more stable and higher dividend policies. In contrast, market value shows a negative and insignificant effect, while Return on Assets (ROA) shows a marginally significant negative effect. These results confirm that profitability is the main predictor of dividend policy in this model. Profitability is the dominant factor in determining dividend payment decisions, compared to external factors such as market valuation or other profitability measures. The practical implication is that financial managers should prioritize improving profitability to optimize dividend strategies, which in turn can enhance investor confidence and company sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lokasi, pelayanan, produk, dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian serta dampaknya terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Warung 99, sebuah usaha kuliner lokal di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang merupakan pelanggan aktif Warung 99. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa word of mouth memiliki pengaruh langsung yang paling signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (β = 0.445; p < 0.001) dan loyalitas pelanggan (β = 0.387; p < 0.001). Lokasi dan pelayanan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas melalui keputusan pembelian, sedangkan produk menunjukkan pengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas tanpa melalui keputusan pembelian. Keputusan pembelian secara signifikan memediasi hubungan beberapa variabel independen terhadap loyalitas. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya strategi promosi berbasis pengalaman pelanggan (seperti testimoni dan ulasan), peningkatan kualitas layanan, serta pemilihan lokasi strategis untuk mendorong keputusan pembelian dan membentuk loyalitas. Keterbatasan penelitian ini mencakup fokus pada satu objek dan data cross-sectional yang tidak menangkap dinamika jangka panjang perilaku konsumen. Abstract

This study examines the role of social media influencers in increasing consumer engagement and purchasing decisions for skincare products. The analysis results show that consumer engagement has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (coefficient = 0.426, p = 0.001), confirming consumer engagement as a key factor in purchasing behavior. The influencer credibility variable has the strongest influence on consumer engagement (coefficient = 0.537, p < 0.001) and purchasing decisions (coefficient = 0.254, p = 0.020), while influencer attractiveness has a positive but weaker and marginal influence on engagement (coefficient = 0.195, p = 0.060) and contributes directly to purchasing decisions. Effect size analysis (f-square) confirms the dominance of credibility as the main factor in forming engagement and purchasing decisions. In addition, consumer engagement significantly mediates the influence of attractiveness and credibility on purchasing decisions, with a more dominant mediating role coming from credibility. These findings provide a theoretical contribution by confirming the mediating mechanism of engagement in the relationship between influencer attributes and purchasing decisions, while providing practical implications for digital marketing strategies for skincare products.

Abstract

Financial management is an effort made by an individual in designing activities related to the storage and control of funds and assets. This research was conducted with the aim of examining and analyzing the effect of financial literacy, lifestyle, social environment and self-control on student financial management. The method in this study was multistage sampling which produced primary data using a questionnaire, the respondents were 70 students. The collected data will be tested through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy, lifestyle, self-control have a significant effect on student financial management, the social environment has no significant effect on student financial management.

Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to investigate the impact of Capital Structure, Dividend Policy, and Profitability on the Firm Value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) within the LQ45 Index. The primary objective is to ascertain whether the assessment of these variables significantly influences Firm Value. A purposive sampling technique was employed to select a sample of 24 companies across various sectors for analysis. Quantitative data analysis was conducted using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The findings indicate that Capital Structure does not exhibit a significant effect on Firm Value, while Dividend Policy and Profitability both demonstrate a statistically significant impact. Moreover, the combined effect of Capital Structure, Dividend Policy, and Profitability significantly influences Firm Value.
