Abstract

 Background:  End-stage renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis experience various comorbid conditions, social, psychological, financial stress, medication, symptoms that these patients often experience are closely related and can lead to fatigue problems and affect the assessment of the quality of life.Objective: To identify the effect of giving PEOL physical training during hemodialysis on fatigue in final stadium renal failure patientMethods: This article used a quasy experimental with pre and post-test and use a control group design approach. The sample in this study was 32 respondents divided into 16 interventions group and 16 control groups. The sampling technique is simple random sampling by using a lottery. Data collection was obtained by using a questionnaire Chalder Fatigue Scale. Data analysis is used paired t-test and Independent t-test with a confidence level of 95% (α=0,05)Results:  The results of data analysis using the paired t-test showed the results of p-0,002 and the independent t-test showed the results of p = 0,000Conclusion:  PEOL physical training during hemodialysis can reduce fatigue in final stadium renal failure patients

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit komorbid dan sering disebut silent killer tanpa gejala awal yang jelas sehingga memerlukan gaya hidup sehat umtuk mencegah adanya komplikasi ataupun kematian. Dalam menerapkan gaya hidup sehat, pasien hipertensi perlu adanya efikasi diri. Efikasi diri diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan melalui keyakinan diri dalam menjalankan gaya hidup sehat. Berdasarkan Riskesdas pada tahun 2018 prevalensi hipertensi di Indonesia diperkirakan mencapai 34,1% pada penduduk berusia di atas 18 tahun. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri terhadap kepatuhan gaya hidup sehat pada penderita hipertensi. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini studi kuantitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional, sampel 88 responden penderita hipertensi di Desa Kowel yang dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling. Alat ukur menggunakan koesioner, data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik Spearman Rank dengan taraf signifikan 5% (α = 0,05). Penilitian ini didapatkan p value 0,000 yang berarti ada hubungan antara efikasi diri terhadap kepatuhan gaya hidup sehat padapasien hipertensi, dengan menunjukkan mayoritas responden memiliki self efficacy tinggi dengan gaya hidup sehat sebanyak 73 (83,0%) responden. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara efikasi diri dengan gaya hidup pada pasien hipertensi. Semakin tinggi efikasi diri maka semakin tinggi pula gaya hidup sehat.

Abstract

Background: Coronavirus or severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is a virus that attacks the respiratory tract. The disease caused by infection with this virus is called COVID-19. The main cause of people's non-compliance with health protocols is a lack of knowledge about the risks of disease and the benefits of treatment, as well as the main obstacles in accessing health services. Method: A cross-sectional design was used for the research design. There are 297 subjects in this study. The samples taken were 170 respondents. The sampling technique uses probabilistic sampling and random sampling techniques. The data collection method uses a questionnaire sheet. Use a statistical test with Spearman's rank test (a = 0.05). Results: Based on the results of the Knowledge Brief Research on COVID-19 in Sampan District, Sampan District, it is known that almost half of the community, namely 75 people (44.1%), do not have sufficient knowledge. The public is encouraged to educate themselves about COVID-19 and adhere to the COVID-19 health protocol. Conclussion: From the study it can be concluded that almost half of the community's knowledge is lacking in Pademawu Sub-District, Pamekasan Regency.
