Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Investment (ROI) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Stock Returns in State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) Banking Companies listed in the LQ45 Index. The period in this study is 2020-2024. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all banks listed in the LQ45 Index, using financial statement data of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) banking companies listed in the LQ45 Index for 2020-2024. The sample selection technique uses the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Return on Investment (ROI) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) together had a significant effect on Stock Returns. The adjusted R-squared value is 0.680 or 68.0%. This shows that Return on Investment (ROI) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) affect Stock Returns by 68.0%, while the remaining 38.0% is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies that are members of the LQ45 index and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019-2024 period. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data used is secondary data obtained through the annual financial statements of related companies and official IDX publications. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method, and the analysis used was multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R²) with the help of SPSS 27. The results showed that simultaneously Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) had a significant effect on stock prices. Partially, the Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) variables have a positive and significant effect on stock prices, with an Fcount value of 4,355 with a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) of 0.521. This means that 52.1% of stock prices are influenced by Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) while the remaining 47.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earnings Per Share (EPS) on stock prices in the Agricultural Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Period 2019 - 2023. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is using Agricultural Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2019 - 2023, and by using company financial report data in the agricultural sector. The sample selection technique uses a purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earnings Per Share (EPS) together have a significant effect on stock returns. The Adjusted R Square value is 0.571 or 57.1%. This shows that Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Earnings Per Share (EPS), have an effect on stock returns of 57.1% while the remaining 42.9% is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, communication, and leadership style on the active participation of members of the Melikan Lor Youth Organization (OPEL) in Bantul Village, Kapanewon Bantul, Bantul Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with a population of all OPEL members totaling 163 people. The research sample was active members of OPEL, with non-probability sampling technique and simple random sampling method, the results of Slovin's calculation resulted in 116 respondents. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The results of research show that the work environment and leadership style partially have a positive and significant effect on the active participation of OPEL members. However, communication partially has no significant influence on active participation. Simultaneously (together), work environment, communication, and leadership style have a significant effect on the active participation of OPEL members. The coefficient of determination (R²) shows that 45.4% of the variation in active participation is explained by the three independent variables, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the study.
