Abstract

Agribisnis di Indonesia memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam perekonomian negara, dengan jutaan petani yang menggantungkan hidupnya pada sektor pertanian. Meskipun demikian, sektor ini menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti ketidakstabilan harga pasar, terbatasnya akses terhadap teknologi, dan dampak perubahan iklim. Teknologi, khususnya teknologi digital, menawarkan peluang besar untuk mentransformasi agribisnis di Indonesia, dengan meningkatkan efisiensi, produktivitas, dan keberlanjutan sektor pertanian. Penggunaan teknologi seperti pertanian presisi, big data, drone, dan Internet of Things (IoT) dapat membantu petani dalam membuat keputusan yang lebih akurat, mengelola sumber daya secara optimal, dan mengurangi pemborosan. Namun, adopsi teknologi dalam agribisnis Indonesia masih terbatas oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain infrastruktur yang belum merata, rendahnya literasi digital di kalangan petani, serta biaya awal yang tinggi untuk implementasi teknologi. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peluang yang dapat dimanfaatkan melalui penerapan teknologi dalam agribisnis Indonesia, serta tantangan yang dihadapi petani dalam mengadopsi teknologi. Selain itu, juga membahas langkah-langkah yang perlu diambil oleh berbagai pemangku kepentingan termasuk pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan lembaga pendidikan untuk mendorong transformasi agribisnis yang berbasis teknologi di Indonesia. Diharapkan, dengan pemanfaatan teknologi yang tepat, agribisnis di Indonesia dapat berkembang menjadi sektor yang lebih efisien, produktif, dan berkelanjutan.  Agribusiness in Indonesia plays a very important role in the country's economy, with millions of farmers depending on the agricultural sector for their livelihoods. However, this sector faces various challenges, such as market price volatility, limited access to technology, and the impact of climate change. Technology, especially digital technology, offers great opportunities to transform agribusiness in Indonesia, by increasing the efficiency, productivity, and sustainability of the agricultural sector. The use of technologies such as precision agriculture, big data, drones, and the Internet of Things (IoT) can help farmers make more accurate decisions, manage resources optimally, and reduce waste. However, the adoption of technology in Indonesian agribusiness is still limited by several factors, including uneven infrastructure, low digital literacy among farmers, and high initial costs for technology implementation. This paper aims to analyze the opportunities that can be utilized through the application of technology in Indonesian agribusiness, as well as the challenges faced by farmers in adopting technology. In addition, it also discusses the steps that need to be taken by various stakeholders including the government, private sector, and educational institutions to encourage technology-based agribusiness transformation in Indonesia. It is hoped that with the use of appropriate technology, agribusiness in Indonesia can develop into a more efficient, productive, and sustainable sector.

Abstract

Natural disasters such as earthquakes and tsunamis can cause death, damage, and property loss for humans. However, this event does not have a bad impact if a building is designed to be earthquake-resistant according to the SNI 1726:2019 standard. SMAN 1 Nangapanda is a school located in the Ende district, this location is close to the coast which has the potential to pose a tsunami hazard; PkM aims to provide education to the school community regarding earthquake disaster mitigation so that disaster victims can be minimised. Implementing this PkM uses methods including material presentations, discussions, and quizzes; and installing evacuation routes at earthquake gathering points in the school environment. The team provided material with a duration of 15 minutes, then gave a quiz and ended with installing an earthquake evacuation route. The results of the PkM running smoothly, and satisfactorily, by the objectives, can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in analyzing the animated images in the pamphlets distributed, answering the quiz questions given, activeness in asking and arguing regarding natural disaster mitigation, as well as participation in the activity of installing evacuation route poles gathering point located in the school area. As a follow-up to community service, it is necessary to add simulation activities during the earthquake and tsunami, so that the entire school community can practice these situations.

Abstract

E-commerce telah menjadi bagian penting dalam ekonomi digital, namun sektor pertanian di Indonesia, termasuk Kabupaten Sikka, masih tertinggal. Petani di daerah ini menghadapi berbagai hambatan, seperti akses pasar yang terbatas, nilai jual produk yang rendah, dan ketergantungan pada distribusi konvensional. Produk pertanian juga memiliki tantangan khusus karena mudah rusak dan bergantung pada faktor alam. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan platform e-commerce berbasis website untuk memasarkan produk pertanian di Kabupaten Sikka. Tujuannya adalah memperluas akses pasar, meningkatkan efisiensi pemasaran, serta mendorong literasi digital petani agar siap memanfaatkan teknologi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan pengembangan perangkat lunak (analisis, desain, implementasi, dan uji coba). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa e-commerce mampu meningkatkan visibilitas produk, transparansi harga, efisiensi transaksi, dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Namun, tantangan tetap ada, seperti rendahnya literasi digital, infrastruktur internet yang belum merata, serta kurangnya pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi petani. E-commerce plays a key role in the digital economy, but the agricultural sector in Indonesia—particularly in Sikka Regency—lags behind. Farmers face obstacles like limited market access, low product prices, and dependence on traditional distribution. Agricultural products are also perishable and subject to natural conditions, adding to the challenge. This study aims to develop a web-based e-commerce platform tailored for marketing agricultural products in Sikka. The goal is to expand market access, improve marketing efficiency, and boost farmers' digital literacy and readiness to use such technology. A qualitative descriptive method was used, involving field observation, interviews with farmers and local entrepreneurs, and software development through analysis, design, implementation, and testing stages. The findings show that the e-commerce platform positively impacted product visibility, price transparency, transaction efficiency, and market reach. However, challenges remain, such as limited digital literacy, uneven internet infrastructure, and a lack of training and support for farmers.

Abstract

In today's digital era, basic computer and Microsoft literacy training is very important, both for elementary school students and professional workers. Increasing use is recognized by several sectors, including the banking industry and the education sector. To overcome this, basic computer introduction activities were carried out in the context of outreach to the community, especially elementary school students. From the information found at the SDI Waioti Maumere Elementary School, some students are not yet familiar with current computer technology. So the service carried out aims to provide an introduction to basic computers to elementary school students at SDI Waioti Maumere, including an introduction to computer hardware and an understanding of using Microsoft Word as an effort to improve each student's ability to adapt to today's global world. The three steps in this activity process are preparation, implementation, and assessment. In this activity, the committee succeeded in initiating basic computer and Microsoft Word learning for 36 students divided into two classes, namely A and B.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is the influence of the Civil Service Management Information System on Human Resource Planning at the Regional Personnel Agency of Sikka District. The design of the research used is descriptive and comparative causal research through surveys. The purpose of descriptive research is to make a systematic, factual and accurate explanation of the facts and characteristics of a particular population or region. The technique of data collection is done by spreading questionnaires to n respondents to get answers that are in accordance with the research variables, as material to prove the proposed hypothesis. The sample in this study were 54 people. From the results of this study it was found that SIMPEG had a significant effect on HR planning in the Sikka City Personnel Agency. This study recommends that the Sikka District Personnel Agency that in implementing HR Planning can be carried out properly, if using accurate and accurate information. Such accurate and accurate information can be generated if SIMPEG supporting indicators are adequate and together work at the expected level.
