Abstract

This study examines the leadership style of the village head in managing digital-based services at the village office. Using both qualitative and quantitative methods, the research reveals that the village head's leadership style significantly impacts the effectiveness of digital services. Inclusive leadership, characterized by respect and acceptance, facilitates digital services but lacks delegation and centralized decision-making processes. However, charismatic leadership, characterized by respect and decision-making finesse, is praised for its ability to navigate complexity. The office workforce, particularly in delivering digital-based services, is effective and efficient, improving service quality and community satisfaction. High employee motivation drives quality service delivery, and the office's technological infrastructure, including a fast internet network, enhances service delivery processes. The study underscores the importance of considering leadership dynamics in village governments to optimize digitally oriented services. However, its generalizability is limited as it focuses on the village head's leadership style. Future research should explore the interaction between leadership style and other organizational determinants, such as staff competencies and technological infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether ability and expertise have an influence on employee performance at the Village Office in Kulo Sub-district. This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 57 people. The sample was taken saturated, and the data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22.0 for Wondows. Based on the results of the simple linear regression test, the significance value of X1 is 0.000 <0.05, indicating that ability has an influence on employee performance at the Village Office in Kulo Sub-district. Likewise, the significance value of X2 is 0.000 <0.05, indicating that performance has an influence on employee performance at the Kulo District Village Office. Based on the results of multiple linear regression tests, it shows that the significance value of X1 is 0.000 <0.05, indicating that ability has a partial influence on employee performance, as well as the significance value of X2 of 0.021 <0.05, indicating that expertise has a partial influence on employee performance. So it can be concluded that ability and expertise affect employee performance at the Village Office in Kulo Sub-district.

Abstract

This study aims to examine what factors affect the quality of employee performance in the macorawalie village office. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 87 people. The questionnaire is a data collection technique used with data analysis techniques, namely IBM SPSS Statistics 26. based on the results of variable recapitulation of internal factors and external factors with a percentage of 71.75%% in the good category and variable recapitulation of employee performance quality with a result of 75.2% in the expected good category. In addition, the factors that affect the quality of employee performance in the macorawalie village office, Pancarijang sub-district are "Influential / Significant". From the results of the Aanova test, it was found that F was 14.360 with a significant level of 0.000, this shows that the independent variable has a significant effect and the probability is far from above 0.05 individually t count 3.789 ≥ t table 1.663, meaning that the factors that influence / significant on the quality of employee performance at the Mocorawalie Village Office, Panca Rijang sub-district.

Abstract

The Impact of Village Expansion on Regional Potential Management in Buntu Buangin Village, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, (supervised by Mrs. Andi Astinah Adnan and Mr. Akhyaruddin Hakim) This study aims to determine the impact of village expansion on regional potential management in Buntu Buangin Village. This research uses quantitative methods. Respondents were selected using an incidental sampling technique with 70 respondents as a data source. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires/questions, and literature study with data processing and analysis techniques using SPSS 21 for window. The results showed that the impact of village expansion on the management of physical potential in the village of Buntu Buagin, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency had a percentage of 84% in the very good category. So that indicators of physical potential can be categorized as "positive impact". The impact of village expansion on the management of non-physical potential in the village of Buntu Bunagin, Pitu Riase District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency has a percentage result of 80% in the good category. So that indicators of physical potential can be categorized as "positive impact".

Abstract

NUR ALIA. 09110580419041, Strategi Bantuan Sosial Tunai ( BST ) Terhadap Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat Di Desa Rijang Panua Kecamatan Kulo Kabupaten Sidenrenng Rappang. ( dibombing oleh). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST) Terhadap Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat Di Desa Rijang Panua Kecamatan Kulo Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 118 KK di desa rijang panua. Teknik dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh 118 orang. Tipe penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini adalah observasi, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reabilitas, dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statictik 26.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil olah kuesioner diperoleh rekapitukasi variabel strategi sebesar 59% berada pada kategori “Kurang Baik”. Rekapitulasi variabel peningkatan ekonomi sebesar 60% berada pada kategori ‘Baik’. Dan pengaruh antara strategi bantuan sosial tunai dan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat di desa rijang panua dikategorikan “Berpengaruh/Signifikan”, dari uji ANOVA didapat Fhitung yang diperoleh sebesar 9.344 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,003 hal ini menunjukkan pengaruh variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan, dan probabilitas jauh diatas 0.005, secara parsial Thitung yang diperoleh (3.308) > Ttabel (1.658) artinya strategi bantuan sosial tunai berpengaruh/signifikan terhadap peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat di desa rijang panua sebesar 10% berada pada kategori “Kurang Baik”. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan publik yang dipengaruhi oleh patologi birokrasi di Kantor Desa Bina Baru Kecamatan Kulo Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 38 orang yang pernah mendapatkan pelayanan dari Kantor Desa Bina Baru pada bulan November dan Desember 2022. Studi asosiatif kuantitatif adalah jenis penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini, kuesioner, studi literatur, dan observasi adalah metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Dengan menggunakan alat bantu IBM SPSS Statistic 29.0, teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, patologi birokrasi Kantor Desa Bina Baru masuk dalam kategori "Kurang Baik" dengan hasil % 57,7%. Dengan nilai % 60%, kualitas pelayanan publik di Kantor Desa Bina Baru masuk dalam kategori "Kurang Baik". Kategori "Signifikan/ Berpengaruh" meliputi dampak patologi birokrasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik di Kantor Desa Bina Baru Kecamatan Kulo Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,547, variabel patologi birokrasi berpengaruh positif terhadap variabel kualitas pelayanan publik. Dari uji ANOVA diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 20,067 dengan tingkat signifikansi/probabilitas sebesar 0,000 (sig 0,000 0,05) menunjukkan adanya pengaruh.

Abstract

The governance of the 2024 Presidential Election leaves an important note for democracy in Indonesia. The President as head of State is considered not neutral, weakening state institutions practicing dynasty politics in a democratic country.  This study aims to determine the practice of presidential dynasty politics and the ethics of state institutions in the 2024 national leadership succession. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach with an in-depth analysis method of the state process and the President's response in facing the leadership succession. Data collection was conducted through media coverage analysis and a literature review from previous studies. The results show that the involvement of the President strengthens dynasty politics through policies and decisions of the Constitutional Court, which are considered not neutral, so they can weaken democratic ethics. This fact is something new in the practice of democracy in Indonesia, and it has an impact on the integrity of state institutions and election organizers. This study reveals a new perspective on the President's involvement in dynastic politics and its implications for the ethical governance of state institutions during the 2024 presidential election. These findings contribute to the understanding of the challenges of Indonesian democracy and their potential impacts on the 2024 regional head elections, emphasizing the need to strengthen integrity in the democratic process.

Abstract

In the era of digital governance, the success of Management Information Systems (MIS) hinges on the quality of data they process and deliver. Despite widespread implementation across Indonesia, many MIS initiatives fall short due to poor data quality, limiting their ability to improve decision making and organizational performance. This study investigates the extent to which data quality influences MIS success in Indonesia, using the DeLone and McLean IS Success Model as a guiding framework. A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 250 MIS users from public and private organizations across Indonesia. Data were collected using validated Likert scale instruments to measure data quality, system use, user satisfaction, and net benefits. Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was employed to analyze both measurement and structural models. Results reveal that data quality significantly predicts MIS success, with strong effects on system use (β = 0.58), user satisfaction (β = 0.34), and net benefits (β = 0.29). The strongest pathway was observed through the mediation of user satisfaction, indicating that improvements in data quality translate to better system engagement and higher organizational gains. Among the six measured attributes, accuracy, relevance, and consistency were the most influential. These findings reinforce the importance of institutionalizing data governance strategies such as standardized protocols, data literacy training, and role-specific accountability. Furthermore, the Indonesian context emphasizes the need for adaptive models that account for infrastructural, cultural, and political variability. Overall, data quality is a foundational determinant of MIS success, requiring technical systems, organizational commitment, capacity building, and cross-functional coordination. The study offers actionable insights for policymakers and IT leaders to promote MIS performance and public sector innovation
