Abstract

This study aims to examine what factors affect the quality of employee performance in the macorawalie village office. The type of research used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 87 people. The questionnaire is a data collection technique used with data analysis techniques, namely IBM SPSS Statistics 26. based on the results of variable recapitulation of internal factors and external factors with a percentage of 71.75%% in the good category and variable recapitulation of employee performance quality with a result of 75.2% in the expected good category. In addition, the factors that affect the quality of employee performance in the macorawalie village office, Pancarijang sub-district are "Influential / Significant". From the results of the Aanova test, it was found that F was 14.360 with a significant level of 0.000, this shows that the independent variable has a significant effect and the probability is far from above 0.05 individually t count 3.789 ≥ t table 1.663, meaning that the factors that influence / significant on the quality of employee performance at the Mocorawalie Village Office, Panca Rijang sub-district.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of public service ethics on community satisfaction at the Tonronge Village Office, Baranti District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The explicit purpose of the research is to analyze the extent to which public service ethics affect community satisfaction with services at the village level. The method used was quantitative and associative, with 68 people who received services for two months using a saturated sampling technique. Research variables include public service ethics (X) and community satisfaction (Y). Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and literature studies, then analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 21.0. The results showed that public service ethics significantly affected community satisfaction, with satisfaction levels of 65.5% and 68.8%, respectively. Factors that influence this relationship have a satisfaction level of 61%. The ANOVA test shows Fcount 125.312 with a significance of 0.000, while the t-test shows tcount (11.194) > stable (1.688), which means that public service ethics has a significant effect. The R square value of 66% indicates that public service ethics influences 66% of public satisfaction, while other factors outside this study influence 34%.

Abstract

The title of this paper is the presentation of potential data for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in the Food Sector at vilage office website. The purpose of this paper is the existence of MSME data in food as a source of information for development needs, especially in the food sector. The implementation method consists of preparation and briefing, data collection and data collection to the Village Website. Food MSME data presented on the Website consists of Pipang MSME profiles, the current market and the stabilization of food prices in the market. The Community Service Program 1 UMS Rappang is expected to benefit the community. By providing MSME data on this website, it is expected to be information for MSME development strategies in particular and the Environment Kampung Pisang in general.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Pemerintah Daerah terhadap pengeloaan sampah di Kecamatan Panca Rijang Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, khususnya Pasar Sentral Rappang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan jumlah penduduk di Kecamatan Panca Rijang yang berjumlah 32.433 dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan Teknik purporsive sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yaitu dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS statistik 27. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil peran Pemerintah Daerah berada pada kategori baik, dengan rata-rata persentase 74%. Hasil dari pengelolaan sampah berada pada kategori baik, dengan rata-rata persentase 67%. Dan hasil dari factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan sampah yakni, keterbatasan fasilitas 72%, partisifasi masyarakat 63%, edukasi dan sosialisasi 67%, kebijakan dan sanksi 73%, perilaku masyarakat 60%, dan dukungan sector swasta 67%, maka hasil rata-rata persentasenya 67% berada pada kategori baik. Nilai R Square (R2) 55,4% berada pada kategori kurang baik dan sisanya 44,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Dan nilai t hitung > t tabel atau 11.041 > 1.660, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang artinya signifikan. Jadi peran Pemerintah Daerah berpengaruh/signifikan terhadap pengelolaan sampah di Kecamatan Panca Rijang Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang.

Abstract

The Role of Bawaslu in Supervising the Neutrality of State Civil Apparatus in the 2024 Pilkada in Pinrang Regency. Supervised by Sapri and Kamaruddin Sellang.This research aims to understand and analyze the role of the Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu) of Pinrang Regency in overseeing the neutrality of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the 2024 Regional Election. The focus of the research includes three main aspects, namely: (1) prevention (preventive) (2) active supervision (3) law enforcement. The research results show that the Pinrang Regency Bawaslu has carried out its functions through preventive efforts by socializing the principle of ASN neutrality both formally and informally. Active supervision is conducted both directly in the field and digitally through social media monitoring. Law enforcement is carried out through coordination with the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) and the GAKUMDU Center. However, supervision still faces challenges such as budget and human resource limitations. Violations of ASN neutrality often occur in symbolic forms in the digital space and through indirect participation in campaign activities, reflecting a lack of understanding of the principle of "impartiality and non-involvement" as explained by Yamin (2013). Thus, strengthening institutional frameworks, enhancing the capacity of supervisors, and providing continuous education to ASN are crucial for achieving more effective oversight and maintaining the integrity of democracy at the local level.
