Abstract

This study aims to examine the utilization of information technology on the quality of public services and the factors that influence the utilization of information technology on the quality of public services at the Mario Village Office. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was 37 people. The sampling method used saturated samples. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 22.0 for windows. Based on the results of the simple null regression test, the significance value is 0.003 <0.05 and the calculated t value is 3.143> t table 1.689, which means that there is an influence. The use of information technology has an influence of 57,2 % on the quality of public services at the Mario Village Office, while the remaining 42,8 % is influenced by other variables that were not studied. Factors that influence the quality of public services at the Mario Village Office are Social Factors, Affect, Complexity, Task Suitability, Long-Term Consequences, Facilitating Conditions. So, the value of the factors that influence the quality of public services at the Mario Village Office is 80% of the 100% expected results.

Abstract

NUR ALIA. 09110580419041, Strategi Bantuan Sosial Tunai ( BST ) Terhadap Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat Di Desa Rijang Panua Kecamatan Kulo Kabupaten Sidenrenng Rappang. ( dibombing oleh). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST) Terhadap Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat Di Desa Rijang Panua Kecamatan Kulo Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 118 KK di desa rijang panua. Teknik dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh 118 orang. Tipe penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini adalah observasi, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reabilitas, dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statictik 26.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil olah kuesioner diperoleh rekapitukasi variabel strategi sebesar 59% berada pada kategori “Kurang Baik”. Rekapitulasi variabel peningkatan ekonomi sebesar 60% berada pada kategori ‘Baik’. Dan pengaruh antara strategi bantuan sosial tunai dan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat di desa rijang panua dikategorikan “Berpengaruh/Signifikan”, dari uji ANOVA didapat Fhitung yang diperoleh sebesar 9.344 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,003 hal ini menunjukkan pengaruh variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan, dan probabilitas jauh diatas 0.005, secara parsial Thitung yang diperoleh (3.308) > Ttabel (1.658) artinya strategi bantuan sosial tunai berpengaruh/signifikan terhadap peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat di desa rijang panua sebesar 10% berada pada kategori “Kurang Baik”. Kata Kunci : Strategi Bantuan dan Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat

Abstract

The quality of public services in rural areas still faces serious challenges, particularly regarding infrastructure limitations, low digital literacy, and suboptimal capacity of village officials. To address these issues, the Smart Village Program was implemented to digitize village administration to improve service efficiency, access to information, and community participation. This study aims to empirically test the effectiveness of the Smart Village Program in improving the quality of public services in Polewali Village, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. Using a quantitative approach and descriptive methods, the study involved 392 randomly selected respondents from the village population. Data was collected through observation, closed-ended questionnaires based on the Likert scale, and literature review, then analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, and simple linear regression. The results indicate that the six pillars of the Smart Village Program have high effectiveness (average 80%), and public service quality has improved significantly (average 77.3%), particularly regarding reliability and assurance. These findings confirm that village digitalization can catalyze more adaptive and inclusive public service transformation. The Smart Village Program has the potential to become a model for sustainable local development, with policy implications for strengthening technological infrastructure, enhancing human resource capacity, and implementing active community engagement strategies.
