Abstract

Husna Roti is a business specializing in cakes and bakery products that has been operating for nine years in Desa Purwosari, Comal District, Pemalang Regency. As part of a community service program, faculty members and students are involved in providing assistance to help develop this business. The program includes various improvement efforts, particularly in the areas of marketing and human resource management. The actions taken include creating Grabfood and Instagram accounts to expand the digital market, making official stamps, obtaining halal certification, and producing promotional videos and documenting the production process. Additionally, the company profile and organizational structure were prepared to strengthen management. Financial reports and cost of goods sold calculations were also made to optimize cost management. Through this collaboration, the faculty members and students aim to provide concrete solutions to the challenges faced by Husna Roti. With this assistance, it is hoped that the quality of the products and the competitiveness in the market will improve, allowing the business to grow and positively impact the local economy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of dividend policy as a mediator in the influence of Earnings Per Share (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock returns in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019–2023. Sample collection was carried out using the purposive sampling method, and 80 observation data were obtained from the company's annual financial reports. Data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS version 25 software, which includes the t-test, Sobel test, and classical assumption testing to test the validity of the model. The results of the study indicate that partially ROE and dividend policy have a significant effect on stock returns, while EPS and DER do not have a significant effect. In addition, dividend policy is not proven to be a mediator in the relationship between EPS, ROE, and DER on stock returns. These findings suggest that investors need to consider profitability and dividend policy more than capital structure when making investment decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine and describe the extent of the impact of the variables Perceived Usefulnessss, Perceived Ease of Use, Risk, and Social Influence on Interest in Using through the mediation of the Attitude Toward Using variable. The population studied was Livin' by Mandiri mobile banking users in Pemalang, using a research sample of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling and accidental sampling methods. Information was obtained by observation, filling out a questionnaire using Google Form, and studying relevant literature. Data analysis used IBM SPSS Statistics 25 with various statistical tests, such as instrument validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t test, path analysis, and the Sobel test which was analyzed using the Sobel test calculator. The research results found that there was a significant direct impact on the variables Perceived Usefulnessss (X1), Perceived Ease of Use (X2), Risk (X3), Social Influence (X4), and Attitude Toward Using (Z) with Interest in Using (Y). Apart from that, Attitude Toward Using (Z) plays a significant role as a link to the indirect impact of these variables on Interest in Using (Y). Abstract

Ariezta Art is a micro-enterprise in Sidorejo Village, Pemalang Regency, producing handmade resin-based crafts. The business faces several challenges, such as limited digital marketing skills, unsystematic product design, and lack of basic financial recording. This community service program seeks to empower Ariezta Art through digital promotion training, product design assistance aligned with market demands, and basic financial literacy education. The implementation stages include identifying partner needs, preparing relevant training modules, and evaluating program outcomes. Results show improved partner capability in utilizing social media for promotion and recording daily financial transactions. Additionally, product designs have become more attractive and market-oriented. This program is expected to contribute to strengthening the competitiveness and business continuity of Ariezta Art, helping the MSME face the dynamic demands of the creative market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya peningkatan kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan Farmasi yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia  pada saat pandemi COVID-19. Pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif merupakan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia berupa laporan keuangan Perusahaan Sub Sektor Farmasi yang terdaftar dan menyajikan data laporan keuangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2019 sebagai pencerminan kondisi sebelum pandemi COVID-19 dan laporan keuangan tahun 2020 sebagai pencerminan kondisi saat pandemi COVID-19. Variabel  penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rasio likuiditas diproksikan dengan Current Ratio, Rasio leverage diproksikan dengan Debt to Equity Ratio, Rasio profitabilitas diproksikan dengan Return On Assets Ratio dan Rasio aktifitas diproksikan Receivable Turn Over. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dan penurunan kinerja keuangan masing-masing perusahaan yang menjadi sampel pada variabel yang diujikan.

Abstract

In an era where consumers are increasingly aware of the importance of sustainability, Batik SMEs in Central Java find themselves in a strategic position to leverage the trend of Green Marketing as a tool to enhance their competitiveness. The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of green marketing mediating the relationship between brand love and purchasing decisions in Batik Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Central Java. The total population of manufacturing company employees in Central Java in 2022 is approximately 465.654. Using the Slovin's formula, a sample of 219 Actor and MSME Batik Consumers was obtained with a confidence level of 5%. A purposive random sampling technique was applied to select a sample of Actor and Batik MSME Consumers, thereby ensuring good representation of the various Batik MSMEs in Central Java. To analyze the data and test the research hypothesis, the Mediation Regression method was used with the help of SPSS software. The results of this research are that brand love has a significant and positive influence on purchasing decisions, then green marketing mediates the relationship between brand love and purchasing decisions among Batik MSMEs in Central Java.
