Abstract

Along with the progress of the times, the application of modern technology and the present is increasingly being promoted in various sectors of life, including in the world of education. The use of media in the learning process is one of the efforts to create more meaningful and quality learning. One of the most advanced and widely used technologies today is laptops. The use of laptops in learning is widely used, but in its application there are not many teachers who understand and utilize these technologies. Laptops as information technology and interactive learning media are able to make students more active, creative, fun learning, not boring and increase students' interest in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen sekolah dan profesionalisme kepala sekolah terhadap kepuasan pengajaran guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 309 orang yaitu guru-guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Tanjung Raja. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 76 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisi korelasi dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) manajemen sekolah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengajaran guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Tanjung Raja; (2) prosionalisme kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengajaran guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Tanjung Raja; (3) manajemen sekolah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengajaran guru di SD Negeri Tanjung Raja.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen sekolah dan profesionalisme kepala sekolah terhadap kepuasan pengajaran guru. Abstract

This study examines the implementation of patient safety management at Melati General Hospital in Perbaungan. Patient safety is a critical component of healthcare quality, aimed at minimizing risks, errors, and harm to patients during the provision of health services. The research utilizes a qualitative approach, involving comprehensive interviews with hospital staff, direct observations, and analysis of hospital safety protocols and records. Key findings reveal that while Melati General Hospital has established several patient safety measures, there are areas needing improvement, particularly in staff training, adherence to safety protocols, and incident reporting systems. The study identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the current patient safety management practices and offers recommendations for enhancing the safety culture within the hospital. Effective implementation of these recommendations is expected to lead to significant improvements in patient safety outcomes, thereby ensuring higher standards of care and patient trust.

Abstract

Anemia is a disease characterized by lower-than-normal hemoglobin (Hb) levels in the blood. Hemoglobin is a protein in red blood cells that functions to transport oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body. Based on the research findings, it is known that the role of Posyandu adolescents is to provide health services by health workers. The services provided are in the form of facilitators who will conduct health checks and refer adolescent girls diagnosed with anemia to the Puskesmas for hemoglobin testing. Since adolescent girls are at risk of anemia during menstruation, Posyandu Remaja needs to motivate them to take blood product tablets and undergo regular health checks every month. This study uses a literature review methodology that focuses on themes or variables obtained from previous research, namely written research (Wahyudi, 2022). Data regarding the role of health workers in reducing the prevalence of anemia in adolescents and factors influencing the occurrence of anemia were identified from research articles and literature reviews. Similar to Bangladesh and India, the prevalence of anemia in India is very high at 45.9%. One of the main factors causing anemia in adolescent girls is improper nutritional habits.

Abstract

Mental health education for teenagers is very important to increase teenagers' knowledge and awareness about mental health and prevent mental health disorders in teenagers. This research aims to increase students' knowledge about adolescent mental health. This research uses an experimental method with a pretest-posttest design to measure students' level of knowledge before and after conducting youth mental health education using leaflets and short presentations. The research was conducted on 58 junior high school students at SMP Muhammadiyah 61 Tanjung Selamat, Pancur Batu sub-district, Deli Serdang Regency. The results of this activity show a positive trend in increasing students' understanding and knowledge of Mental Health using leaflet media. This is shown by the increase in the percentage of students who have good abilities in the post-test results. As many as 86.6% of class VII students and 100% of class IX students have good abilities. The improvement in the abilities of class VII and class IX students was more significant in the post-test results. The conclusion is that educating using leaflet media can expand the knowledge and understanding of Muhammadiyah 61 Tanjung Selamat Middle School students regarding mental health in adolescents.

Abstract

In Indonesia, dengue fever (DHF) is a health problem that tends to spread more widely and claim more lives due to increasing population density and mobility. The aim of this research is to find out what empowerment can be done to the community to increase public knowledge regarding the prevention of dengue fever (DHF). The research method for this journal is to use a literature study methodology or review journals totaling around 20 journals consisting of 18 national journals and 2 international journals using online sources (Google Scholar). The result of this research is to increase the quality of public knowledge in preventing dengue fever (DHF).

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). SARS-CoV-2 is a new type of coronavirus that has never been previously identified in humans. Corona virus or what is known as Covid-19 is a new case of pneumonia that was first reported in Wuhan, Hubei Province. Within a month, this disease had spread to various other provinces in China, Thailand, Japan and South Korea. Implementing clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) during the Covid19 pandemic can break the chain of virus spread. The aim of this literature review is to see how the Indonesian people implemented clean and healthy living behavior programs during the Covid-19 pandemic. The methodology used to write this article is based on a literature review approach. The journal collection process is based on criteria determined in literature research. Participation criteria are journals published in the last 5 years and indexed in Google Scholar. The results of this article explain the clean and healthy living behavior of the community during the Covid-19 period. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that there has been a change in clean and healthy living behavior in Indonesian society during the Covid- 19 period.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is intended to explore the students who follow the online learning programzso called Recognition of Prior Learning in Remote Area. Qualitative descriptive method was conducted to gain the data the findings. After spread the questionnaire as instrument of the study, the result show that students’ motivation must be maintained after first meeting of the class, students’ autonomous learning does not activated automatically even the teachers use online learning platform; teachers’ instruction must be vividly stated that there are instruction that insist them to open the platform outside the learning period. Students’ English proficiency also seems do not show positive vibe. Stakeholder of the program are advised to do training on the lecturer before running the program in remote area; to mitigate the discrepancy of the learning system in platform used. Teachers are boosted to have a clear instruction to mitigate time and space constraint in learning activities.Keywords: , online learning, students’ perceptions
