Abstract

Perusahaan perbankan merupakan salah satu industri yang berpartisipasi di pasar modal . Analisis ini untuk mengetahui kinerja keuangan perusahaan dengan menggunakan rasio. Untuk menilai tingkat kesehatan perbankan digunakan metode CAMELS Bank Indonesia, yang merupakan standar dalam menilai tingkat kesehatan bank. Penelitian ini secara konseptual bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak CAR , RORA , NPM , ROA dan LDR terhadap perubahan harga saham pada perusahaan perbankan yang go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia ( BEI ). Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling untuk mendapatkan sampel reprensetatif sesuai dengan kriteria yang ditentukan . Sampel dalam penelitian ini ada 17 perusahaan perbankan . Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan periode 2007-2009 yang dipublikasikan di media cetak Indonesia ( Info Bank ), Direktori Pasar Modal Indonesia ( ICMD ) dan Bursa Efek Indonesia ( BEI ) . Untuk memenuhi tujuan penelitian , hipotesis diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa CAR memiliki dampak pada perubahan harga saham pada perusahaan perbankan yang go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia ( BEI ). Adapun NPM , ROA dan LDR tidak berdampak pada perubahan harga saham pada perusahaan perbankan yang go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia ( BEI ) .

Abstract

This article discusses the community service activities that have been carried out in the PKK RT / RW 005/005 Manukan Kulon group, Surabaya. This community service activity is held with the consideration that the author as an academic feels the need to participate in parsing the economic problems in society caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, which created many unemployment clusters due to layoffs from closed businesses, as well as macroeconomic impacts that affect the economic conditions of the Indonesian State, require the contribution of solutions from all parties, including academics who have the dharma of community service. Business management literacy andlegality are e-commerce implemented as a means of providing understanding to the community and building PKK groups that are legally aware and smart in managing their business by utilizing information technology media. Abstract

Firm value occurs because stock prices fluctuate. The stock price states the value of the company, if the company has a good performance, the interest of investors will be high, the share price will increase and the company value will also increase. This research aims to analyze the effect of profitability, investment decisions, and dividend policy on firm value in food and beverages companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample used is a food and beverage company that is listed and active in the capital market, and shares financial data during the 2015-2018 period, as well as companies that distribute dividends during the 2015-2018 period. The total population of this research is 26 food and beverages companies. The sample selection process using purposive sampling method obtained 16 food and beverages companies. This research uses secondary data in the form of financial reports published on the (IDX). The analysis method used is multiple linier regression, classical assumption test, t test and F test. The results of this research indicate that only profitability is capable of increasing firm value, while investment decisions and dividend policy are not able to increase firm value. Abstract

Financial statements are used to find sources of company financial information that aims to analyze the financial performance of a company. Financial ratios are a tool to see profit growth. This study prioritizes the function of financial ratios to the company's profit growth. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether or not there is an influence of financial ratios, namely the ratio of liquidity, solvency and activity on the profit growth of companies in the transportation and logistics sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study used 28 populations. The sample selection used a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling type was found to find 19 samples of transportation and logistics companies for the period 2018-2021. Testing the data used consisted of classical assumption and multiple linear regression analysis. The observation results show is that partially the liquidity and solvency variables affect the company's profit growth with a significant negative, while the activity variable affects the company's profit growth with a significant positive. The results of the observation show that the liquidity, solvency and activity variables simultaneously influence the company's profit growth significantly.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan food and beverages di BEI periode 2016-2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perusahaan food and beverages di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang berjumlah 33 perusahaan tahun 2016-2020. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hingga mendapatkan sampel akhir sebanyak 18 perusahaan yang berada pada perusahaan food and beverages di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 25 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan nilai perusahaan sub sektor food and beverages di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020, leverage dan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh tehadap peningkatan nilai perusahaan sub sektor food and beverages di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of market value, profitability and solvency of stock returns of automotive companies listed on the IDX. The method used in this study is a type of quantitative method with purposive sampling technique. The research sample is 70 companies. The analytical tool used in this study is the SPSS model. The secondary source used in this study was obtained from an automotive company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id. The results of this study indicate that market value has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns in automotive sector companies in 2018-2022. Market value (Earning Per Share/EPS) is often considered as one of the important factors influencing stock returns. EPS reflects the profit generated by the company for each outstanding share. However, there are situations where the EPS market value does not have a significant effect on stock returns. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock returns of automotive sector companies in 2018-2022. This is because a high profitability ratio can attract investors, increase trust, and cause an increase in demand for company shares. Solvability has a positive and significant effect on stock returns of automotive sector companies in 2018-2022. This is because debt as business capital will help maximize the company's operations so that the profits obtained will also be maximized.

Abstract

Coaching and supervision is one of the industrial work programs that includes information on evaluation, compliance records, and recommendations for improvement for industries that have been coached or supervised. This study aims to analyze the implementation and effectiveness of the implementation of the coaching and supervision program in Small and Medium Industries in Surabaya City. Data were analyzed using qualitative methods and descriptive approaches using interview techniques. The results of the interviews revealed that the program was effective in increasing SME understanding regarding business licensing and industry standards. However, there were also obstacles from the organizers in the form of limited human resources and differences of understanding among the beneficiaries. The results of the study indicate that synergistic efforts are needed between the Department of Industry and Manpower and SME actors to increase the effectiveness of the coaching and supervision program to further increase SME interest in complying with all existing regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial ratios with dividend policy as a moderation toward changes in pharmaceutical stock prices listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2020-2023. This research uses a quantitative associative approach to determine the cause-and-effect relationship between variables. Data collection techniques use secondary data from financial statements and historical data of pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX. The sample determination in this study uses purposive sampling, which resulted in 8 sample companies. The type of data is panel data, which is a combination of cross-sectional and time series data. The variables used in this study are Profitability (ROE), Liquidity (CR), Dividend Policy (DPR), and Stock Price. To analyze the data, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) is used through the SPSS application to test the hypothesis. The results of the hypothesis test show that ROE has a significant positive effect on stock prices, CR has no effect on stock prices, DPR weakens the effect of ROE on stock prices, and DPR strengthens the effect of CR on stock prices.

Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran penting bagi perekonomian Indonesia. Sebagian besar dari Produk Domestik Bruto berasal dari UMKM. Peran perempuan cukup besar untuk keikut sertaannya andil dalam berjalannya UMKM. Akan tetapi peran perempuan sering kali dianggap remeh bagi beberapa orang sebagai efek samping dari budaya patriarki sehingga perlunya dilakukan pemberdayaan terhadap perempuan. PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk. melakukan pemberdayaan perempuan dengan program “Bestee” dimana BTPN Syariah mengoptimalkannya melalui pendampingan usaha nasabahnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa efektif sebuah pendampingan usaha nasabah BTPN Syariah berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan UMKM. Pada pemberdayaan perempuan BTPN Syariah melibatkan peserta magang dari Magang dan Studi Independen Bersertifikat (MSIB). Pemberdayaan perempuan memberikan efek yang sangat signifikan bagi perempuan pelaku UMKM dimana mereka bisa mendapatkan pengetahuan yang lebih baik mengenai kewirausahaan yang belum diketahui, dan capaian dari pemberdayaan ini diharap secara efektif dapat meningkatkan kinerja dari UMKM.
