Abstract

his article aims to increase the knowledge of mothers and young women in processing organic waste into useful goods and increase the understanding and ability of the community in terms of waste sorting and management. The visible aspects of the process of sorting organic and non-organic waste. This activity was carried out in Nagari Ulakan, Ulaakan Tapakis District, Padang Pariaman Regency. The participants involved were housewives and young women who were represented by 17 people. The form of activity is conducting training related to waste sorting and conducting training related to managing organic waste into eco enzymes. The implementation stage begins with the preparation stage, stage, and ends at the monitoring and evaluation stage. The results of the training carried out in Nagari Ulakan, Padang Pariaman Regency in the form of environmentally friendly enzymes that can be used in everyday life, such as for house cleaning, fruit and also as fertilizer. From this training, the community understands the benefits generated from organic waste that does not need to be disposed of but can be reused, this can also reduce the amount of waste that is thrown into the landfill every day. Cutting the flow of waste distribution to landfill and waste management is an effective solution and accelerates the processing of waste into more useful products.

Abstracts are written with Calisto MT 10, spaced 1 paragraph and italicized for abstract [english) consisting of research problems, objectives, metodes, results and discussions, and research conclusions. The abstract describes the research carried out so that it is useful and contributes to the development of science and technology in the field of education. Keywords are written in abstracts which are the substance of the research that has been carried out.

Abstract

Salah satu jenis alat transportasi yang sangat banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat adalah jenis sepeda motor. Akibat pemakaian sepeda motor yang meningkat, cadangan minyak bumi akan semakin berkurang sedangkan kebutuhan akan minyak terus bertambah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kinerja mesin terhadap penggunaan bahan bakar bakar pertalite, pertamax, dan bioetanol dengan melakukan pengujian torsi, daya, dan kemudian menganalisa emisi gas buang (HC) yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian eksperimen. Obyek dalam penelitian ini ialah sepeda motor Honda Revo 2007 100CC dengan menggunakan dynotest. Analisis hasil penelitian yang dipakai ialah Analisis Varians (Anova) dengan uji asumsi IIDN menggunakan program Minitab 17 for Windows. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) Tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara bahan bakar pertalite, pertamax, dan bioetanol terhadap daya yang dihasilkan pada sepeda motor 4 langkah. (2) Tidak ada perbedaan signifikan antara bahan bakar pertalite, pertamax, dan bioetanol terhadap torsi yang dihasilkan pada sepeda motor 4 langkah. (3) Ada perbedaan signifikan antara bahan bakar pertalite, pertamax, dan bioetanol terhadap emisi gas buang yang dihasilkan pada sepeda motor 4 langkah.
