Abstract

This study aims to solve the problems that occur in the field regarding learning motivation and social emotional relationships, namely that there are some students who still have difficulty accepting the lesson material. The research method used in this study with a qualitative approach with the subjects in this study being SMP Negeri 3 Rejang Lebong. Data collection techniques using documentation, interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that students' learning motivation and social emotional relationships can be categorized as low. This can be seen from students' learning motivation, namely students have difficulty accepting the lesson material given by the teacher, students do not like the teacher's teaching method. While seen from students' social emotional relationships, students often fight for reasons of taking their friends' things, fighting over girlfriends, making noise in class, teasing each other between friends and there are students who play with different friends in other classes.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas perencanaan pendidikan dalam menyusun kurikulum deep learning yang bertujuan membentuk karakter peserta didik. Penelitian studi kepustakaan ini mengidentifikasi elemen kunci kurikulum yang mendukungpengembangan karakter dan bagaimana deep learning meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan model perencanaan pendidikan dalam menyusun kurikulum deep learning yang bertujuan untuk membentuk karakter peserta didik. Melalui pendekatan studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai literatur yang relevan dengan kurikulum deep learning dan pengembangan karakter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kurikulum deep learning dapat berkontribusi signifikan dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik melalui pendekatan pembelajaran yang aktif dan berpusat pada siswa. Model yang dirumuskan menggambarkan hubungan antara perencanaan pendidikan, deep learning, dan pembentukan karakter peserta didik.

Abstract

This study explores adaptive strategies in change management implemented by madrasahs as Islamic educational institutions to enhance educational quality. Faced with challenges such as globalization, technological advancement, and socio-cultural shifts, madrasahs must transform institutionally while maintaining their Islamic identity. Employing a descriptive qualitative method and a case study at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Muhammadiyah Rejang Lebong, the research investigates the driving forces, barriers, and implementation strategies of change. The findings indicate that successful change management relies on transformational leadership, stakeholder engagement, and a strong commitment to Islamic values. These adaptive strategies enable madrasahs to stay relevant and competitive within the national education system. The study contributes to the discourse on Islamic educational reform by offering practical insights into sustainable and value-based organizational transformation.
