Abstract

Ilmu pengetahuan dengan cepat harus menyesuaikan dengan tuntutan zaman. Berbagai cabang olahraga telah menggunakan kemajuan teknologi sebagai penunjang kegiatan baik dalam pembelajaran ataupun saat latihan khususnya pada olahraga cabang permainan bolavoli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas alat tes servis bolavoli berbasis mikrokontroller yang terdiri dari komponen-komponen seperti high performance, low power avr® 8-bit microcontroller unit, advanced risc architecture, high endurance non-volatile memory segments, peripheral features, special microcontroller features, dan menggunakan perangkat yang lain agar dapat digunakan untuk mengukur tes servis bolavoli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Instrumen tes yang digunakan berupa tes keterampilan servis bolavoli. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk kelas pemula subjek penelitian mahasiswa semester 2 yang bukan merupakan atlet bolavoli, kemudian pada mahasiswa yang ekstrakurikulernya bolavoli, dan kelompok ketiga pada mahasiswa yang termasuk pada atlet nasional dan daerah dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 60 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan nilai keefektifan sebesar 99,04% dengan mengklasifikasikan subjek penelitian menjadi tiga tingkat yang berbeda. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa alat tes servis bolavoli berbasis mikrokontroller ini efektif digunakan baik bagi pemula hingga atlet professional.

Abstract

Artikel ini menuliskan hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan kegiatan pelatihan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan penulisan karya ilmiah bagi Guru di SMP Negeri 9 Palembang. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 45 orang guru (30 perempuan, 15 laki-laki). Untuk mengetahui tercapai tidaknya materi pelatihan yang disajikan dilakukan evaluasi secara tertulis. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam empat tahap kegiatan. pertemuan pertama; memberikan penjelasan tentang penulisan karya ilmiah, sesi pelatihan ini menitikberatkan pada pemberian penjelasan mengenai memotivasi guru-guru agar mau menulis dan membuat karya tulis ilmiah, pertemuan kedua; ini yang menititberatkan kemampuan melaksanakan kegiatan tentang identifikasi, memilih merumuskan topik, pertemuan ketiga; menyusun kerangka tulisan, mengumpulkan bahan tulisan, menulis, menyunting dan membuat artikel ilmiah. Pertemuan keempat melakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan pelatihan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 91,11% guru yang mengikuti proses pelatiahn dari awal sampai akhir telah memahami konsep penulisan karya tulis ilmiah dengan baik dan benar.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to produce learning techniques for volleyball service for class IX Junior High School so that by producing new learning techniques, the learning outcomes of student service will be better, this research and development is intended to be a solution to the problem of volleyball game service at junior high school students. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development procedure (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Data was collected through documentation, observation, questionnaires and top service assessment tests. Data analysis was carried out descriptively, qualitatively and quantitatively. The product implementation stage was carried out in class IX.2 totaling 32 students and IX 4 totaling 32 students at Junior High School No 1 Palembang using the development results in the form of 8 top service drill learning techniques that had been declared valid. The learning outcomes of student service in the realm of attitudes, knowledge and skills obtained an average of 88.58% of students passed the minimum completeness criteria. Based on these learning outcomes, it can be concluded that 8 top service drill learning techniques are said to be effective in learning to serve volleyball games in junior high school students. The findings in this study are that the 8 drill learning techniques developed for top service can be used as a reference for learning techniques that can improve learning outcomes for volleyball service learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan ballhandling terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket pada ekstrakurikuler SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian quasy eksperiment. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest-posttest design. populasi adalah seluruh siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler bola basket di SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara yang berjumlah 30 orang.Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah sampel yang jumlahnya sebesar populasi yaitu 30 orang (total sampling). Instrumen penelitian adalah seluruh sampel melakukan tes dribbling bola basket. Dari hasil pengolahan dan analisis data dengan menggunakan uji normalitas data dan uji hipotesis dengan rumus uji t, bahwa latihan ballhandling berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis data melalui perhitungan rumus uji t dengan kriteria thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (8,70 ˃ 1,70) dengan taraf kepercayaan 0,95 (α = 0,05) dan jumlah sampel (N = 30), maka hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Latihan ballhandling secara signifikan memberikan pengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai pengaruh latihan ballhandling yang diduga mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keterampilan dribbling bola basket, ternyata memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan dribbling dalam ekstrakulikuler bola basket SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the need for developing learning media based on android applications in volleyball game learning. This research method uses a survey through filling out questionnaires distributed via google form. The number of respondents in this study were 110 students of physical education and health study programs. The results showed that 100% of students stated that they needed varied learning media, 92.7% of students needed smartphones in volleyball learning, 80.1% of students stated that smartphones made it easier for students to support the volleyball learning process, and 92.1% students need an android application for learning volleyball games. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be seen that the development of learning media based on android applications in volleyball games is needed for learning volleyball games, which can later be used as one of the learning media in volleyball games.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the need for the development of digital-based vertical jump test equipment. This research is a survey research using a non-structural questionnaire which has been prepared to be filled in by the research subjects. Six statements were compiled in this research questionnaire to find out how much is needed for the development of digital-based vertical jump test kits.146 participants consisting of students, teachers, and physical education lecturers in South Sumatra filled out questionnaires through the google form media. The survey results showed that the majority of participants experienced difficulties during the vertical jump test and most of them thought that the vertical jump measurement instruments used were inaccurate. All participants agreed with the development of the vertical jump measurement instrument from manual to digital. The results of this study will be used as a consideration to develop a vertical jump test instrument that has a good level of validity and is relatively affordable.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitina ini adalah untuk menganalisis kebutuhan dari pengembangan aplikasi tes passing bola voli berbasis android, karena melihat pengguna android yang semakin banyak sehingga pengembangan aplikasi ini berguna untuk kepentingan dunia kependidikan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan metode survei. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada 15-30 Juli 2022. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah survei dengan menggunakan google form sebagai alat pengumpul data. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 orang yang terdiri dari, 109 mahasiswa penjas, 5 dosen penjas, 3 orang pelatih bola voli dan 3 guru PJOK. Analisis data menggunakan persentase. Hasil analisis didapatkan 88% respoden menjawab bahwa pengembangan aplikasi tes passing bola voli berbasis android perlu dikembangkan, sehingga perlu adanya penelitian lanjutan untuk pengembangan aplikasi berbasis android sehingga dapat dihasilkan aplikasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk tes passing bola voli sehingga hasil tes menjadi lebih valid serta tes dapat dilaksanakan lebih mudah, lebih praktis efektif dan efisien. Abstract The purpose of this research is to analyze the needs of developing an android-based volleyball passing test application, because it sees more and more android users so that the development of this application is useful for the benefit of the world of education. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. By using the survey method. The time of the research was carried out on 15-30 July 2022. The instrument of this research was a survey using google form as a data collection tool. Respondents in this study were 120 people consisting of 109 physical education students, 5 physical education lecturers, 3 volleyball coaches and 3 Physical education teachers. Data analysis using percentages. The results of the analysis showed that 88% of respondents answered that the development of an Android-based volleyball passing test application needed to be developed, so that further research was needed for the development of an Android-based application so that applications could be produced that could be used for volleyball passing tests so that the test results became more valid and the tests could be carried out more easier, more practical, effective and efficient.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of support in the utilization of mobile learning applications among 38 Physical Education, Sports, and Health Teachers in Lahat Regency. Employing a quantitative descriptive methodology through a survey approach, the research encompasses pre-test and post-test assessments. During the pre-test phase, the results highlight a deficiency in teachers' knowledge regarding mobile learning applications, specifically in comprehending their purpose and operational functionalities. Nonetheless, the post-test outcomes signify a significant enhancement, revealing that the teachers developed awareness and proficiency in utilizing mobile learning applications. They demonstrated an improved understanding of the applications' objectives and acquired the necessary skills for their effective implementation. The transition from the pre-test to the post-test phase signifies the success of the provided assistance in bridging the knowledge gap among the teachers. This implies that the intervention, likely delivered in the form of training or guidance, positively influenced the participants' comprehension and utilization of mobile learning applications. The research findings underscore the critical role of targeted support in augmenting educators' familiarity with technology, ultimately contributing to the seamless integration of mobile learning tools in educational settings. Consequently, this study makes a noteworthy contribution to the ongoing discourse on the significance of mobile applications in pedagogy, particularly within the domain of Physical Education, Sports, and Health.Key words: mobile learning, physical education, era 4.0.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the level of physical fitness of students at SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL Negeri 8 Palembang. To achieve the best results, it is required to exercise. This quantitative research was designed with a descriptive design. A total of 316 class X students at SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL Negeri 8 Palembang were research subjects. The Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKPN) was used in this research to measure students physical fitness levels. The data analysis method is descriptive presentation. The tests carried out are v sit and reach, endurance, abdominal muscle strength, body control, balance, coordination and agility. The results of the research show that the Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKPN) of SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL Negeri 8 Palembang students is in the good category 0 people (0%), good 0 people (0%), fair 38 people (12,0%), less than 278 people (87,9%), and less than 0 people (0%). The research results show that students at SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL Negeri 8 Palembang have a low level of physical fitness. The research results show that the Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKPN) can be useful for teachers to measure how well students learn at school, especially regarding physical education, sports and health. The results show that students’ physical fitness is related to academic and non-academic learning outcomes.

Abstract

The Research entitled the application of measuring physical test results using a web application for junior high school students in the sport of volleyball, by Katarina Br Tampubolon. And supervised by Prof. Dr. Dra. Hj. Hartati, M. Kes and Destriani, M. Pd. This study aims to explain the category norms for measuring physical test results in volleyball using a web application. The components of physical condition that are very important in volleyball include strength, flexibility and endurance. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive research design. The sample for this research was 45 students in class VII of Indralaya 1 Public Junior High School, consisting of 30 students and 15 female students. Data collection was carried out using the following test instruments: the strength component used the 60 second sit up test and the 60 second push up test, the flexibility component used the v sit and reach test, and the endurance component used the 20 meter bleep test. The place of research was carried out at Indralaya 1 Public Junior High School. The results obtained from research on class VII students of Indralaya 1 Public Junior High School in volleyball for the average physical condition were in the very good category (0%), good category (0%), fair category (14%), poor category (46%). ) and very less category (20%). From all the categories above, it can be concluded that the average physical condition of class VII students at Indralaya 1 Public Junior High School is in the poor category with a percentage of 46%. This research is intended as material for evaluation and awareness for students to continue to improve and maintain their physical condition so that they can achieve maximum performance
