Abstract

The aim of this research is to 1) determine the application of standard operational procedures for ambulance referral services at the Andong Community Health Center based on PERMENKES Number 71 of 2013, 2) determine the obstacles to the Community Health Center in providing referral services. Sociological juridical research method with a qualitative approach. The primary data source is text from interviews and was obtained through interviews with informants in the research. Secondary data is data obtained by researchers by studying literature such as journals, articles, books, documents and others. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observations and documents. There are several stages in the qualitative descriptive analysis technique, namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the research show that the SOP for the use of ambulances in referral services at the Andong Health Center is in accordance with the existing SOP, however the SOP for the use of ambulances in referral services must be further improved so that it is optimally in accordance with PERMENKES Number 17 of 2013. The main objective of the SOP is to provide guidance or guidance on using an ambulance. The obstacle to the Puskesmas in providing referral services is the lack of human resources (drivers) consisting of 1 person with 2 ambulances. Meanwhile, the infrastructure is in accordance with basic ambulance service standards. The conclusion of this research is that the application of standard operational procedures is very effective and efficient in improving ambulance referral services at the Andong Community Health Center and resolving barriers to referral services.

Abstract

Mining activities in Berau Regency, East Kalimantan, have made a significant contribution to the economy, but have also had a negative impact on the environment and public health. This research aims to examine the impact on public health due to environmental pollution by mining activities, as well as the effectiveness of implementing Law No. 23 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management. The research uses a normative and empirical juridical approach using interview, observation and document analysis methods. The research results show that there is a relationship between environmental pollution and increased morbidity and mortality in communities around the mine. The conclusion of this study recommends improving environmental management and implementing public health protection policies.

Abstract

Corruption is one of the main issues that hinder national development and weaken the legal system in Indonesia. Anti-corruption education serves as an effective preventive strategy by instilling the values of honesty, integrity, and legal awareness from an early age. The legal harmonization approach in anti-corruption education aims to create a more integrated, coherent, and effective legal system in combating corruption. Through legal harmonization, regulations related to corruption eradication can be aligned to reduce overlapping rules and enhance the effectiveness of law enforcement. This legal harmonization-based anti-corruption education model is expected to strengthen the national legal system and foster a stronger legal culture within society. This study employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach to analyze the relevance of legal harmonization in anti-corruption education and its impact on the national legal system. The research findings indicate that anti-corruption education based on legal harmonization can improve public understanding of the legal system, encourage active participation in public policy oversight, and reinforce government transparency and accountability.

Abstract

The absence of a model that simultaneously integrates the social, legal, and health dimensions hinders efforts to build community resilience in the era of global health crises. This study develops the Integrative Tridomain Model (Social–Legal–Health) to design comprehensive interventions that sustainably strengthen community resilience amid global health crises. Employing a conceptual approach with a descriptive orientation, this research constructs the Integrative Tridomain Model through a systematic synthesis of cross-disciplinary literature to broaden the understanding of community resilience in the context of global health emergencies. The findings indicate that the development of the Integrative Tridomain Model marks a paradigmatic leap in conceptualizing and fostering community resilience during global health crises. The model offers an epistemological synthesis that unites social, legal, and health knowledge; an ontological framework that perceives resilience as a systemic and relational entity; and an axiological foundation that prioritizes humanitarian values, justice, and sustainability as its core objectives. By merging the strengths of these three domains, the model not only addresses existing challenges but also shapes a more adaptive and inclusive order, enabling communities to endure and thrive in the face of complex and recurrent uncertainties.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of auditor switching, profitability, firm size, and audit opinion on audit report lag. The population of this study is the property & real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The sampling method used purposive sampling method, the research sample obtained was 31 data with 4 years of observation. The tool used to analyze is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with t test. The results of this study indicate that the results of this study found that auditor switching, profitability, firm size, and audit opinion have an effect on audit report lag.

Abstract

UUD 1945 memberi kebebasan bagi tiap-tiap penduduk untuk memeluk agama dan kepercayaan yang dianutnya, akan tetapi dalam implementasinya kemunculan agama baru justru malah memecah Persatuan Indonesia antara Pemerintah dan warga yang menganut ajaran atau agama baru tersebut sehingga hal ini akan mengakibatkan dilema hukum dan sosial.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kemunculan agama baru ditinjau dari Sudut Pandang Hak Asasi Manusia, dan bagaimana kemunculan agama baru ditinjau dari RUU Kerukunan Umat Beragama.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif, dengan pengumpulan data dari studi pustaka. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara kualitatif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa kemunculan agama baru di Indonesia merupakan Hak Asasi Manusia yang perlu dihormati dan dilindungi. Sekalipun bukan termasuk 6 (enam) agama yang diakui, dan Negara harus tetap menjamin kebebasan para pemeluk agama tersebut.  Terkait masalah syariat dikembalikan kepada masing-masing individu dan keberadaan sanksi yang diajarkan dalam agama tersebut, karena pelanggaran norma agama sanksinya adalah dipertanggungjawabkan oleh individu tersebut dihadapan Tuhannya.Kemunculan agama baru di Indonesia adalah dilarang sepanjang agama tersebut melakukan pelanggaran-pelanggaran dan tidak menjaga kerukunan antar umat beragama lain yang telah diakui di Indonesia.

Abstract

Environmental violations committed by humans are one of the important causes of climate change, such as greenhouse gas emissions, deforestation, and biodiversity loss. Conventional supervision efforts to prevent environmental violations are quite difficult to do because of limited human resources, large areas and difficult access and the time to respond to violations is slow. This article uses normative research methods and is based on secondary data, the results of which are presented descriptively and analytically. This article will focus on exploring technological innovations that can be used to monitor and prevent environmental pollution, as well as how such technologies can effectively support environmental law enforcement.
