Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence consumers' intention to visit the food truck “angkringan” from both utilitarian and hedonic perspectives. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was conducted with a sample of 42 responses. Both hedonic and utilitarian values do not directly impact consumers’ intention, but the values do trigger consumers’ intention indirectly by boosting a positive attitude toward food truck “angkringan”. Although utilitarian and hedonic values, such as convenience and reasonable prices, do not directly increase the intention to visit a food truck, these values evoke a favorable attitude towards the food truck which will ultimately trigger the intention. Thus, to attract consumers, utilitarian values e.g. efficiency or functionality and hedonic values, such as fun, exciting, unique, pleasant atmosphere, should not be ignored.

Abstract

Applying of verification System in office (VEDIKA) BPJSK go to the electronic claim at year 2020 needing apreciated of various related parties, one of them hospital. Commitment of various related parties is including support stakeholder, needed to a goals performance determined. Target of this research to give the evidence of empiric of influence self efficacy and motivate to performance through commitment organizational. Method analyse with the test quesionary, and test the hypothesis. intake sampel by survey. This sample in research  80 worker medical record. Result of research show the 1) self efficacy and motivation have an effect on positive significance on commitmentorganization; and 2) self efficacy, motivation and commitment organization have an effect on positive significance on performance. F test result show that simultaneously independent variable self efficacy, motivation through commitment organization had a positive significant on performance. R square test result show total R2 = 0,7074%  its meaning variable of performance explained  self efficacy, motivation  on performance  through commitment organization equal 70,74%  so the rest equal to 29,26%  explained a other dissimilar factor outside model of this research.Keywords: self efficacy, motivation, commitment organization, performance

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The benefits of the internet during a pandemic bring opportunities for cybercrimes, such as online data theft and leakage of consumers’ personal data. For this reason, the objectives of this study are 1) to determine the phenomenon of misuse of consumer’s personal data amidst COVID-after19 in Indonesia and 2) to describe strategies in preparing consumer personal data protection as the key to the success of the new normal in Indonesia. Methodology: This study used non-doctrinal research. To describe the phenomenon of misuse of consumers’ personal data amidst COVID-19 in Indonesia, the data were collected by distributing questionnaires to internet users in Indonesia and applying qualitative methods employing survey data collection techniques with stratified multi-stage random sampling technique. Results: It was found that the consumers’ personal data in Indonesia is still unprotected, so the conception adopted by the European Union and the OECD can be used as a reference for Indonesia in making a Law on Personal Data Protection.Applications of this study: To raise the people's awareness in protecting online personal data and encourage the government to educate society on cyber security through the National Cyber and Crypto Agency Novelty/ Originality of this study: This paper analyzes the protection strategy of e-commerce consumers during the new normal situation in Indonesia. The originality is that it discusses amidst Covid 19 cyber security.

Abstract

Mahasiswa dalam mengambil keputusan pada saat menentukan program studi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal diantaranya citra institusi, minat mahasiswa, keputusan bersama yang diambil dan tersediaanya lapangan kerja setelah mereka lulus nantinya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua mahasiswa baru angkatan 2017 pada APIKES Citra Medika dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Accidental sampling sebesar 177 mahasiswa. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan  uji validitas dengan hasil signifikan Sig 2-tailed (0,000)< α (0,05) , uji reliabilitas hasilnya signifikan karena hasilnya <0,6  dan analisis factor. Berdasarkan hasil analisis factor dapat disimpulkan bahwa mahasiswa dalam memilih program studi rekam medic dan informatika kesehatan di APIKES Citra Medika Surakarta paling banyak di pengaruhi oleh  variabel tersedianya lapangan kerja bagi lulusan dengan ditunjukkan dengan hasil analisis factor pada item pertanyaan lulusan rekam medic dan informatika kesehatan mendapatkan pekerjaan sesuai dengan bidangnya sebanyak 74,2%.. Kata Kunci: citra, minat, keputusan bersama,tersedianya lapangan kerja

Abstract

Education in a general sense is a form of learning in which the knowledge, skills and habits of a group of people are transferred from one generation to the next through teaching, training, research or simply through self-taught. Our constitution has guaranteed the Right to Education which has been stated in the 1945 Constitution Article 31 as a result of the last amendment. The presence of a constitution that is nuanced in human rights will provide protection to citizens and give responsibility to the state in its fulfillment or implementation. Indonesia's education policy has been aligned with the transcendental context, namely making policies that are sourced from Revelation or the text of the Koran and then poured into the constitution and laws without having to use the language of Revelation. Even though the implementation level there are still many shortcomings. The realization of the fulfillment of the right to education in Indonesia in general can be categorized as minimal. Especially on the following four indicators: (i) Availability (availability), (ii) Accessibility (accessibility) (iii) Acceptability (acceptance or acceptable) and (iv) Adaptability (suitability).

Abstract

This study investigates the relationship between Instagram marketing efforts and willingness to pay a premium price as mediated by trust and brand image in order to validate the theory with practical application, particularly in the restaurant industry. To test the proposed hypothesis, this study employs a quantitative approach with a causal research design. Data was gathered through a survey of 100 respondents via an online questionnaire, which was distributed to social media users in Indonesia who had visited a restaurant that was actively marketing on social media. In addition, a structural equation model was developed to analyze these research data. This study evaluates the company's Instagram marketing efforts as a whole, combining six factors (entertainment, interaction, trendiness, customization, electronic word of mouth, and risk). The results of this study reveal that marketing efforts through Instagram directly encourage consumers to pay premium prices and influence consumer brand preferences. Out of the six indicators, entertainment and perceived risk have the greatest influence on consumer brand preference and consumer willingness to pay a premium price.

Abstract

The hospital is one of the main destinations for people to do treatment. The large number of patients who visit a hospital makes the accumulation of RM data. The importance of RM data management in a hospital greatly affects the level of service to patients. Disorganization in managing RM documents is one of the problem factors faced by hospitals, this information is obtained from the results of observations in storing and managing medical record data. The layout of the medical record data storage area and the size of the unsupported filing area are also factors causing the problem. The purpose of conducting research is to produce a model for storing and managing RM data according to the needs of the hospital. A retrospective approach is used in this descriptive research model. The data collection model uses observation and question and answer. Data processing is done by collecting data, processing data, tabulating, presenting data. The results of the data that has been processed then carried out an analysis with a descriptive approach. Calculating the need for shelves to store medical record data as needed with the roll o' pack rack model is the result of the research that has been done. Supporting medical record data storage rooms are also needed to support the ease of managing medical record data. The use of the roll o'pack rack model is recommended to store and manage RM documents in a neater and more efficient place.

Abstract

The adoption of Financial Technology (FinTech) and digital banking services has revolutionized the financial industry, providing convenience, accessibility, and cost-effective solutions to users. However, along with its benefits, the widespread use of FinTech has also raised concerns regarding privacy, security, consumer protection, ethical considerations, and regulatory compliance. This paper aims to explore the ethical dimensions of FinTech adoption and the potential negative consequences associated with it. Drawing on qualitative research methods, including interviews and document analysis, the study investigates issues such as consumer privacy, data breaches, trust, financial integrity, adoption barriers, and ethical controversies in the diffusion of FinTech. The findings highlight the importance of addressing these ethical concerns to restore digital ethics in the fintech industry and ensure principles such as fairness, transparency, accountability, and access in technology are realized. The paper concludes by emphasizing the need for a balance between technological innovation and ethical practices to create a sustainable and responsible future for FinTech and digital banking.

Abstract

Dokumen rekam medis yang saat ini terlihat penuh di rak penyimpanan dan luas ruangpenyimpanan yang sempit membuat petugas kesulitan berpapasan dengan petugas lain. Tujuandalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kebutuhan rak dan ruang filing dokumen rekam medis diRumah Sakit Umum Hidayah Boyolali tahun 2022-2026. Populasi tahun 2021 adalah 44.451pasien. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 DRM. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan simplerandom sampling. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara.Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini dengan rata-rataketebalan DRM adalah 0,72cm per DRM. Banyak berkas dalam 1 meter 139 DRM per meter.Panjang jajaran DRM adalah 1599m. Tipe rak yang digunakan adalah rak statis terbuka dengan2 sisi dengan panjang 1 rak 67,2m. Prediksi rak yang dibutuhkan hingga tahun 2026 adalah 24rak dengan 2 sisi dan 1 rak dengan 1 sisi. Prediksi luas ruang adalah 206,64 m². Kesimpulandalam penelitian ini bahwa hingga tahun 2026 Rumah Sakit Umum Hidayah Boyolalimembutuhkan 24 rak dengan 2 sisi dan 1 rak dengan 1 sisi serta membutuhkan luas ruang filinguntuk menampung rak tersebut adalah seluas 206,64 m². Di Rumah Sakit Umum Hidayah Boyolalisudah memiliki 3 rak dengan 2 sisi dan 1 rak dengan 1 sisi serta luas ruang filing 32,9 m². Sarandari penulis Rumah Sakit Umum Hidayah Boyolali perlu melakukan penambahan rak sebanyak 21rak dengan 2 sisi dan luas ruang filing 173,74 m².

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah kunjungan pasien mempengaruhi peningkatan jumlah dokumen rekam medis sehingga kapasitas rak penyimpanan status pasien menjadi cepat penuh. Rak DRM di Rumah Sakit panti Waluyo Surakarta tampak penuh dan ukuran rak belum sesuai dengan antropometri petugas rekam medis di raung filing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prediksi kebutuhan penambahan rak rekam medis yang disesuaikan dengan antropometri petugas filing dan mengetahui usulan tata ruang untuk penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis (DRM) Rumah Sakit panti Waluyo Surakarta pada tahun 2023-2025. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi sebanyak 74.703 DRM, melalui metode systematic random sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 DRM. Instrumen penelitian meng-gunakan pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, meteran jahit, penggaris 30 cm, dan kalkulator. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Rumah Sakit Sakit Panti Waluyo Surakarta pada 2023-2025 memerlukan tambahan 9 rak roll o’pack dengan ukuran 143x35x171 cm yang sudah disesuaikan dengan antropometri petugas rekam medis dibagian filing. Maka kesimpulan penelitian yaitu usulan tata ruang penyimpanan DRM seluas 196,47 m².
