Abstract

Currently, petroleum is still the main energy source in Indonesia. However, since the 1990s, Indonesia began to experience a decline in oil production and an increase in domestic energy demand, which caused Indonesia to import oil to meet domestic energy needs. Through SKK Migas, Indonesia has a target to produce 1 million barrels per day by 2030, with one of the efforts being undertaken by carrying out massive and aggressive drilling. Drilling is the most critical, dangerous, complex and expensive operation in the oil and gas industry. It cannot be denied that in reality many unplanned problems (unscheduled events) which result in non-productive time (NPT) are encountered during drilling operations which sometimes cause unpredictable budget usage and can also result in delays in hydrocarbon production. This research was carried out by analyzing 50 wells that had been drilled in the BR field. In this research, a risk management process was carried out for the NPT categories to determine the level of risk in each NPT category and develop a mitigation analysis to reduce the NPT. Dealing with the finding, it indicates that the NPT rig moving (RMV) and drilling 8-1/2 (DRLG 8-1/2) categories have a red risk level which means unacceptable. The biggest contribution to NPT in the RMV category is location problems, while for DRLG 8-1/2 it is loss of circulation

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Literacy and Financial Attitude on Financial Management Behaviour Self Efficay as a Mediating Variable.  The data collection method in this study uses primary data obtained from the results of filling out questionnaires to 100 respondents in Pekanbaru City MSME players and secondary data obtained from literature books and journals related to this research.  The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, and the data processing technique uses SEM Smart Pls.  The results of this study indicate that Financial Literacy, Financial Attitude and Financial Self Efficacy directly have a positive and significant effect on Financial Management Behaviour. While indirectly Self Efficacy mediates Financial Literacy has an effect on Financial Management Behavior and Self Efficacy mediates Financial Attitude has an effect on Financial Management Behavior, the author's suggestion for further research is that the results of this study can be a reference for further similar research by developing other variables that affect financial management behavior that researchers have not been able to include in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Membuat laporan keuangan : Melalui pelatihan ini, diharapkan para Pegawai dapat meningkatkan keterampilan mereka dalam membuat laporan keuangan yang berkualitas dan sesuai standar. Tim pengabdian UIR melakukan pengabdian dengan berkerjasama dengan mitra pelaku usaha kerupuk sagu khaidir desa petai kecamatan singigi hilir kabupaten kuansing Terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang di hadapi oleh mitra, yaitu Kurangnya Pengetahuan dan Keterampilan Menyusun Laporan Keuangan, Keterbatasan Akses terhadap Sumber Daya Manusia. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan PKM adalah adanya manfaat yang besar yang dirasakan oleh mitra dan akan menjalin komunikasi secara langsung jika mengalami kendala terhadap masalah yang dihadapi

Abstract

The reason for this thought is to find out the effect of zakat information, payment rate, and confidence on the interest of muzakki to pay zakat assets to Baznas Kampar Regency. This research was conducted in Kampar Regency. To analyze collected data, the SPSS application was utilized. A total of 98 primary data collected using a questionnaire with the Slovin sampling method. Respondents in this study were Muzakki who were affiliated with BAZNAS Kampar Regency. According to the study, knowledge about zakat has a significant impact on their willingness to pay zakat, income level has a significant impact on their willingness to pay zakat, and trust has a positive impact on their willingness to pay agricultural zakat.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between economic growth and poverty levels in Indonesia in relation to zakat, infaq and sadaqah (ZIS) funds over a five-year period from 2018 to 2022. Zakat, infaq and sadaqah (ZIS) significantly contribute to economic growth. Zakat can improve people's welfare. It can help people who lack the resources to meet their basic needs. This research employs quantitative techniques and SEM Smart PLS analysis. Non-probability sampling with saturated samples was used. The research results show a significant influence of ZIS on economic growth. Poverty significantly affects economic growth. ZIS significantly affects economic growth with poverty as a mediating variable. Effective ZIS management by zakat institutions is expected to foster empowerment programmes that directly benefit the community. Strong cooperation between stakeholders to optimise ZIS fund collection can improve community welfare.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengembangan ternak lebah madu khususnya madu hutan skala rakyat sudah dilakukan di Desa Merenpam Kecamatan Mempura Kabupaten Siak Provinsi Riau. Daerah ini sangat baik bagi pengembangan lebah madu hutan yang ditandai dengan 85 % dari luas lahan merupakan perkebunan yang menghasilkan tanaman bunga sebagai sumber pakan lebah madu, adanya sumber air yang dibutuhkan lebah madu dan adanya bahan pembuatan sarang yang mudah untuk didapatkan. Peternak madu hutan telah mengenal madu kelulut karena harga jual relative lebih mahal, namun masih minim pengetahuan tentang madu kelulut ini, baik dalam aspek budidaya maupun dalam aspek ekonominya. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa penyuluhan kepada peternak madu terhadap peran budidaya madu kelulut dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Berdasarkan pada analisis situasi yang dikemukakan diatas, maka dapat diidentifikasi bahwa peternak madu hutan di Desa Merempan masih perlu pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam teknik budidaya madu kelulut, karena kegiatannya baru dimulai serta pengetahuan bahwa madu kelulut lebih menjanjikan kedepannya. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan oleh tim dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Riau pada Tanggal 03 November 2025. Tema kegiatan adalah Edukasi MSDM dengan membudidayakan madu kelulut untuk menambah penghasilan keluarga di Desa Merempan Kabupaten Siak. Manfaat pengabdian ini: (1) Dapat membekali peternak madu untuk lebih memiliki pengetahuan tentang madu kelulut sehingga dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan meningkatkan pendapatannya sebagai peternak madu.; (2) Sumbangan pemikiran untuk lebih mengembangkan budidaya madu
