Abstract

Tax is a mandatory leivy imposeid on taxpayeirs without reiceiiving direict compeinsation which is useid for thei prospeirity of thei community onei of theisei is Land and Building Tax (PBB). This study aims to deiteirminei what factors havei an influeincei on taxpayeir compliancei in paying Land and Building Tax (PBB) in Leineik Villagei, East Lombok District. Thei samplei in this study was 100 taxpayeir reispondeints in Leineik Villagei. Primary data was useid in this study using data colleiction teichniqueis through queistionnaireis. Thei data analysis meithod useid is multiplei lineiar reigreission analysis. Thei reisults of thei study show that partially and simultaneiously, thei variableis of taxpayeir knowleidgei and taxpayeir awareineiss do not havei an influeincei on taxpayeir compliancei in paying Land and Building Tax (PBB).

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk membantu Toko “Sari” yang merupakan bagian dari UMKM dalam melakukan pencatatan kas sesuai dengan sistem akuntansi kas yang digunakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan diawali dengan tahap persiapan berupa observasi dan wawancara, kemudian tahap pelaksanaan, tahap pendampingan dalam praktik pencatatan pembukuan dan pencatatan penerimaan serta pengeluaran kas dengan menggunakan buku kwarto kas 5 kolom. Hasil dari kegiatan adalah karyawan toko khususnya bagian pembukuan telah memahami materi yang telah disosialisasikan berupa praktik pencatatan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas pada buku kwarto kas 5 kolom. Manfaat dari dilakukannya kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah agar karyawan yang bekerja di bagian pembukuan tidak keliru dalam proses pencatatan dan pembuatan laporan kas setiap harinya, sehingga tidak menimbulkan kerugian bagi toko.

Abstract

Community service is carried out in Ombre Baru Village with the aim of providing an understanding of the use of the digitalization economy in increasing sales of Ombre Baru community products and an understanding of the use of digital marketing in marketing. The method used is the lecture method and question and answer activities. The result of this community service activity is that youth and the community will be able to increase sales through the use of digital marketing, for example through marketplaces and other social media.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) actors in Dasan Baru Village in implementing digital marketing strategies, optimizing the use of social media, and developing content marketing. The training was conducted using a classical (classroom-based) approach at the Dasan Baru Village Office hall and was complemented by interactive question-and-answer sessions with participants. The implementation methods included a pre-test, material delivery by four presenters, hands-on practice in digital marketing analysis, and a post-test as an evaluation tool. The activity was carried out smoothly with a total of 21 participants and was considered effective in improving the digital literacy of MSME actors. The results indicate an increase in participants’ understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media utilization, and content creation techniques. The training also encouraged participants to actively utilize digital platforms to expand market reach and increase business revenue. The implication of this program is that participants gained a better understanding of how to conduct digital marketing and effectively use social media to enhance product sales.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian nasional, namun masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, khususnya dalam pemasaran produk di era digital. Rendahnya pemanfaatan pemasaran digital menyebabkan terbatasnya jangkauan pasar dan pendapatan pelaku UMKM. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemasaran digital pelaku UMKM di Desa Dasan Baru guna mendorong peningkatan pendapatan usaha. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui pelatihan dengan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif, yang meliputi pre-test, penyampaian materi, diskusi, dan post-test. Materi pelatihan mencakup strategi pemasaran digital, optimalisasi media sosial, pemasaran konten, serta analisis dan optimasi pemasaran digital. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 8 November 2025 dan diikuti oleh 21 peserta yang berasal dari pelaku UMKM dan anggota PKK. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap pemasaran digital yang tercermin dari hasil post-test yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan pre-test. Pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan kesiapan pelaku UMKM dalam memanfaatkan platform digital sebagai sarana promosi. Dengan demikian, kegiatan PKM ini berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kapasitas pemasaran digital pelaku UMKM dan berpotensi mendorong peningkatan pendapatan secara berkelanjutan.
