Abstract

Abstract

Background: The current outbreak of COVID-19 affected many countries in the world, including Indonesia. The Indonesian government has taken various actions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. One of them is by applying the 3M health protocols (wearing masks, washing hands, and maintaining distance). Considering that vaccines are a critical tool in the battle against COVID-19, the Indonesian government began the COVID-19 Vaccination program on January 13, 2021. Unfortunately, many people believe that the vaccines can fully protect against COVID-19 so they are not applying the 3M health protocols anymore. Admittedly the efficiency of vaccines is not completely protective, the virus itself is still mutating and even can spread more massively. Several simulations of the spread of COVID-19 have been carried out by several researchers. However, only a few research has included variables about compliance with health protocols and vaccine programs. Objective: This study aims to provide empirical evidence for health promotion by showing why after fully COVID-19 vaccinated, people are still obliged to implement health protocols. Methods: We conducted 12 scenarios of simulations to understand the effect of complying and not complying with these two programs. Results: The simulation results show that after being fully vaccinated against COVID-19, it is proven that people are still required to implement health protocols such as wearing masks, washing hands, and practicing physical and social distancing because there is still the possibility of contracting the COVID-19 virus and spreading the virus. Conclusion: Our simulation results provide empirical evidence for health promotion by showing why after fully COVID-19 vaccinated, people are still obliged to implement health protocols. This can be evidence for the government and related agencies to educate the public to be more compliant in implementing health protocols so that we can hope that no one will be infected with the COVID-19 virus and everyone can return to their normal activities

Abstract

Statistics Indonesia (BPS) prepares financial reports for budget accountability and submits them to the Audit Board of Indonesia (BPK) for review. The BPK audit results are presented in the audit report (LHP), and the Main Inspectorate directs the implementation of follow-up actions on BPK recommendations. Currently, a dashboard system monitors the progress and results of these follow-ups, but it does not cover the entire process, has limited access, and lacks centralized documentation storage. To address these issues, a new information system is needed. The proposed system was developed using the iterative method and evaluated with black box testing and the Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ). The black box testing results indicate that the system functions as expected. Additionally, the CSUQ evaluation shows high user satisfaction with the system's usability, information quality, and interface.

Abstract

Inspektorat Utama Statistic Indonesia (BPS) is a division that responsible for carrying out evaluations of Accountability Performance for Government Agency (AKIP). Currently the system used in the evaluation still utilizes several third party applications which have limitations. Apart from that, in the Evaluation Result Report (LHE) BPS Republic of Indonesia there is a recommendation that BPS have an independent application. Therefore, Inspektorat Utama needs to conduct a study on improving the implementation of the performance accountability system for government agencies through developing an application that can meet these needs. Application development begins with collecting data for needs analysis which is followed by application design, design implementation as well as evaluation and testing. The application was built using the System Development Life Cycle method, iterative waterfall model. The applications that have been built are evaluated using the Computer System Usability Questionnaire and tested using black box testing. The application testing results show that all functions work properly, while the evaluation results show that users are very satisfied with the performance and appearance of the application.

Abstract

The agricultural census query builder system has two modes: a query builder mode with an interface that facilitates the selection of tables, columns, and query criteria, and an SQL programming mode for executing SQL queries. The system provides a list of queries for basic anomaly checking nationwide, but advanced and unique anomaly checking for each work unit requires writing SQL queries from scratch, which is inefficient. This research developed a chatbot application that translates user queries into SQL queries for data anomaly checking. This chatbot uses the Large Language Model (LLM) GPT-4o. The chatbot application development uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model for rapid system development. Black Box Test and System Usability Test with System Usability Scale (SUS) show the results as expected by the user, with an average SUS score of 84.17 which indicates the chatbot application is acceptable.

Abstract

Statistics Indonesia (BPS) is mandated to perform internal supervision to ensure organizational purposes and functions adhere to good governance standards. This supervision is conducted by the Main Inspectorate, responsible for audit activities.Currently, audit documentation fails to fully comply with quality control standards and the manual audit process induces inefficiencies in data entry and document management. Consequently, this study aims to enhance audit quality control through the development of an information system utilizing the modified waterfall SDLC model. Business process data were collected through interviews and literature reviews. The system was tested using black-box testing and evaluated with Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ). Results indicated that all system features functioned as specified, with high scores in all CSUQ categories. User evaluations demonstrated that the system effectively improves transparency, accountability, and efficiency, ensures information is displayed according to access rights, produces accurate documentation, and facilitates the input and storage of audit records.
