Abstract

Working from home (WFH) during the COVID-19 pandemic has challenges in terms of communication and coordination among employees due to the distance. Therefore, collaboration tools were needed during the COVID-19 pandemic. As we recover from the pandemic, the government revoked the social distancing policy restricting people's activities. The revoke is assumed to influence the continued use of collaboration tools. This study aims to understand the continuance usage of collaboration tools after no more social distancing. This study also seeks to identify the factors influencing the ongoing use of collaboration tools by integrating the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Expectation Confirmatory Model (ECM). The method of data analysis employed was the partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM). The findings indicated that most of 437 respondents kept using collaboration tools after no more social distancing. However, there was a decrease in the frequency of use. Our study findings have also proved that Actual Continued Usage is influenced by Continuance Intention by 43%. Furthermore, a factor that influences continuance intention the most is the attitude toward using collaboration tools. The results of this study also support the integration of TAM and ECM to examine user intentions and behavior regarding the continuance use of a technology.

Abstract

BPS routinely conducts censuses and surveys involving BPS partners in data collection and processing. Ensuring these partners exhibit good performance is crucial to minimize the risk of moral hazard, which can negatively impact stakeholders. This research aims to implement machine learning into an information system to recommend statistical partners based on classification results. The best model identified is XGBoost, which is integrated into the system for generating recommendations. System testing using black-box methods confirmed compliance in 41 scenarios. Additionally, the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire yielded an average score of 65.5, indicating the system's potential and suitability for further development. The findings offer insights into utilizing partner characteristics data and evaluation in BPS's censuses and surveys, particularly for selecting assigned partners.

Abstract

The agricultural census query builder system has two modes: a query builder mode with an interface that facilitates the selection of tables, columns, and query criteria, and an SQL programming mode for executing SQL queries. The system provides a list of queries for basic anomaly checking nationwide, but advanced and unique anomaly checking for each work unit requires writing SQL queries from scratch, which is inefficient. This research developed a chatbot application that translates user queries into SQL queries for data anomaly checking. This chatbot uses the Large Language Model (LLM) GPT-4o. The chatbot application development uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model for rapid system development. Black Box Test and System Usability Test with System Usability Scale (SUS) show the results as expected by the user, with an average SUS score of 84.17 which indicates the chatbot application is acceptable.

Abstract

Sebagai upaya pengendalian Covid-19, pemerintah memberlakukan aturan ketat mengenai pembatasan mobilitas penduduk. Salah satu dampak adanya pembatasan mobilitas penduduk tersebut adalah meningkatnya penggunaan platform belanja online. Namun, setelah kondisi pandemi membaik, mobilitas penduduk sudah tidak dibatasi, sehingga muncul pertanyaan bagaimana kondisi pengguna platform belanja online setelah pandemi Covid-19. Atas dasar hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberlanjutan penggunaan platform belanja online di Indonesia setelah tidak ada lagi pandemic Covid-19 dan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka teoritis utama TAM dengan menambahkan variabel customer satisfaction, trust, dan system quality. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SEM PLS dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 443 orang. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa mayoritas tetap akan menggunakan platform belanja online meski kondisi mobilitas tidak dibatasi dan didapati bahwa repurchase intention berpengaruh positif pada actual repurchase.

Abstract

Rice is a staple food for over half of the global population, making its production crucial for food security, especially in Indonesia, the world's third-largest rice consumer. Population growth and urban expansion have led to agricultural land conversion, necessitating efficient monitoring methods. Traditional approaches, such as area sample frameworks and tile surveys, are costly and time-consuming, prompting the need for remote sensing and deep learning solutions. This study utilizes medium-resolution Sentinel-1, Sentinel-2, and Landsat-8 optical satellite imagery from 2013 and 2021 to analyze land cover changes in West Bandung and Purwakarta Regencies, key agricultural regions in Indonesia. A deep learning model is developed to classify land cover, validated through ground-truth evaluation, and applied to assess spatio-multitemporal land use conversion, paddy field estimation, and conversion rates. Results show that deep learning models effectively classify land cover with high accuracy, revealing significant agricultural land loss due to urban expansion. This research contributes to artificial intelligence (AI)-driven land monitoring, particularly in tropical regions, and supports policymakers in sustainable food agriculture land management. The findings highlight the potential of integrating remote sensing and deep learning for cost-effective agricultural monitoring, ensuring food security and sustainable land use. Future research should explore higher-resolution imagery and advanced AI techniques to enhance predictive accuracy and decision-making.

Abstract

The distance existed due to the COVID-19 pandemic drove people to utilize collaboration tools to continue communication, coordination, and collaboration. The increasing use of collaboration tools during WFH impact on our way of working. The collaboration tools also offer efficiencies, allow workers to break silos, and increase the quality of communication at the company-wide level. This study aims to understand the continuance usage of collaboration tools after no more social distancing. Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaan sensus/survei, BPS memiliki sistem yang digunakan dalam pengelolaan dokumen. Sistem ini membantu BPS dalam mengelola dokumen khususnya kuesioner mulai dari pengadaan hingga pendistribusian. Sistem tersebut terdapat beberapa permasalahan diantaranya diantaranya laporan yang masuk tidak terintegrasi dan dalam format yang tidak standar sehingga menimbukan kendala dalam melakukan rekapitulasi, laporan  kurang aktual dikarenakan laporan didapat setelah proses pengumpulan data di lapangan sudah selesai, dan metode penginputan memungkinan terjadi human error berupa kesalahan pengetikan identitas dokumen. Penelitian ini mencoba mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan melakukan pengembangan sistem informasi dan menerapkan kode QR pada sistem pengelolaan dokumen sensus/survei BPS. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model prototyping. Sistem melibatkan 5 aktor, yaitu Petugas Pemeriksa Lapangan (PML), Koordinator Statistik Kecamatan (KSK), pegawai BPS kabupaten/kota, pegawai BPS RI, dan pimpinan. Peneliti membagi sistem ke dalam dua sistem boundary. Pertama, aplikasi seluler berbasis android yang memuat fungsi pelaporan dokumen sensus/survei yang terdiri dari jumlah dokumen yang telah terisi, jumlah dokumen yang rusak, dan jumlah dokumen yang belum terisi. Kedua, aplikasi berbasis web yang terdiri dari fungsi monitoring dokumen sensus/survei dan fungsi-fungsi tambahan untuk administrator. Uji coba dan evaluasi sistem dilakukan dengan uji black box, uji keandalan kode QR, dan System Usability Scale (SUS). Berdasarkan uji tersebut, sistem yang dibangun dapat menjalankan fungsinya dan telah layak digunakan. Sistem yang dikembangkan mampu menyediakan fasilitas bagi PML untuk melaporkan jumlah dokumen dan mampu menyediakan informasi secara terpusat dan aktual. AbstractIn conducting census or survey, BPS has a system used for document management. This system assists BPS in managing documents, especially questionnaires from procurement to distribution. The system has several problems. The incoming reports are not integrated and in a non-standard format so that it creates problems in recapitulation process. The reports are also not actual because they are obtained after the whole data collection process has been completed. The inputation method allows errors in document's identity typing. This research attempts to overcome these problems by developing an information system and implementing QR Code for BPS census/survey document management system. The system development  used the prototyping methodology. The system involves 5 actors, namely Field Inspection Officers (PML), District Statistics Coordinator (KSK), district/city BPS employees, BPS RI employees, and leaders. We divided the system into two system boundaries. First, an android-based mobile application that contains census/survey document reporting (the number of documents that have been filled in, the number of damaged documents, and the number of documents that have not been used). Second, a web-based application consists of census/survey documents monitoring and tracking functions and additional functions for administrators. System were tested and evaluated using the black box test, the reliability test of the QR code, and the System Usability Scale (SUS). Proven by these tests, the system is ready to use. It can carry out all of its functions to facilitate PML to report the condition of the documents and to provide actual information centrally for the leaders.

Abstract

Bagian Administrasi Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan (BAAK) Politeknik Statistika STIS bertugas untuk melakukan pelayanan administratif terhadap dosen, pegawai, mahasiswa, dan alumni seperti yang diamanatkan pada Peraturan Kepala Badan Pusat Statistik Nomor 87 Tahun 2017. Pada penelitian ini akan dibahas mengenai pelayanan administratif terhadap alumni berupa pengelolaan permohonan ijazah, transkrip, dan surat-surat kealumnian lainnya. Dalam pengelolaannya, terdapat beberapa masalah yang terjadi baik dari sisi alumni maupun petugas yang melayani. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem informasi yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan agar sesuai dengan standar pelayanan administratif. Sistem informasi dibangun dengan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu sistem layanan alumni berbasis web yang terdiri dari dua subsistem. Sub sistem alumni atau pemohon menyediakan fitur dashboard, monitoring, pengajuan legalisir/transkrip, pengambilan ijazah/transkrip asli, dan permohonan surat lainnya sedangkan sub sistem petugas fitur pengumuman, daftar permohonan, dan arsip. Semua fitur pada sistem ini telah valid berdasarkan hasil Black-box Testing dan memperoleh skor 73,25 yang berarti sistem masuk dalam kategori baik dan juga dapat diterima bagi pengguna. Abstract Bagian Administrasi Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan (BAAK) Politeknik Statistika STIS is tasked with providing administrative services to lecturers, staff, students, and alumni in accordance to Peraturan Kepala Badan Pusat Statistik Nomor 87 Tahun 2017. This research will discuss administrative services for alumni in the form of application management diplomas, transcripts, and other departmental letters. In its management, there are a number of problems that occur both in terms of alumni and serving officers. This research aims to build an information system that can improve service quality to conform to administrative service standards. The information system was built using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall. The result of this research is a web-based alumni service system consisting of two sub-systems. The alumni sub-system or the applicant provides the dashboard feature, monitoring, legalization/transcript submission, original diploma/transcript, and other letter requests. The officer sub-system features announcements, application lists, and archives. All features in this system are valid based on the Black-box Testing results and get a score of 73,25 which means the system are accepted by users and the category is good.

Abstract

Kalimantan dijuluki sebagai pulau seribu sungai yang menggambarkan banyaknya sungai yang mengalir di pulai ini. Ditambah lagi dengan tipologi sungainya yang berkelok-kelok sehingga aliran air permukaan dapat terdrainase dengan baik. Namun fakta berkata lain, menurut DIBI (Database Pengelolaan Data dan Informasi Bencana Indonesia) salah satu provinsi di pulai ini yaitu Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan justru menjadi daerah langganan banjir. Bencana banjir tersebut telah melumpuhkan kegiatan perekonomian, menghancurkan harta benda, bahkan menghilangkan nyawa. Sehingga dalam upaya mitigasi bencana banjir, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasian parameter-parameter yang signifikan mempengaruhi kejadian banjir di DAS Barito menggunakan analisis regresi logistik biner. Periode pengamatan kejadian banjir di DAS Barito dilakukan sepanjang tahun 2020. Tujuan penelitian selanjutnya adalah memetakan tingkat kerawanan banjir di DAS Barito. Peneliti menerapkan metode scoring dengan cara memberikan bobot pada parameter yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap banjir dan memberikan nilai setiap kelas dari masing-masing parameter tersebut. Kemudian dilakukan overlay terhadap parameter-parameter yang signifikan mempengaruhi banjir. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi logistik biner pada penelitian ini, diperoleh hanya parameter tutupan lahan, kerapatan sungai, dan ketinggian lahan yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kejadian banjir di DAS Barito sepanjang tahun 2020. Selanjutnya, hasil pemetaan tingkat kerawanan banjir DAS Barito diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa tingkat kerawanan tinggi menyebar di bagian hilir DAS Barito atau secara administratif termasuk dalam wilayah Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Sedangkan kerawanan rendah berada di bagian hulu DAS Barito atau di wilayah Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah.
