Abstract

The initial emergence of the internet in Indonesia in the 1990s was known as Paguyuban Network (Network community). It is known as the Paguyuban Network because at this time its users had intimate relationship, high togetherness and great mutual cooperation. The users did these actions in order to carry out trade and communication among students who were abroad. Ipteknek had an important role in Indonesia as Ipteknek was the first internet network service provider to have a new revolution, then encouragen the emergence of other ISPs in Indonesia. Various internet service providers or ISPs in Indonesia include Biznet Home Internet, First Media, Indihome, Indosat Oorodeoo GIG, MNC Play Media, MyRepublic, Oxygen.Id home. This study analyzes the influence of large networks quality, service quality, information quality, security and privacy of internet service providers on the customer satisfaction and repurchase-intention. The populations used in this study were customers who have used internet services in Semarang. The sample used was 215 respondents. The method of sample collection uses a purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods used were questionnaires. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with AMOS 24.0 analysis tools. The results of this study indicate service quality, information quality, security and privacy are positive and significant for customer satisfaction. Network quality is not positive for customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction has positive and significant influence to repurchase intention.

Abstract

Lembaga pemerintah membutuhkan kanal media sosial sebagai alat komunikasi publik untuk menyebarkan kebijakan, program, dan informasi publik. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kenaikan pengguna internet dan media sosial dalam aktivitas masyarakat. Pemerintah perlu menggunakan kanal media sosial untuk menjangkau masyarakat yang lebih luas di tengah tingkat kepercayaan publik terhadap komunikasi dan informasi pemerintah yang masih rendah. Maka menjadi kajian menarik tentang bagaimana upaya pemerintah dalam memanfaatkan dan mengoptimalisasi penggunaan media sosial.  Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis isi substansi konten, yaitu jenis dan sifat konten yang terkait pada sejumlah hal seperti apa yang khalayak butuhkan dan pesan apa yang perlu dikomunikasikan konten kepada khalayak. Penelitian juga menganalisis struktur konten tentang bagaimana konten diprioritaskan, diatur, diformat, dan ditampilkan dalam media. Adapun objek yang dianalisis adalah media sosial instagram di 100 kementerian dan lembaga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif yang berfokus pada analisis penggunaan media sosial Instagram oleh kementerian dan lembaga pemerintah di Indonesia. Metode ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran komprehensif terkait aktivitas digital pemerintah serta menganalisis efektivitas substansi dan struktur konten yang diterapkan. Instagram dipilih sebagai fokus utama karena merupakan platform media sosial yang paling banyak digunakan oleh kementerian/lembaga. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa setiap instansi memiliki ragam kebutuhan dengan strategi yang juga berbeda dalam menggunakan media sosial instagram. Kementerian sudah lebih mengoptimalkan media sosial instagram daripada lembaga. Menariknya, lembaga lebih banyak memproduksi konten daripada kementerian, namun masih belum optimal. Sementara, rerata instansi kementerian masih mengedepankan ketokohan personal dan instansi lembaga mengedepankan informasi publik, walau juga masih dominan mengedepankan unsur pimpinan. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan agar pemerintah, khususnya Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika dapat membuat standar dalam pengelolaan media sosial, khususnya dalam produksi struktur dan substansi konten sehingga lebih optimal menyampaikan informasinya dan berinteraksi dengan audiens.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the organization's efforts in carrying out alignment actions to potential policies that occur. Against the background of the loss of paradigm (basic beliefs) to the management of the organization from the concept of strategy that has been planned to be executed. The main problem is insensitivity/lack of organisational data information in assessing risks and obstacles that occur in organisational management that can potentially arise policies. This research is descriptive qualitative research used to determine organizational strategies in aligning with the emergence of potential policies that occur. The conclusion obtained is that the potential for policy is a form of symptom of the unpreparedness of organizational managers in implementing basic elements such as input elements consisting of planning activities to be carried out in achieving the desired final results, process elements used to carry out agreed activity planning towards results according to the desired target and output elements are an achieved result. The misalignment of the three basic elements of organizational management means that organizational management will carry out policies as additional elements that are used as elements to bridge the conditions that occur. The higher potential of policies that occur is an indicator of the inability to manage the organization properly and the smaller the potential for policies that occur is an indicator of readiness to manage the organization because it has an impact on the rise or fall of the level of trust in organizational management. Keywords: work planning, behavior and organizational performance.
