Abstract

Spiritualitas kaum muda di era digital sangat penting. Apalagi di tengah kemajuan teknologi yang memberikan kemudahan bagi kaum muda dalam mencari berbagi informasi yang mereka perlukan. Melihat kemudahan seperti ini kaum muda secara perlahan kurang menyadari tentang spiritualitas. Kurangnya kesadaran kaum muda dalam menghidupi spiritualitas di tengah zaman ini di pengaruhi oleh beberapa aspek salah satunya aspek internal. Dimana kaum muda lebih senang dengan dunianya sendiri daripada bergaul dengan orang-orang disekitarnya. Namun pergaulan mereka cendrung pada orang yang lama daripada orang yang baru. Hal ini yang membuat mereka terjebak dalam dunia teknologi, sehingga membuat sikap mereka menjadi individualis atau suka dengan dunia sendiri. Sikap seperti ini menjadi sebuah persoalan dalam mewujudkan spiritualitas di tengah dunia teknologi sekarang. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan menggunakan sumber buku dan jurnal. Selain itu menggunakan Kuesioner untuk lebih mengetahui pemahaman kaum muda tentang spiritualitas di era digital. Tujuan dari penulisan ini melihat problem yang dialami oleh kaum muda tentang spiritualitas, di era digital ini. Spiritualitas adalah sikap yang sebenarnya harus mereka miliki secara penuh. Namun mereka mulai kurang menyadari betapa pentingnya spiritualitas di tengah kehidupann mereka sebagai penerus bangsa dan gereja di zaman ini. Dalam penulisan ini penulis juga menemukan bahwa kaum muda masih memiliki sikap individualis. Sikap seperti ini dilihat dari beberapa sumber yang kaitannya dengan topic ini. Maka dalam menghidupi spiritualitas ini harus memiliki relasi, kerendahan hati dan kesadaran dari kaum muda di era digital. Hal tersebut akan sangat membantu kaum muda di tengah dunia teknologi sekarang.

Abstract

Tulisan ini hendak menerangkan Ordo Karmel sebagai ordo kontemplatif. Para karmelit di gunung Karmel memiliki formula vitae yang dipakai untuk mengatur kehidupan mereka. Formula vitae inilah yang kemudian menjadi penuntun awal Ordo Karmel menjadi sebuah ordo religius dan kontemplatif. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka, tulisan ini mempertegas betapa pentingnya kontemplasi bagi karmelit dan umat Kristiani yang ingin menghidupinya. Kontemplasi merupakan jantung bagi kehidupan para karmelit. Dalam kontemplasi inilah para karmelit menjalin relasi dan kedekatan dengan Tuhan baik dengan cara mendengarkan Tuhan berbicara (lectio divina) dan berbicara dengan Tuhan (doa).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to discuss the role of the church in youth ministry which fosters spirituality. Youth ministry is an integrated ministry in the ministry of the church as a whole. Young people are part of the community of the body of Christ who should grow and contribute to the community. The church's service orientation towards young people should also bring young people to the growth of spirituality because spirituality is fundamental in one's spiritual life. For that the church must start thinking about how to produce young people for the future. The church must start by preparing young people who can be relied upon in the future. The church must also provide examples and values ​​of life for young people so they can understand about church life. Youth who are influenced by postmodern culture express their spirituality with unique expressions. This uniqueness is a challenge for the church to find strategic ways so that youth ministry is able to produce services that are oriented towards growing spirituality. In addition, the church must also place young people as part of a community that can fully contribute to the process of growing their spirituality. Therefore, a community-based form of spiritual growth is needed that involves all members of the community so that this spiritual growth can occur in the lives of young people, as well as having an impact on the community because young people are the church.

Abstract

Ecclesiology discusses the identity, essence of existence, and function of the Church concerning the identity and mission of the Church in the world. It explored aspects of the experience of the Christian community as a framework for interpreting the experience of faith. Conflicts on interpretations and applications of the Scripture’s messages about justification by faith in the sixteenth century were the cause of the doctrinal divisions and conflicts between the Lutheran Confession and the Roman Catholic Church’s Council of Trent. This study exploited a qualitative research method by exploring literature. By improving recent studies of Scripture and referring to the history of theology and dogma, the ecumenical dialogue after the Second Vatican Council resulted in renewed opinion towards ecumenical unity. Ecumenism means a religious initiative towards the oneness of the Church. It increased cooperation and better understanding between groups within Christianity or church denominations. The study results showed that the Roman Catholic Church had various views on the existence of churches. The context of the times, the dominant thoughts of the time, and the meaning of the Christian faith were the main contributors that gave birth to this diversity.

Abstract

This community service program aims to develop servant leadership competencies for young sisters of the Order of Saint Francis (OSF) in Semarang City through seven habits training. Using a methodological approach that integrates andragogical principles and Franciscan spirituality, the program involved 25 young OSF sisters. The results show significant transformation in three competency areas: conceptual understanding of servant leadership, practical leadership skills, and reflective capacity. Evaluation reveals the effectiveness of integrating Franciscan spirituality, servant leadership principles, and the seven habits framework in creating a contextual leadership development model. This program makes an important contribution to developing transformative leadership training models for religious communities

Abstract

The development and advancement of technology brings changes to the patterns and lifestyles of Young Catholics (OMK). This fact raises a great concern in this article, that most OMK are currently very busy with their work, study assignments, and social media, so that involvement in the activities of the parish becomes less effective and less targeted. The main issue in this article is to get a clear picture of how OMK is involved in the activities of the raid. This article wants to know the extent to which OMK is involved and involved in the pastoral work of the Church in the parishes of the Diocese of Ketapang. This article is qualitative research with descriptive analytical writing methods. The population used was Young Catholics in a number of parishes in the Diocese of Ketapang with a sample number of fifty-two active OMK. Instrument uses semistructured interviews to 12 OMK through WhatsApp social media. As a method of data collection, the authors disseminated questionnaires online to 40 OMK. The results showed that the involvement of OMK Keuskupan Ketapang in the activities of the church needs to be improved. Coaching to omk from the parish also needs to be designed and planned well. This study recommends the need for recollection, supply, retreat or similar activities that can grow and cultivate the faith of OMK. OMK is expected to be increasingly aware of self-identity as a young Catholic in the midst of the development of the times.
