Abstract

Penelitian tentang pelayanan pendidikan di Kota Probolinggo, Provinsi Jawa Timur melalui pelaksanaan program Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah-Berorientasi Pelayanan Publik ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan program MBS-BPP dalam perspektif sound governance. Penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif ini lebih difokuskan pada pelaksanaan program Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah Berorientasi Pelayanan Publik. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan pengamatan partisipatif, wawancara mendalam kepada  informan, angket, dan telaah dokumen. Sumber informasi penelitian mencakup penyedia pelayanan, pengguna pelayanan, eksekutif, legislatif, media massa, dan lembaga kemasyarakatan yang lain. Analisis data mengacu pada langlah-langkah yang dikemukakan oleh Creswell. Temuan penelitian ini memperlihatkan seluruh tahapan pelaksanaan program MBS-BPP terjadi interaksi secara dinamis dan saling mendukung dari seluruh dimensi sound governance, sehingga sekolah dapat memperbaiki pelayanan pendidikan secara berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan program MBS-BPP sekolah dapat memadukan seluruh dimensi sound governance, sehingga ada jaminan pelayanan pendidikan secara berkelanjutan. Implikasi teoretis yang dapat dikemukakan adalah adanya “modifikasi” terhadap teori sound governance Farazmand (2004) pada level lokal, dengan diajukannya sebuah teori sound local governance (SLG).

Abstract

Latar belakang, Program pelatihan pembuatan abon Ikan Patin di Kecamatan Sukolilo merupakan inisiatif yang  sangat baik untuk memberdayakan masyarakat, dimana program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif pada pemberdayaan ekonomi di Kecamatan Sukolilo melalui diversifikasi pendapatan dan peningkatan keterampilan. Salah satu  komoditi itu ada pada ikan patin, ternyata tidak hanya bisa diolah menjadi sajian sedap seperti digoreng atau masakan berkuah dengan bumbu pedas. Di tangan kreatif daging Ikan Patin bisa disulap menjadi abon Ikan Patin dengan nilai ekonomi yang sangat menggiurkan. Bahkan, saat ini abon Ikan Patin hasil telah mampu menembus pasar sampai ke luar pulau. Budidaya ikan Ikan Patin yang semakin banyak di masyarakat, menjadikan Ikan Patin sebagai salah satu ikan favorit untuk     dikonsumsi. Ikan Ikan Patin bisa diolah menjadi abon dan citarasa abon Ikan Patin tidak kalah enak dengan abon sapi. Banyak orang yang menyukai produk ikan Ikan Patin ini, dan ini menjadi suatu produk yang sangat pantas untuk dikembangkan serta menjadi alternative untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, terutama para ibu rumah tangga guna membantu perekonomian keluarga. Metode : Pelatihan, praktek serta pendampingan dan monev dalam membuat olahan ikan Ikan Patin yang mempunyai nilai ekonomi tinggi dan bisa dijual secara kemasan. Dan merupakan produk yang bisa dikonsumsi sehari-hari dengan nilai gizi tinggi. Hasil kegiatan (1) Memiliki keterampilan dalam pengolahan abon Ikan Patin. (2). Produk abon Ikan Patin yang bervariasi rasa serta kemasan yang menarik, (3) Dokumen manajemen usaha berbasis syariah dan mampu mendapat modal pengembangan usaha, (4) Publikasi di Jurnal Pengabdian pada masyarakat (5). Melibatkan Mahasiswa dalam MBKM sebanyak 2 mahasiswa, setara dengan 3 SKS mata Kuliah Kewirausahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the independent curriculum in improving the quality of students and identify the positive impact of the implementation of the independent curriculum on the achievement of learning and the quality of students towards a Golden Indonesia 2045 at SDN Banyu Urip 3, Surabaya City. The data sources related to the Independent Curriculum, student learning outcome reports, and data on the profile of SDN Banyu Urip 3, Surabaya City. The data collection techniques used are documentation, interviews, and observations. The data analysis using qualitative. The findings of this study is presented based on the analysis of data obtained that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum has a positive impact on students' learning achievement and character, including improving students' critical thinking skills, creativity, and communication. The conclusion of this study will be formulated based on data analysis and the findings obtained are that the Independent Curriculum at SDN Banyu Urip 3 can form a profile of Pancasila students who are ready to face the challenges of global competition in achieving the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045 by creating quality, competent, and highly competitive human resources.

Abstract

In line with the increasing trend of state spending payments, the government uses a digital system to implement cashless payments. The digital system provides benefits in the effectiveness of state spending payments to the recipient of the payment and supports the efficiency of state financial management. One of the digital systems used is the Digital Payment application developed by the Directorate General of Treasury. This study aims to review the use of the Digital Payment application in making non-cash payments to recipients of payments (suppliers) in the period 2019-2021. This study uses a qualitative method with literature study techniques and interviews with several sources. The results of this study indicate that the use of Digital Payment in non-cash payments is quite effective. However, there are still obstacles in system flexibility, mindset, and human resources so that the application has not been implemented optimally. To increase use, improvements to the Digipay application and ongoing socialization to MSMEs and expenditure treasurers are needed.

Abstract

This research aims to construct a policy model for new student admissions, abbreviated as PPDB, with a zoning system and its prospects. The research approach uses a qualitative approach with data sources from State Junior High School 1 or abbreviated as SMPN 1 Gampengrejo and State Junior High School 3 or abbreviated as SMPN 3 Plosoklaten, Kediri County. There were ten key informants involved in this study. The analysis method is a comparative method for constructing a model of a public administration system. The findings of the study are: (1) every admission of new students in the education unit is regulated by the ministry of primary and secondary education; (2) there are technical instructions from the district/city government; (3) there is a decree of the head of the education unit regarding the executive committee; (4) provision of complete data on prospective students in zoning in accordance with the provisions of the central government; (5) coordination between school principals and between school committees to ensure that prospective students get schools; (6) the head of the education unit supports the executive committee; (7) suppressing obstacles that interfere with the smooth implementation of the zoning system; (8) developing an effective public information system, through feedback to provide input to the PPBD implementation system; (9) the transformation from PPDB to the New Student Admission System (SPMB) at the philosophical level is relatively unchanged; and (10) the change of the student admission system, the important thing is that all children of school age, all are obliged to get a school with the principle of "education for all." The conclusion is that the implementation of new student admissions (PPDB) has an impact on the equitable distribution of access to education that is more equitable and quality and is still continuously being refined and ensuring that all prospective students get school.

Abstract

The data that has been collected will be analyzed systematically and objectively using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study will be presented based on data analysis that shows that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum has a positive impact on learning achievement and character development of students. The conclusion of this research will be formulated based on the analysis of the data and findings that have been obtained, which confirms that the Independent Curriculum at SDN Banyu Urip 3 is able to form the profile of Pancasila students who are ready to face the challenges of global competition. Thus, we can contribute to realizing the vision of Golden Indonesia 2045 through the development of quality, competent, and highly competitive human resources.
