Abstract

A B S T R A C TIntroduction. A CO 2 incubator is an essential tool for the initiation of theproliferation of primary culture cells or cell lines. In principle, this tool works bykeeping the sample cell line at an optimum temperature of 37 o C and 5% carbondioxide supply. The ability of the CO 2 incubator to maintain temperature and supplyof 5% carbon dioxide are essential points in the development of the CO 2 incubator.This study is an attempt to convince the potential of Sriwijaya CO 2 Incubator inmaintaining the proliferation ability of cultured cells in an in vitro study. Methods.This study is an experimental pre-post test that explores the percentage of viabilityof primary culture cells (fibroblasts) before and after incubation in CO 2 incubators.The object of this study was fibroblast cells obtained from the prepuce of patientswho performed circumcision. Results. Fibroblast cell proliferation in CO 2 incubatorsshows an increase in the number of fibroblast proliferation which can be seen withthe increasing number of cells visualized by inverted microscopy. Conclusion.Sriwijaya CO 2 incubator has the potential to be used in in vitro research to triggerthe growth and proliferation of fibroblast cells.

Abstract

In Indonesia Shopee is one of the largest E-commerce platforms that makes it easy for users to access various products from various brands. Factors such as perceived ease of use, perceived benefits, and trust attached to shopee become a positive image and improve purchasing decisions in shopee e-commerce. These factors, it is expected to find an effective strategy according to Islamic Business Principles, which is not only economically beneficial but also provides broader social benefits. this study is to determine the perception of ease of Use, perception of benefits, and confidence in purchasing decisions, as well as how the view of Islamic Business. The paradigm of this study using positivistic (quantitative) with a descriptive approach. The test Data is primary data. The population used in this study is Gen Z Shopee application users in Bandar Lampung City with a total sample of 100 respondents with SmartPLS Analysis tool version 4. The results show that the perception of user convenience, perception of benefits and Trust have a significant positive effect on Shopee's e-commerce purchasing decisions. Islamic business principles not only improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction but also ensure that business operations remain ethical and in accordance with Islamic teachings this will build long-term trust between the company and customers which is the core of sustainable business success.

Abstract

Permasalahan pengelolaan sampah di Desa Mekar Mukti menjadi tantangan serius akibat keterbatasan layanan pengangkutan sampah dan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman warga mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan sampah melalui edukasi dan sosialisasi penggunaan insinerator mini sebagai teknologi tepat guna. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi, wawancara, edukasi langsung, penyebaran poster, dan demonstrasi alat insinerator mini. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi terhadap penggunaan insinerator mini dan mulai memahami manfaatnya dalam mengurangi volume sampah rumah tangga, terutama sampah anorganik. Selain itu, kegiatan ini memperkuat kolaborasi antara tim pengabdi, pengelola bank sampah, dan perangkat desa untuk mendukung keberlanjutan program. Sosialisasi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi awal dalam membangun budaya pengelolaan sampah yang lebih bijak dan ramah lingkungan di tingkat masyarakat.
