Abstract

The road is one of the important aspects in the various aspects of human life. The authorities inthe construction or repair of the road is the Department of Public Works. One of them is theregional work units - Assistance (SKPD-TP) Department of Highways East Java ProvinceCommitment Officer (CO) Region Probolinggo-Malang-Turen-Kepanjen. One of theimprovements made are repair Potholes. Before improvement, first of all performed the hollowstreets of the data collection.Reviews their reviews with smartphone technology (smart phones).First of all the which is based smartphone android that can be the perfect solution for themanufacture of standard software, because Android provides an open platform. Some facilitiesmay be developed is a camera, Global Positioning System (GPS), and the network. Abstract

MikroTik RouterOS ™ is the operating system and which can be used to make the computer even become a reliable network routers , includes a comprehensive range of features for network and wireless , one of the reliable features is a VPN ( Virtual Private Network ) .VPN ( Virtual Private Network ) is a way to create a network is " ptivate " and safe to use a public network , such as the Internet . In the world of computer networks known term tunnel , often called a tunneling technique . This technique allows a local network ( private ) associated with other local network , through a public network ( Internet ) . The data to be sent from one local network to another local network will be in the pack ( encapsulation ) by other protocols. Keywords : MikroTik, VPN (Virtual Private Network), Tunneling.

Abstract

The problem that often occurs in manufacturing companies is that companies sometimes experience delays in project completion. One of the factors that caused delays was that the company still randomly carried out any activities that took precedence over the process. With these problems, causing losses that are not good for both the implementer and the project owner. This will also have a negative impact on the company, including worsening the image of companies that seem unable to complete the project according to the agreed contract. This study aims to determine which activities in the critical path for initial conditions and acceleration, to know the difference in processing time from the initial conditions and the acceleration conditions, to know the difference in processing time from the initial conditions and the acceleration conditions, and to know the benefits of project costs which occurs between initial conditions and conditions after acceleration. This study uses the Critical Path Method method to determine the determination of the schedule and the estimated time is deterministic / definite and determine which activities are considered critical paths with the duration of this project for 192 working days. Based on the results of research critical activities in the initial conditions with 192 days. While for acceleration conditions, the completion time is 182 days with 2 critical trajectories which includes 17 production activities which all activities enter critical crossings. The optimal duration of the project is 182 days with a total project cost of Rp.900,000,000 on the alternative to adding overtime hours.

Abstract

Covid-19 has caused problems, including the global Islamic capital market. The rapid and extraordinary development of Covid-19 has rocked sharia investment in Indonesia. This study looks at the interaction of the global Islamic stock market with the Indonesian Islamic stock market, namely the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), in the Covid-19 shock. Data is collected from within the global Islamic capital market sourced from the Dow Jones Islamic Market World Index, and the Indonesian Islamic capital market is sourced from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). They are generalizing the research period carried out during the covid-19 period starting from March 2020 to November 2022. This research used several stages of the Cointegration Test, Granger Causality Test, IRF (Impulse Response Function) Test and Forecasting Error Variance Decomposition (FEVD) Test. The study results show that the global Islamic stock market has had a significant impact on the Indonesian Islamic stock market both in the short and long term in the era of the covid-19 shock.

Abstract

Ethics has always been an interesting subject to be discussed. It is not only its theoretic culture that contains rich values, but Ethics is also an applied science that touches the social behavior among the community directly. The urgency of ethics becomes a sensitive issue since it connotes good, bad, right, or wrong values. To explore the treasury of Ethics in the past time, in this case in The Before Christ (BC) century, is very interesting since the era is known as the Pre-Scientific era which refers to a condition of humans were still far from modern scientific traditions. However, Ethics has developed even becoming a value measurement for living both theoretically and practically at that time even in a different form. This research examined more deeply about Aristotle`s thoughts who lived in the BC Century. Although as a figure of Western Philosophy, Aristotle became a very influential figure in the Islamic world, especially Islamic figures of the Peripatetic School, such as Al Kindi, Al Farabi, and Ibn Sina. This research was a Library Research that attempted to reveal the construction and paradigm of Ethical values of Aristotle through his work entitled The Nichomachean Ethics. The ethical concept was reflected in the concept of Ethics in Islam as represented by Islamic Ethics Figures. The result found that the most fundamental difference between Aristotle and Islamic Ethics are ethical formulations. Aristotle's ethical formulation is realistic-materialism. For Aristotle, Goodness, Virtue, and Happiness are not abstract values, but all of them are real as empirical conditions. While Islam put ethics on two dimensions at once, they are realistic-materialism and theoretical-spiritualism.

Abstract

This study compares the turmoil that occurred in the trade sector and the Indonesian tourism sector before and during the COVID-19 outbreak. The research method used is quantitative with a comparative approach. The data used is secondary data sourced from the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia and the Ministry of Tourism of the Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia. This study uses a statistical test tool in the form of SPSS Version 21 with Paired Sample T-Test. The results showed significant differences in the trade sector before the onset of covid-19 and during the occurrence of covid-19. This occurred from the spread of Covid-19, which caused supply and demand shocks. The decline in trade reflects rising trade costs, disruptions to transportation, logistics, supply chains, and trade restrictions. Furthermore, there are significant differences in the tourism sector before the onset of covid-19 and during covid-19. This happened due to travel restrictions imposed by the government, causing a reduction in both domestic and international travel. The spread of the COVID-19 pandemic has caused foreign tourists to cancel trips and book tickets on a large scale, and the reluctance of tourists to visit is influenced by concerns about the impact of tourism travel during the pandemic.

Abstract

Ruang Nilam lantai 3 adalah ruang bedah di RSUD Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh. Dari hasil pengkajian ditemukan permasalahan dimana pasien dan keluarga kebanyakan tidak mematuhi tata tertib ruangan tersebut. Selain itu, karena ruangan tersebut adalah ruang bedah maka proses pergantian pasien tergolong cepat oleh karenanya pendidikan kesehatan yang dilakukan dengan cara biasa terlihat kurang efektif. Salah satu media pendidikan kesehatan yang dapat digunakan dengan permasalah tersebut adalah media audio visual. Audio visual merupakan penggabungan dari kedua jenis media yang dapat merangsang pikiran, perasaan, perhatian, dan dapat terus diulang tanpa harus dilakukan langsung oleh perawat saat proses pengulangan. Peserta pengabdian ini adalah pasien dan keluarganya yang berada di ruang rawat inap nilam lantai 3. Kegiatan ini di awali dengan pengkajian, penyusunan laporan dan pemasangan media edukasi audio dan visual setelah proses pemasangan selesai dilakukan penyuluhan tentang rincian kegiatan ini kepada pasien dan keluarga pasien. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dari hari senin 07 Agustus-Minggu 13 Agustus 2023. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian ini menggunakan metode ceramah. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah terjadinya perubahan perilaku pada para peserta pengabdian yaitu meningkatnya kepatuhan peserta pengabdian terhadap tata tertib rumah sakit khususnya ruang nilam lantai 3. Hasil evaluasi setelah pelaksanaan dan pemasangan media edukasi gambar dan media edukasi audio, 85% pasien ataupun pengunjung terlihat telah mengikuti terkait tata tertib yang ada di ruangan nilam 3.

Abstract

Tujuan_ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah konsep intervensi harga menurut islam dan bagaimanakah intervensi pemerintah Indonesia terhadap penetapan harga minyak goreng ditinjau dari perspektif Islam. Desain/Metode_ Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode ini peneliti gunakan karena penelitian kualitatif memungkinkan peneliti untuk melakukan identifikasi isu dari perspektif peneliti, dan memahami makna dan interpretasi yang dilakukan terhadap perilaku, peristiwa dan objek Temuan_Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada dasarnya pasar tidak mengharapkan adanya intervensi dari pihak manapun dalam hal penetapan harga, karena pasar awalnya bukan merupakan produk institusi. Adapun intervensi harga minyak goreng oleh pemerintah Indonesia boleh dilakukan dan tidak bertentangan dengan hadits, karena harga minyak goreng di Indonesia bergerak secara non alamiah. Implikasi_ Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemerintah Indonesia boleh menetapkan harga minyak goreng. Akan tetapi, penetapan harga yang pemerintah tetapkan harus rasional dan tidak sampai mendzalimi para pengusaha dan para pedagang. Originalitas_ Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data relevan dari buku-buku, Jurnal, dokumentasi dan surat kabar yang terpercaya dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Abstract

Indonesia terletak pada jalur Cincin Api sehingga rawan tertimpa bencana vulkanik. Salah satu bencana vulkanik yaitu terjadi di Gunung Semeru. Erupsi Gunung Semeru pada tahun 2021 menyebabkan 51 korban jiwa, 10.400 orang mengungsi, dan 38 fasilitas pendidikan rusak. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya optimasi jalur evakuasi untuk mengurangi dampak erupsi Gunung Semeru. Tujuan riset ini adalah memformulasikan peta jalur evakuasi tercepat berdasarkan shortest path dan maximum flow untuk memperoleh jalur evakuasi yang optimal. Riset menggunakan explanatory sequential mixed method. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi literatur dan wawancara mendalam dengan informan. Data dianalisis menggunakan shortest path dan maximum flow untuk memperoleh jalur evakuasi optimal. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa Kecamatan Pronojiwo dan Kecamatan Candipuro dengan 7 desa yang merupakan wilayah paling terdampak erupsi Gunung Semeru. Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan shortest path dan maximum flow diperoleh 7 peta jalur evakuasi optimal yang dibuat sesuai dengan kondisi masing-masing desa. Total terdapat 35 jalur evakuasi erupsi Gunung Semeru yang optimal.

Abstract

This in-conreto legal research delves deeper into the legal basis determined by the Panel of Judges in deciding on a divorce lawsuit because the husband is a convict. The research takes a case that has been determined in one of the Religious Courts in the Special Region of Yogyakarta number 0909/ Pdt.G/2011/PA.BTL (0909). The results are then discussed in more depth according to Islamic law. Through the exploration of the rules of fiqh and the proposals of fiqh as well as interviews with several judges, it can be interpreted that the judge's decision has referred to the interests needed in the family by avoiding the risks that may arise due to the father/husband being sentenced to prison for several years. In the review of Islamic law, the judge has fulfilled the rules of fiqh and followed the fatwa of the agreed-upon fiqh school of thought.
