This service aims to train the people in Sukomukti Hamlet, Sukorejo Village, Bangorejo Subdistrict, Banyuwangi Regency in managing the financial business of the family in an effort to support the government's program to Increase Prosperous Family Income (UPPKS) in Banyuwangi Regency. The approach taken in this service is the method of participatory action research (PAR). The results of the management of the financial management system in the Sukomukti Hamlet community were maximally absorbed so that the community was able to manage finances well and was supported by adequate conditions in managing finances

The focus of this research is: (1) to analyze the character of the character through what is done, (2) to analyze the character of the character through his speech, (3) to analyze the character of the character through the physical description, (4) to analyze the character of the character through his thoughts. This study uses an intertextual approach, which is a study of the number of texts that have certain relationships. The source of this research data is a novel entitled book of Love Yusuf Zulaikha by Taufiqurrohman Al-Azizi. Conclude this research (1) through what he did get the picture that, Yusuf has a patient, religious nature, began to small he was taught religion by his father and broad insight even the only high school graduate knowledge is not inferior to the lecture because his hobby likes reading and discussing with his friends. (2) through his utterance, the illustration is that Joseph is very careful in speaking almost all words that come out of his mouth are wise and orderly. (3) through the physical description in obtaining the picture that Joseph has a handsome and beautiful face, his face glowing everybody is happy to see him, but Yusuf is so humble he is never arrogant about it. (4) through his thoughts obtained the picture that not in a hurry in making decisions and always ask for guidance to Allah SWT.

Peningkatan Keterampilan Menyimak Berita Dengan Media Audio Visual Siswa SMP Plus Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi Muhammad Hasbullah Ridwan

This study was designed using the method of action research (action research). The research objective of this class action to overcome the problem of the ability of listening skills. Because the real conditions that occur in class VIII SMP Plus Darussalam are still lacking, because during this time the learning activities are still many teachers who are reluctant to use the media. Media used are media Audio Visual techniques of group work. The research process begins with the initial observation and two cycles. The effectiveness of the actions in each cycle is measured from the observation and assessment activities in two ways, namely product assessment and appraisal process. Meanwhile, the data of listening skills through audiovisual media methods of group work techniques is analyzed by describing the average value of per cycle so the results can reach the learning target of 75%. The average yield on the class of initial observations is 71.6% and the results of the first cycle the average ability listening is 75.125%, while in the second cycle is 87.50%. Based on the results of 1 and 2 of the decision can be taken, namely: 1.kemampuan listening through audiovisual media techniques of group work in class VIII SMP Plus Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari fairly good Banyuwangi, 2. The use of audio-visual media in improving listening skills was quite successful.

Speaking in a good and polite way is a rule in communicating so that communication can run smoothly and the purpose of discussion or the purpose of communication can be achieved. Communication between individuals or groups can occur in various places be it in the family environment, workplace and others. In addition, communications can be found on newspapers, tabloids, wrong magazines and television broadcasts. One of the television shows that shows the existence of communication between people is in various events "BerAKSI at Home Only" in Indosiar. In line with the above, the purpose of this study is to analyze the fulfillment of the principle of language impression, violation of the principle of language impression and see what factors influence the violation of the principle of language impression of the jury variety of events "BerAKSI at Home Only" in Indosiar. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method that describes and presents the data obtained factually and accurately. The data for this study is the speech of the jury of various events "BerAKSI at Home Only" in Indosiar that allegedly fulfilled the principle of language impressionion and violated the principle of language impression. Data collection techniques carried out in this research are listening techniques, note-recording techniques, and data reduction. The results showed the fulfillment of the principle of language impression in (1) the maksim of wisdom, (2) the max of generosity, , (3) the maksim of humility, (4) the maksim of the match, (5) the maksim of pympaness. Furthermore, the results of research on speech that violates the principle of language impressions that are diklasifikaiskan on the factors that cause violations of the principle of language impression (1) because of criticism directly with harsh words, (2) factors of encouragement of the sense of emotion of speakers, (3) factors deliberately accusing the opponent of speech, (5) factors deliberately cornering the opponent as much.

Gelar wicara Zero to Hero merupakan acara yang digagas oleh pembisnis sekaligus motivator Marry Riana pada akun youtube resmi miliknya. Dalam gelar wicara Zero to Hero Merry Riana bersama dengan para narasumber saling melakukan kegiatan bahasa yakni percakapan. Sebagian besar percakapan melibatkan dua peserta atau lebih dalam percakapan terdapat pengambilan giliran atau perubahan siapa yang mendapat giliran. Suatu kemungkinan perubahan giliran disebut (Tempat Relevansi Pertukaran) TRP. Selain itu terdapat juga kejadian overlaps atau tumpang tindih. Penutur berharap lawan tutur memberikan sebuah respon yang mana respon tersebut disebut istilah backchannel. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui wujud dari struktur percakapan Merry Riana dengan narasumber jika dilihat dari segi Tempat Relevansi Pertukaran dan overlaps pada acara gelar wicara “Zero to Hero”, Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif penelitian menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis dari orang-orang dan prilaku yang diamati. Teknik simak bebas libat cakap adalah teknik yang dipilih oleh penelitian yang mana peneliti berperan hanya sebagai pennyimak. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu struktur percakapan merupakan sebuah peristiwa yang selalu terjadi dalam sebuah percakapan yang mana dalam peristiwa tersebut melibatkan penutur dan mitra tutur. dalam lima video tersebut terjadi Tempat Relevansi Pertukaran video pertama 10, Tempat Relevansi Pertukaran video kedua 10, Tempat Relevansi Pertukaran video ketiga 9, Tempat Relevansi Pertukaran video keempat 7, dan Tempat Relevansi Pertukaran video kelima 16. Temuan overlaps diantaranya video pertama 6, video kedua 4, video ketiga 3, video keempat 5, dan video kelima 4. Backchannel dalam video tersebut yaitu video pertama terdapat 10 temuan, video kedua 4 temuan, video ketiga 2 temuan yang mana dalam 2 temuan tersebut backchannel berruntutan, dan video keempat terdapat 8 temuan, video kelima 3 temuan.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis dan wujud kesantunan tuturan imperatif yang digunakan dalam komunikasi antara penjual dan pembeli di pertokoan Bin-Hasy Blokagung Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik simak catat, yang dilanjutkan dengan analisis data menurut Milles dan Huberman melalui analisis kualitatif yang dilakukan secara interaktif dan bersifat terus menerus yakni dengan reduksi, penyajian data dan terakhir adalah penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk menguji keabsahan data, teknik triangulasi digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk pengujian kridibilitas data dari pelbagai sumber dengan pelbagai cara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjabarkan jenis dan wujud kesantunan tuturan imperatif pada komunikasi antara penjual dan pembeli di Pertokoan Bin-Hasy Blokagung. Jenis-jenis tuturan imperatif dari 44 tuturan yang telah ditemukan dapat dikelompokkan menjadi 11 jenis tuturan imperatif yang mengandung makna pragmatik. Sebelas jenis tuturan tersebut antara lain : 6 imperatif perintah, 4 imperatif suruhan, 5 imperatif permintaan, 4 imperatif desakan, 4 imperatif bujukan, 3 imperatif persilaan, 4 imperatif permintaan izin, 1 imperatif mengizinkan, 7 imperatif larangan, 3 imperatif harapan, 3 imperatif anjuran. Kesantunan tuturan imperatif dapat diklasifikasikan menjadi 5 (lima) peringkat dari 44 tuturan imperatif yang dilakukan oleh penjual dan pembeli. Lima peringkat tersebut secara berurutan dimulai dari yang paling sopan antara lain : 4 tuturan imperatif rumusan saran, 5 tuturan imperatif rumusan pertanyaan, 20 tuturan imperatif rumusan pernyataan permintaan, 8 tuturan imperatif rumusan pernyataan keharusan, 7 tuturan imperatif rumusan imperatif.

Adat as ancestral heritage plays an important role in people's lives. Adat is one of the studies of folklore. At the tip of the island of East Java, there is an area that has a lot of customs, namely Banyuwangi Regency. Banyuwangi Regency is famous for its Using Tribe. One of the famous Using Tribes in Banyuwangi is Singojuruh District. In Singojuruh District there is a kebo-keboan custom, this custom is carried out once a year. The focus of the research in this title is how to prepare and process the implementation of the kebo-keboan custom in Alasmalang Village and how the value of life is contained in the kebo-keboan custom. This study uses a partially oral folklore study. The method used in this study is a type of field qualitative research using data analysis methods, in this case, the researcher takes the title "the value of life contained in the kebo-keboan custom of Alasmalang Singojuruh Village, Banyuwangi". Researchers in obtaining data using observation techniques, interviews and documentation. This research resulted in 12 data from 4 different sources. This data explains the preparation and implementation procession in the kebo-keboan custom in Alasmalang Singojuruh Village, Banyuwangi. And then from the preparatory procession to the implementation of the kebo-keboan custom, there is a life value in it, where the values ??of life are very useful for the people of Krajan Hamlet, Alasmalang Village

Every learner has a different way of adapting and understanding instructions, especially in language learning. Cognitive abilities possessed by each individual are intelligence, language learning talent, or memory capacity or speed. In addition, affective abilities such as fear, motivation, and emotions of an individual. Research on individual differences can be seen from the interaction or relationship of the two aspects in humans and also to the context of learning, individual understanding naturally of an instruction can be identified properly. Every learner has a different way of adapting and understanding instructions, especially in language learning. First, individual differences consist of two factors, namely personal factors and general factors. Personal factors include (1) group dynamics, (2) attitudes towards teachers and teaching materials, and (3) individual learning techniques, while general factors include (1) age, (2) intelligence and dexterity, (4) cognitive-style, (5) attitude and (6) motivation, and (7) personality. Second, the consequences of individual differences for learning Indonesian in this discussion relate to the way educators teach. Third, related to learning components (learning resources, teaching materials, learning strategies, and assessments).

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini : 1.Melakukan pengukuhan anggota Literasi Darussalam sebagai pelaksana program ABPI agar lebih solid, 2. Memaksimalakan Proses sosialisasi program ABPI unit yayasan PP. Darussalam Blokagung mulai SLTP sampai SLTA, 3. Merealisasikan Program Validasi Baca Paksa untuk meningkatkan kredibilitas peserta ABPI, 4. Mengaktifkan kembali Program Ngaji Literasi sebagai program penanaman wawasan literasi baca dan tulis. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di komunitas Literasi Darussalam di Ponpes Darussalam Blokagung. Metode pendampingan yang digunakan adalah melalui pendekatan Asset Based Communities Development (ABCD). Hasil dari pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan tentang peningkatan pengetahuan terkait, 1. Pengukuhan anggota Literasi Darussalam sebagai pelaksana program ABPI menjadi lebih solid, 2. Sosialisasi program ABPI unit yayasan PP. Darussalam Blokagung mulai SLTP sampai SLTA, menjadikan semua guru dan murid di unit Ponpes Darussalam Blokagung mengetahui program APBI, 3. Program Validasi Baca Paksa untuk meningkatkan kredibilitas peserta ABPI, menjadikan kridibilitas Peserta ABPI lebih diakui, 4. Pengaktifan kembali Program Ngaji Literasi sebagai program penanaman wawasan literasi baca dan tulis, menjadikan tingkat pemahaman pentingnya membaca lebih terjaga. 5. Pemberian sertifikat dan hadiah kepada para peserta ABPI, yang telah mencapai prestasi baca, dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan jumlahnya oleh pengurus ABPI. Ini juga menjadikan peserta ABPI lebih bersemangat meningkatkan lagi keliterasian bacanya.

The hermeneutic approach plays an important role in the analysis of literary texts by providing in-depth insight into the interpretation of meaning, cultural context and social dynamics contained in literary works. This research aims to identify and analyze the meaning contained in modern Indonesian literary texts through a hermeneutic approach, as well as exploring the application of the results of this analysis in Madrasah Aliyah Al Amiriyyah Indonesian language learning. The research method used is qualitative with a hermeneutic approach. Data was collected through analysis of modern Indonesian literary texts selected purposively. The analysis process involves stages of text interpretation, identification of main themes, and interpretation of meaning in cultural and social contexts. Research findings show that modern Indonesian literary texts contain various complex themes that reflect Indonesian social, cultural and political realities. In conclusion, hermeneutic studies of modern Indonesian literary texts help students understand the meaning of texts more deeply, as well as improve their critical and reflective skills in analyzing literary works.
