Abstract

The role of education is to improve the quality of education, especially in producing high-quality students. High-quality students are those who are able to think critically, creatively, logically and take initiatives in responding to issues in society caused by the impact of the development of science and technology. This study aims to determine the effect of a scientific approach to students' critical thinking skills. This study is an experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. The sample of this study consisted of one class (28 students), which was treated using a scientific approach. Critical thinking skills are measured using a test instrument and then analyzed statistically (t test). Hypothesis test results indicate that there is an effect of using a scientific approach toward students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Conflicts between junior high school students cannot be underestimated or left unchecked so that it drags on and causes ongoing conflicts if a settlement pattern and root cause are not found immediately. This study aims to analyze the pattern of intergroup relation-based conflict resolution carried out by junior high school students. This article is the result of research conducted using the development (R&D) method with the stages of needs analysis, development, and testing. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to public junior high schools randomly consisting of 799 respondents, namely 329 male and 470 female. Data processing is done by grouping student answers based on research indicators in order to obtain a conflict resolution model used by students. The results showed that the pattern of intergroup relation-based conflict resolution carried out by junior high school students and equivalent in solving problems, students were more dominant in choosing how to communicate, either through cellphones or meeting in person to discuss the root causes of the problems that occurred then reconciled by apologizing to each other, do not do violence, avoid emotions, say rude, high-pitched, to avoid fights. As for students who use violence in an effort to solve problems, it will occur if one of their friends shows opposition and resistance, has a high-pitched tone to speak harshly so that it ignites excessive emotions and causes fights.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi saat ini, pembelajaran jarak jauh atau daring merupakan metode pembelajaran yang wajib dilakukan oleh penyelenggara pendidikan di Indonesia. Saat ini pembelajaran daring masih memiliki kekurangan dalam terbatasnya waktu tatap muka sehingga berdampak pada kurang optimalnya proses belajar mengajar. Hal ini berdampak bagi siswa yang perlu melakukan pembelajaran secara mandiri dengan bantuan aplikasi pembelajaran yang saat ini banyak tersedia. Sering kali siswa menjumpai aplikasi pembelajaran yang memiliki fitur kurang lengkap atau aplikasi yang mengharuskan untuk melakukan pembayaran terlebih dahulu sebelum digunakan. Dari masalah tersebut, perlu adanya media pembelajaran yang dapat mengakomodir seluruh keperluan siswa dalam peningkatan pemahaman materi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menampilkan desain aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis android. Desain yang ditampilkan mulai dari desain setiap fitur hingga pada desain perancangan sistem. Fitur yang disediakan pada penelitian berkelanjutan antara lain, fitur informasi, fitur materi dengan penjelasan materi dari guru melalui rekaman suara, fitur evaluasi untuk mengetahui pemahaman siswa dan fitur video sebagai penunjang penyampain materi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa memiliki daya tarik terhadap fitur dan tampilan desain aplikasi yang dirancang dan memungkinkan siswa dapat meningkatkan kemampuan akademis dalam proses pembelajaran mandiri.

Abstract

ملخصيهدف هذا البحث إلى 1) تحليل تنفيذ المناهج الدراسية 2013 على أساس التربية الشخصية في تعليم اللغة العربية للفصل الرابع في المدرسة الإبتدائية محمّدية القمرية  كليغو بويولالي السنة الدراسية 2018/2019 من ناحية المواد 2) تحليل تنفيذ المناهج الدراسية 2013 على أساس التربية الشخصية في تعليم اللغة العربية للفصل الرابع في المدرسة الإبتدائية محمّدية  القمرية  كليغو بويولالي السنة الدراسية 2018/2019 من ناحية الطرائق.كانت الطريقة المستخدمة في هذا البحث الوصفية، في حين كانت الموضوعات البحثية من تلاميذ الفصل الرابع من المدرسة الإبتدائية محمّدية القمرية كليغو بويولالي، والتي بلغت 40 طالبًا، منهم 26 طالبًا و 14 طالبة. ومصدر البيانات في هذا البحث مدرس اللغة العربية، مدير المدرسة ونائبه و التلاميذ. بدأ هذا البحث من يناير 2019 حتى مارس 2019، وكانت طريقة جمع البيانات المستخدمة في هذا البحث المقابلة و الملاحظة و التوثيقية. طريقة تصحيح البيانات المستخدمة في هذا البحث طريقة تثليث مصدر البيانات. طريقة تحليل البيانات في هذا البحث هي البحث النوعي الوصفي الذي ينتج عنه الإجراء البيانات الوصفية في شكل كلمات مكتوبة أو منطوقة من أشخاص وسلوك يمكن ملاحظته ، مع أربع مراحل هي جمع البيانات ، وخفض البيانات ، وعرض البيانات ، واستخلاص النتائج.من نتائج البحث نلاحظ أن 1) تنفيذ المناهج الدراسية 2013 على أساس التربية الشخصية في تعليم اللغة العربية للفصل الرابع في المدرسة الابتدائية محمّدية القمرية كليغو بويولالي السنة الدراسية 2018/2019 من ناحية المواد هو أن المادة التعليمية للشخصية لم يتم شرحها بشكل صريح ولكن ضمنياً، المواد غير موجودة ولكن تمت ضمينها في كل موضوع باللغة العربية تدرس من خلال تكوين القيم الشخصية في المدرسة 2) تعد الطريقة يستخدمها المدرس في تنفيذ المناهج الدراسية 2013 على أساس التربية الشخصية مناسبة ، مثل طريقة اللعب ، وطريقة الاستيعاب ، وماإلى ذلك ، على الرغم أنه لا يمكن إدخال جميع القيم الشخصية الموجودة في الكفاءات الأساسية في كل طريقة في تعليم اللغة العربية حتى المدرسون يميلون إلى تطوير القيم الشخصية. ومع ذلك، هناك بعض العوائق التي يواجهها المدرس في تنفيذ المناهج الدراسية 2013 على أساس التربية الشخسية في تعليم اللغة العربية للفصل الرابع ،يعني في الوسائل التعليمية المحدودة، والأوقات المحدودة، ظروف المدرسين، ظروف التلاميذ، وظروف البيئة.الكلمات المفتاحية: المناهج الدراسية 2013، التربية الشخصية ، تعليم اللغة العربية ، المواد و الطرائق

Abstract

This service activity was carried out in Menteng Palangka Raya Village for 4 months, starting from July to October with the following activity stages: 1). Observing the location and target of service to analyze target needs, namely in the Menteng Palangka Raya village, especially at the Covid-19 Isolation Center Hajj Dormitory Kel. Menteng; 2). Conducting FGDs with religious leaders (Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, Confucianism, Buddhism), and partners to analyze socio-spiritual values; 3). Making poster designs in accordance with social and spiritual values; 4). FGD design Social spiritual value poster with team and partners; 5. Carry out the service with an explanation of the poster to the Isolation Patient in the hajj dormitory, Menteng sub-district; 6). Conduct evaluation and reflection. The result of the service that has been carried out is the strengthening of spiritual social values that have been carried out for communities affected by COVID-19 in Menteng Village, namely through the installation of posters of spiritual social values installed in each self-isolation room and social media (Whatsapp Group of Covid-19 Patients), Facebook, Instagram with the aim of providing psychological reinforcement to patients affected by COVID-19 and strengthening the trust and optimism of all religious communities psychologically to recover for people who are isolating in that place and also posters in the form of banners aimed at the people of the city of Palangka Raya. The findings obtained from the results of the activity evaluation survey for Covid-19 patients in Menteng Village, Palangka Raya City, people who read the posters feel confident in God to recover, have concern for other patients to get well together, and have more faith in God Almighty by worshiping God. God, they are calmer and confident psychologically healed. Although there is an evaluation result that patients want that when they are isolated they are very worried about the family left at home.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and empowerment on the virtual efficiency of it industry employees in Indonesia. Analyzing the trust's role in mediating transformational leadership and transactional leadership and empowerment towards the virtual efficiency of the IT industry employee in Indonesia. The data analysis method used in this study is the structural equation model (SEM) using the Lisrel program.  This research uses an inferential statistical approach, namely testing the influence hypothesis between variables and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) where variable trust plays a role in mediating the influence of leadership and empowerment on employee performance and job satisfaction. The results of this study show that the Judge must make a decision that is wise and fair in handling each case, especially with regard to notary deed. Every deed made by a Notary must meet: material and formal needs. The notary must be ready and responsible for every deed product he makes, whether civil, criminal or administrative.

Abstract

Resolving acts of adultery as the consequence of woman seducing a married man that sometime may lead to out of wedlock pregnany will not be sufficient to only be pursued through national legal channels in the point of view of the Dayak Ngaju tribe. National law regulates sanctions for adulterers/spouse poachers but does not consider the interests of legitimate wives who become the victims. This study aimed to educate the Dayak Ngaju tribe to have better knowledge regarding the local customary law and as a refinement material for the National Criminal Law.The research method used in this study was empirical research method conducted through interviews with damang and mantir adat in Palangka Raya City. The Dayak Ngaju Customary Law has distinct classification of adulterers. Therefore, all forms of actions committed by women who seduce other women's husbands are prohibited in Ngaju Dayak Customary Law. This is reinforced by different customary sanctions in each classification.The National Law has regulated the regulation regarding of homewreckers (husband poachers) in the latest Criminal Code Bill but does not formally regulate psychological recovery for wives who are the victims of infidelity.

Abstract

AbstractThe development of online media has an impact on changes access and integration from conventional media to online media. Media digitization also leads to accelerated communication and interactivity as well as changes in political engagement. The purpose of this article is to describe the political involvement of student activists through online media. This type of research uses survey research with a quantitative approach. The population in the study amounted to 651 members who came from the Student Executive Board activists at Yogyakarta State University in 2018. The research sample used was 90 students. Analysis on descriptive statistics is done by determining the frequency distribution, position of numerical scores that represent such as mean, median, and mode. The results of data analysis show that the majority of student activists who seek political news through online media are 40%, the most frequently accessed site is Kompas.Com by 45.6%, political learning media through mass media and organizations by 35.6%. The political themes that are often accessed are related to the change of power, political policies on education, social and economic development with a percentage of 43.3%. The effort to filter the highest information lies in viewing different online mass media channels by 26.7%. Political involvement in the form of writing, audio and video as well as social media with a percentage of 34%. The form of political involvement in the online media space is the majority of writing aspirations using social media with 26.7% of participants.Keywords: Online media, Politics, Student activistsABSTRAKPerkembangan media online berdampak terhadap perubahan akses serta integrasi dari media konvensional kepada media online. Digitalisasi media juga mengarah pada percepatan komunikasi dan interaktivitas serta perubahan  keterlibatan politik. Tujuan artikel ini untuk mendeskripsikan keterlibatan poliitk aktivis mahasiswa melalui media online. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 651 anggota yang berasal dari aktivis Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta pada tahun 2018. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan berjumlah 90 mahasiswa. Analisis pada statistik deskriptif dilakukan dengan menentukan distribusi frekuensi, posisi skor numerik yang mewakili seperti mean, median, dan modus. Hasil analisis data menunjukan mayoritas aktivis mahasiswa yang mencari berita politik melalui media online 40%, situs yang paling sering diakses Kompas.com sebesar 45,6%, media belajar politik melalui media massa dan organisasi sebesar 35,6%. Tema politik yang sering diakses terkait pergantian kekuasaan, kebijakan politik tentang pendidikan, pembangunan sosial dan ekonomi dengan persentase sebesar 43,3%. Upaya untuk menyaring informasi tertinggi terletak pada melihat saluran media massa online yang berbeda sebesar 26,7%. Majalah politik online yang sering dibaca adalah  tempo sebesar 37,8%. Bentuk keterlibatan politik dalam ruang media online mayoritas menulis aspirasi menggunakan media sosial dengan pesertase sebesar 26,7%.Kata Kunci: Media online, Politik, Aktivis Mahasiswa,

Abstract

This article discusses a forward kinematics space for a robot’s hand with n arms in two dimensional Euclid space. The kinematics space of the robot’s hand is obtained by employing some geometrical transformations, those are rotation and dilatation. The solution of this problem is represented by a function corresponding a set of pairs of hinge configuration with a set of pairs of robot’s position and hand endpoint direction.
