Abstract

This study aims to produce a teaching material in the form of student modules based on PMRI approaches for grade IV elementary schools. The research method used is development research using the 4-D model (define, design, develop, disseminate). Subjects in the study were grade four students of SD IT Salsabila Palembang. Based on the research results obtained a valid and practical module. Validity can be from the results of the assessment of material experts, media modules and languages. Practicality can be from the results of the assessment of students in the field test is limited to the mathematical modules students developed. Based on data from the questionnaire analysis of students at the stage of limited field test, a score of 313 obtained from a maximum total of 352 assessments, which presented to be 88.92% and it could be categorized that the module developed practically. The potential effect was seen from the results of the student's final ability test. From the results of data analysis that has done that the average final score of students is 80.88 which means that the learning outcomes of students classified as an outstanding category, it can be concluded that the student mathematics module based on the PMRI approach that has developed as a potential effect on student learning outcomes students.

Abstract

Upaya peningkatan derajat kesehatan ibu dan anak menjadi prioritas dalam menurunkan angka kematian ibu dan mencegah komplikasi kehamilan. Rendahnya pengetahuan ibu hamil mengenai tanda bahaya kehamilan serta kurangnya kesadaran untuk mencari pertolongan medis secara cepat masih menjadi permasalahan utama, termasuk di wilayah kerja UPTD.BLUD Puskesmas Aik Darek. Kondisi ini diperparah oleh anggapan bahwa beberapa gejala seperti sakit kepala, pembengkakan, atau penurunan gerak janin merupakan hal yang normal, serta belum optimalnya pelaksanaan pemeriksaan antenatal care (ANC). Oleh karena itu, diperlukan intervensi edukatif yang terencana dan berkelanjutan melalui kegiatan penyuluhan di Polindes Selebung. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan kesiapsiagaan ibu hamil dalam mengenali tanda bahaya kehamilan serta mendorong perilaku pencarian pertolongan medis secara tepat waktu. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan, demonstrasi, dan pendampingan dengan pendekatan partisipatif serta penggunaan media edukatif seperti leaflet dan poster. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil berdasarkan perbandingan hasil pretest dan posttest. Ibu hamil menjadi lebih mampu mengenali gejala berisiko dan mengambil keputusan yang tepat dalam mencari pelayanan kesehatan. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan kapasitas tenaga kesehatan dalam menyampaikan edukasi secara lebih terstruktur dan interaktif. Secara keseluruhan, program ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan ibu hamil serta memperkuat peran fasilitas kesehatan dalam upaya pencegahan komplikasi kehamilan. Program ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam menurunkan risiko komplikasi dan kematian ibu serta mendukung peningkatan derajat kesehatan ibu dan anak secara berkelanjutan.
