Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Research and Development adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan serta mengembangkan suatu produk serta menguji efektivitas produk tersebut. Tujuan Penelitian Pengembangan adalah: 1) Bagaimana prosedur pengembangan pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Media Flashcard untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran IPA materi pengelompokan hewan berdasarkan jenis makanannya pada siswa kelas V di SD N Bagorejo 03 Jember? Responden penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V SD N Bagorejo dengan jumlah 15 peserta didik. Hasil penelitian pengembangan ini antara lain: 1) Media flashcard yang dikembangkan merupakan media berupa kartu yang berisi materi pengelompokan hewan berdasarkan jenis makanannya. Media flashcard dikembangkan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Publiser 2016. 2) Media flashcard yang telah dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran di kelas V SD. Hasil penilaian dari ahli materi menunjukan bahwa media yang dikembangkan masuk kriteria sangat layak dengan penilaian sebesar 87,5%. Sedangkan pada ahli media diperoleh penilaian sebesar 77,5% termasuk kriteria layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. 3) Media flashcard yang dikembangkan efektif digunakan pada pembelajaran IPA materi pengelompokan hewan berdasarkan jenis makanannya di kelas V SD N Bagorejo 03 Jember terbukti dari hasil uji t-test yang memperoleh hasil pre-test mendapat rata-rata nilia 60,33. Sedangkan hasil post-test mendapat rata-rata nilai 91.66 artinya terdapat berbedaan hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media flashcard, selain itu terdapat peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 86% termasuk kriteria tinggi, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa media flashcard efektif digunakan pada pembelajaran IPA materi pengelompokan hewan berdasarkan jenis makanannya karena terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa.

A mind map is a note-taking method that involves laying out ideas on a sheet of paper and branching out along the lines of one's thought processes. With mind mapping, learning will be easy to describe, and material that is quite difficult can be easily understood or simplified. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of mind mapping learning in matrix operations material in grade 11. Three indicators of learning effectiveness are: 1) teacher management of learning; 2) student involvement in learning activities; and 3) the proportion of students who successfully complete learning objectives. This study uses observation, tests, interviews, and documentation to collect data for a qualitative descriptive analysis. Class XIA SMK students Darur Rahmah was used as the research sample. Based on the findings and discussion of the research, class XIA SMK Darur Rahmah studied matrix operation material effectively using activities in mind mapping. The results showed that three indicators were fulfilled: 1) effectiveness, namely the teacher's ability to determine the very good category; 2) 11 students whose activities were classified as active; 16 students were very active; and 3) individual completeness of 25 students with a learning completeness level of 92.6%.

The starfruit orchard agrotourism in Ngringinrejo Village has great potential in the agricultural sector, which can change the local area's income and environmental sustainability. Farmers in the agrotourism sell both outside and within the agrotourism. This research aims to identify the factors that influence the income of farmers in the starfruit orchard agrotourism of Ngringinrejo village. The location of this research is in Nringinrejo Village, Kalitidu District, Bojonegoro Regency. The sampling was conducted using simple random sampling, resulting in a total of 52 respondents. The data in the study uses both primary and secondary data. The analysis method uses multiple regression with the variables used in this study being X1 farmer's age, X2 number of members, X3 last education, X4 farming experience, X5 land area, X6 number of trees, X7 production costs, X8 production quantity, and X9 selling price. The results of this study indicate that from the regression results of 99%, the variable of production quantity has a significant impact on income. The factors that have a significant influence are production costs, production volume, and selling price. Meanwhile, other factors such as age, number of family members, farming experience, land area, and number of trees do not have a significant impact on income. Based on this, cost efficiency strategies, optimization of production volume, and pricing become the main focus in increasing revenue.

The enactment of law number 16 of 2006 concerning agricultural systems is a form of government support for efforts to progress in the agricultural sector by establishing agricultural extension institutions from the central to the regional level. The purpose of this research is to find out how the instructors perform their main tasks and to find out the extent of farmers' satisfaction with the performance of the instructors themselves in the district. Balen, Bojonegoro Regency. The population in this study was 509 farmers, then the sample taken was 86 farmers. Important Performance Analysis (IPA) and Coatumer Statfaction Index (CSI) analysis are used to answer the objectives that have been set. The analysis results show that the conformity level (TKI) value is in the range of 51.26% to 101.48%. This means that the overall level of performance attribute items is relatively lower than the average value of importance level with an average percentage level of suitability of 86.68%. This value shows that the performance of extension workers in carrying out their main tasks has not met the expectations of farmers. The CSI value obtained was 68.68%. This value is in the range of 66-80.99% in the satisfied category. This value shows that overall farmers are satisfied with the performance of extension workers in carrying out the main tasks of extension in Balen District, Bojonegoro Regency. Keywords: Performance, Extension, Main Duties, IPA, CSI INTISARIDiberlakukannya hukum nomor 16 tahun 2006 tentang sistem pertanian merupakan salah satu bentuk dukungan pemerintah atas upaya kemanjuan di sektor pertanian dengan melakukan pembentukan lembaga penyuluhan pertanian dari pusat ke tingkat regional. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja penyuluh terhadap tugas pokok nya dan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kepuasan petani terhadap kinerja penyuluh iti sendiri di Kec. Balen Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 509 petani kemudian sampel yang di ambil sebanyak 86 petani. Important Performance Analysis (IPA) dan analisis Coatumer indeks statfaction (CSI) digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan yang telah di tetapkan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai tingkat konformitas (TKI) berada dalam kisaran 51,26% hingga 101,48%. Ini berarti bahwa tingkat keseluruhan item atribut kinerja relatif lebih rendah dari nilai rata -rata tingkat kepentingan dengan tingkat persentase rata -rata kesesuaian 86,68%. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja penyuluh dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok belum memenuhi harapan para petani. Nilai CSI yang diperoleh adalah 68,68%. Nilai ini berada dalam kisaran 66-80,99% dalam kategori yang puas. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan petani puas dengan kinerja penyuluh pada pelaksanaan tugas pokok penyuluhan di Kecamatan Balen, Kabupaten Bojonegoro.Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Penyuluh, Tugas Pokok, IPA, CSI

The research objective is to want to know what strategies are used for marketing rice in the agro-industry in Bojonegoro district. The hypothesis of this research is that it is assumed that rice marketing must have a marketing strategy for planning, pricing, and distributing. This research method using purposive sampling method. The research population taken as respondents is the agro-industry which sells rice throughout the year. In accordance with the criteria, the population is less than 100 people, so the sample is taken at 10% - 15%. Based on these opinions, the samples of this study were 5 rice agro-industries. The analysis used in this research is the SWOT analysis, which is a qualitative analysis carried out by examining internal and external factors. The conclusion from the calculation results of the SWOT analysis. Internal factors that affect the rice agro-industry business are utilizing the quality of the product with a good taste image and strategic location and adding packaging variants to develop rice marketing. External factors affecting agro-industry business are replacing manual technology with efficient technology to improve the quality of rice production. A good alternative strategy that can be done for the development of rice marketing in the rice agro-industry is the strength of opportunity strategy (Aggressive), which takes advantage of existing strengths to take advantage of opportunities. The purpose of the study was to comprehensively analyse and measure the effectiveness of the role-play method in improving preschool children's communication competence. in the development of social and academic skills, communicating effectively is not just about conveying wishes, but also forms the foundation of complex social interactions helping preschool children to build positive relationships with peers, teachers, and the surrounding environment, Role play is a highly effective method of improving preschool children's communication competence. By integrating this approach into the educational curriculum, educators can provide rich and immersive learning experiences that support children's social, emotional and cognitive developmenThe research methodology used a quasi-experimental approach with a non-equivalent control group design. The research subjects were 25 preschool children who were selected by purposive sampling. The research instruments used included communication competence observation sheets, interview guidelines, and documentation that had been validated by early childhood education experts. Data analysis used paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test statistical tests with a significance level of 5%,, Role play is a highly effective method of improving preschool children's communication competence. VR learning media in the learning process of mastering students' vocabulary and pronunciation in the long term will help them communicate better in English. This research uses a quantitative cause and effect (causalistic) research method in looking at the relationship of variables to the object under study. The population in this research in class VII children/students, An-Nisa Gumukmas Middle School, Jember, a total of 33 students. Penelitian bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui keunggulan komparatif usahatani jambu kristal, (2) mengetahui keunggulan kompetitif usahatani jambu kristal. (3) menganalisis perubahan atau sensitivitas yang terjadi terhadap keunggulan komparatif dan kompetitif jika terjadi perubahan input dan output usahatani jambu kristal. Metode penentuan wilayah atau daerah penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sedangkan pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus. Analisis data menggunakan analisis PAM (Policy analisys matrix). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usahatani jambu kristal memiliki keunggulan komparatif dan kompetitif dilihat dari nilai PCR dan DRCR kurang dari 1. Nilai PCR yaitu o,655 dan nilai DRCR yaitu 0,537. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa jika nilai PCR dan DRCR kurang dari 1 itu berarti usahatani jambu kristal layak dan efisien untuk dikembangkan serta dilanjutkan. Untuk mengetahui daya saing selain mengetahui keunggulan komparatif dan kompetitif juga harus mengetahui tentang sensitivitas atau perubahan jika terjadi perubahan input ataupun outputnya. Pada penelitian ini menunjukan walaupun ada kenaikan input sebesar 20% dan output turun 20% nilai PCR dan DRCR tetap kurang dari 1, itu berarti walaupun ada perubahan input atauput ouput tidak berpengaruh dalam kegiatan usahatani jambu kristal.Bagi pemerintah sebaiknya kebijakan subsidi pupuk dan pestisida tetap dilanjutkan supaya usaha tani tetap berdaya saing khususnya secara kompetitif.
