Abstract

Komunikasi memegang peran penting dalam sebuah perusahaan. Komunikasi sangat penting dalam menjalin hubungan kerjasama antara manusia yang terlibat dalam sebuah perusahaan dan mempunyai pengaruh yang besar dalam proses pencapaian sebuah perusahaan. Hasil studi pendahuluan pada pegawai PT TELKOM INDONESIA Tbk DIVREG 3 JAWA BARAT yaitu kurangnya motivasi kerja pegawai dan kurangnya manajemen komunikasi organisasi terhadap pegawai. Hal ini ditandai dengan masih ada pegawai yang datang terlambat, kurangnya motivasi dalam bekerja, adanya miss communication antara pimpinan/manajer dengan pegawai. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus.Hasil penelitian yaitu (1) Penguatan manajemen komunikasi organisasi di PT TELKOM INDONESIA Tbk DIVREG 3 JAWA BARAT yaitu Pembuatan keputusan bersama, Kejujuran, Keterbukaan komunikasi ke bawah, Mendengarkan dalam komunikasi keatas, Kepuasan komunikasi, Cukup informasi, Perhatian pada kinerja, Kemampuan menyarankan kebaikan, Pegawai selalu menerima saran, data dan hasil kegiatan unit usaha, Efisiensi komunikasi, Kualitas media komunikasi dan Cara rekan sejawat komunikasi. (2) Mengoptimalkan motivasi kinerja pegawai PT TELKOM INDONESIA Tbk DIVREG 3 JAWA BARAT dilakukan dengan cara Memberikan reward bagi karyawan berprestasi, Mempererat kekeluargaan sesama pegawai, Kenali kekurangan dan kelebihan masing-masing karyawan, Memberikan training pegawai secara rutin dan berkala. (3) Arah manajemen komunikasi organisasi pada pegawai PT TELKOM INDONESIA Tbk DIVREG 3 JAWA BARAT merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam rangka mengubah perilaku anggota di dalam organisasi untuk tercapainya tujuan organisasi secara optimal, serta pada hakekatnya komunikasi organisasi merupakan upaya manajer dalam mengkomunikasikan tujuan organisasi kepada anggotanya atau orang lain yang menyangkut kegiatan organisasi. Dengan demikian komunikasi organisasi menjadi sangat urgen dalam menentukan keberhasilan suatu organisasi.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of digital transformation, change management, and employee engagement on the organizational performance of nonprofit organizations in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach with 250 respondents from various nonprofit sectors, the results indicate that all three factors significantly impact organizational performance. Change management emerges as the most influential variable and mediates the effects of digital transformation and employee engagement. These findings highlight the critical role of effective change management in ensuring that digital initiatives and employee engagement efforts translate into improved organizational outcomes. The study emphasizes the importance of strategic investments in technology, fostering employee engagement, and strong change management practices to enhance nonprofit performance. Recommendations for further research are also provided to expand the understanding of these relationships in different contexts.

Abstract

Kondisi pasar kerja yang semakin kompetitif dan tuntutan untuk mempertahankan karyawan yang berkualitas memaksa perusahaan untuk memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi dan kinerja karyawan. Salah satu faktor yang penting adalah kompensasi, yang dapat memengaruhi semangat kerja karyawan secara signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap semangat kerja karyawan di PT. Karunia Bakti Utama. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh 66 karyawan PT. Karunia Bakti Utama, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas, dan hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya perusahaan untuk merancang kebijakan kompensasi yang baik dan seimbang antara insentif finansial dan non-finansial untuk meningkatkan semangat kerja dan produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

Sungai merupakan bagian dari alam Indonesia yang perlu dijaga dan dilestarikan. Salah satunya sungai Cibeureum dan Curug Alehnya, yang melintas di Kelurahan Sarijadi Kota Bandung. Bentuk pelestarian sungai yang dipilih oleh TIM PKM USB YPKP adalah menjadikannya sebagai objek wisata. Dengan menggunakan metode berpikir desain (Desain Thingking), langkah empathize dan define, Tim mencoba menggali potensi wisata yang terdapat di sungai Cibeureum dan Curug Aleh. Hasil pelaksanaan PKM menunjukkan adanya potensi yang bisa dikembangkan di sungai Cibeureum baik dalam hal kebijakan Pemerintah setempat maupun kelayakan air. Adapun Curug Aleh, masih terdapat kendala dalam hal akses menuju ke areanya. Kesimpulannya, Tim akan melanjutkan penggalian potensi wisata ini ke tahap perencanaan dan perancangan bentuk wisata air di sungai Cibeureum.

Abstract

This study aims to identify strategies for strengthening branding and digital marketing management for cireng and ulen products, the culinary identity of Cipanjalu Village, Cilengkrang District. The research method used was a qualitative case study with a triangulation of sources and methods. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. The results showed that before the intervention, product branding was still weak, evident in inconsistencies in logos, packaging, and brand narratives. The majority of business owners had not yet optimally utilized digital marketing, still relying on conventional methods. The mentoring program included the creation of new logos and packaging, tagline determination, digital content creation training, and the use of social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business. A storytelling strategy was used to strengthen consumers' emotional connection with the product. After the intervention, there was an average increase in sales of 35% in three months, an increase in repeat purchases, and a threefold increase in social media followers. Supporting factors for success included collaboration among business owners, support from the village government, and a commitment to maintaining product quality. This study recommends the formation of a community of village culinary entrepreneurs, ongoing training, and the development of collective digital promotions as sustainability strategies. The results of this study can be used as a model for developing local products in other areas with similar characteristics.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of improving product quality as a key factor in maintaining a company’s competitiveness in the digital printing industry. One of the main determinants of product quality improvement lies in the work culture and customer focus implemented within the organization. CV Digital Printing, as a company engaged in printing services, must ensure that both aspects function effectively to produce products that meet customer needs and expectations. However, based on preliminary observations, inconsistencies were found in the implementation of work culture, as well as suboptimal long-term relationships with customers, which affect the quality of production outcomes. The research problems formulated in this study are: (1) How are the work culture, customer focus, and product quality at CV Digital Printing? (2) To what extent do work culture and customer focus partially and simultaneously influence product quality? The research method used is quantitative with an associative–verificative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of CV Digital Printing and analyzed using path analysis with the help of SPSS version 26. Validity, reliability, and normality tests were conducted to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of the research model. The results of the study show that, descriptively, work culture, customer focus, and product quality are categorized as fairly good, indicating room for improvement. Verificatively, work culture and customer focus have a positive and significant effect on product quality, both partially and simultaneously. The combination of a conducive work culture and strong customer focus creates a positive synergy that contributes to the improvement of product quality and the company’s competitiveness.

Abstract

Generally speaking, every business strives to raise worker productivity. The first step in advancing one's career is choosing a chosen path. Careful career planning is necessary to attain this development and the ability to handle obstacles properly. The purpose of this study is to assess how career planning affects PT Biofarma Area Bandung employees' performance. The 38 employees of the PT Biofarma Area Bandung Office make up the sample in this study, which uses multiple linear analysis as its methodology. The study's findings indicate that self-assurance and career planning together have a big impact on workers' output. Nevertheless, career planning had no discernible impact on worker performance at PT Biofarma Area Bandung when examined in isolation. It is therefore recommended that leaders at PT Biofarma Area Bandung give careful consideration to career planning elements, as this variable has a significant effect on worker performance. Goals of the company or organization can be met, and employee performance can be raised in this method

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of job competence and compensation on organizational commitment. The major goal is to determine how much these two variables help to increase employee loyalty to the organization. This study used a quantitative technique, using multiple regression analysis, to investigate the relationship between the independent factors (job competence and compensation) and the dependent variable (organizational commitment). Data was gathered from 100 people working in diverse organizations. The analysis results demonstrate that salary has a significant influence on Organizational Commitment, with a coefficient value of 0.335 and a significance level of 0.000, indicating that a rise in employee salary enhances their commitment to the organization. In contrast, Job Competency has no significant relationship, with a coefficient value of 0.152 and a significance level of 0.117, demonstrating that increasing employees' job competency does not statistically boost their commitment to the firm. The regression model has a R Square of 0.321, indicating that the factors in the model can explain 32.1% of the variability in Organizational Commitment.
