Abstract

Penilaian arsip merupakan salah satu kegiatan utama dalam sistem pengelolaan arsip. Meski tidak dijelaskan secara langsung, penilaian arsip di Indonesia dilakukan dalam rangka melakukan kegiatan penyusutan arsip, maka dari itu dalam melakukan penilaian arsip haruslah berpedoman pada undang-undangan yang berlaku. Penilaian makro arsip merupakan penilaian yang bersifat top-down dimana arsiparis atau pengelola arsip tidak lagi menilai arsip sebagai sebuah akhir dari proses kegiatan organisasi atau bottom-up. Penilaian makro merupakan sebuah pendekatan untuk penilaian arsip dan membahas mengenai teknik penilaian dan penilaian makro pada tingkat teoritis yang tujuan utamanya bukan wacana teoritis tetapi lebih ke eksplorasi metodologi. Dalam implementasinya, arsiparis banyak yang menerapkan metodologi penilaian makro namun kebanyakan melakukan modifikasi dalam penerapan yang sebenarnya. Singkatnya, sebagian kecil arsiparis arsip publik telah secara sadar dan berhasil menerapkan pendekatan ini secara teoritis konsisten. Terlepas dari hasil untuk saat ini, karakter implementasi penilaian makro menimbulkan pertanyaan apakah teori penilaian makro dengan sendirinya merupakan dasar yang kuat untuk standardisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai analisis model rancang bangun lembaga arsip universitas UIN sultan maulana hasanuddin banten sebagai upaya pengelolaan kearsipan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan instrumen wawancara dan observasi secara langsung ke lokasi penelitian serta dengan media online. Hasil yang didapatkan dari analisis model rancang bangun lembaga arsip universitas ini adalah model yang dirancang berupa model yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan ketersediaan sarana prasarana yang dimiliki oleh UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. Model yang digunakan berdasarkan istilah dalam keilmuan kearsipan adalah Combined Archives yang berarti arsip yang dikelola oleh arsip perguruan tinggi/universitas ini dapat dipublikasikan sebagai tujuan layanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Model rancang bangun ini digambarkan dalam bentuk gambar model arah panah yang disesuaikan dengan kegiatan yang dilakukan dari arsip yang tercipta dalam kegiatan tersebut. Dampak dengan adanya lembaga kearsipan ini adalah terkelolanya arsip dalam bidang kearsipan baik itu arsip statis dan arsip vital serta arsip aktif dan inaktif dalam lingkungan universitas. Tindak lanjut agar terciptanya arsip universitas ini adalah dengan dukungan dari pimpinan universitas, tersedianya sumber daya manusia yang kualifikasi, anggaran, sistem dan jaringan serta sarana prasarana juga tempat kerja untuk melakukan pengelolaan kearsipan.

Abstract

Introduction. This study discusses how a job design influences knowledge productivity among archivists at the Indonesian National Archives. A job design is examined with knowledge productivity and the relationship between them. The three job design was used to measure knowledge productivity characteristics (motivation, social, and work context). Data Collection Methods. This research used a quantitative approach with qestionnaires distributed in March-April 2021 to archivists at The National Archives of Indonesia Data Analysis. The validity and reliability of the instrument were processed using the IBM SPSS v26 program. Results and Discussion. The results showed that the job design had a relationship with knowledge productivity of 0.859 with a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 and a coefficient of determination of 0.738. The results of the regression analysis showed Y = 37.707 + 0.189X means that job design has a positive effect on knowledge productivity. Conclusion. Based on data analysis, there is a positive influence between job design and knowledge productivity. It was found that knowledge productivity variable that the work context indicator did not have a significant effect on knowledge productivity.

Abstract

The Qur'an as a guide for Muslims will be easily understood if there is an interpretation. Basically in an interpretation there are several things that must be considered. First is the ease with which the interpretation is understood and second is the effectiveness of the interpretation. This study aims to analyze how effective Tafsir Juz ‘Amma For Kids is on children's understanding of the Qur'an at an early age. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods to explore the events observed and Content Analysis as the data analysis technique. The findings of this study are very important because it highlights the extensive influence on a child's understanding of the Qur'an starting from an early age, and highlights the effectiveness of the materials of this tafsir for the needs of early childhood in learning and understanding God's messages easily. The results of the study not only provide deep insight into the effectiveness of Tafsir Juz ‘Amma For Kids, but also provide an understanding of the similarities in the need for interpretation of the Qur'an, young or old, male or female, adults or children. In the context of the archipelago, especially Indonesia, this article highlights the great and real contribution of a Tafsir Juz ‘Amma For Kids in understanding the message of religion from an early age.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has resulted in an abundant information landscape, but students often lack critical and ethical skills in filtering information, making them vulnerable to disinformation. They have difficulty distinguishing valid sources and using effective search tools. This study aims to examine the role of the IAIN Langsa Library in improving students' digital literacy through programs, services, and resources, and to examine the relationship between students' digital literacy and the library's efforts to improve the ability to search, evaluate, and manage digital information for academic purposes. The research method uses a literature study with a qualitative-descriptive approach, involving the collection and analysis of relevant scientific sources. The results show that the IAIN Langsa Library strives to improve students' digital literacy in three main categories. First, through programs such as user education to provide effective access, evaluation, and utilization of digital information; digital skills workshops and training that provide insight into digital trends; and digital literacy competitions to motivate creativity and technical skills. Second, various services include on-site reading, references, scientific papers, circulation, library kids' corners, GLAC, and online administration for convenience, such as free libraries and thesis receipts. Third, adequate resources in the form of print and digital collections, access to e-resources, and e-learning platforms for independent and flexible learning. Research has found a positive and significant relationship between students' digital literacy skills and library efforts.

Abstract

The growth of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has brought significant progress in various aspects of human life, including in the field of religion. One application that is attracting attention is AI's ability to provide interpretations of sacred texts, including the Al-Qur'an. This research aims to explore the capabilities and limitations of ChatGPT, a language-based AI model, in providing interpretation of the Al-Qur'an. This study uses a qualitative approach with content analysis to evaluate the quality of interpretations produced by ChatGPT regarding Al-Qur'an verses. The research results show that although ChatGPT is able to provide quite good interpretations of several verses of the Al-Qur'an, there are several limitations that need to be considered. ChatGPT tends to produce better interpretations of verses that have clear and limited context. More complex or ambiguous verses tend to be difficult for ChatGPT to understand, which can result in inaccurate or erroneous interpretations. ChatGPT has limitations in understanding the cultural, historical and linguistic context contained in the Al-Qur'an. This research concludes that although ChatGPT shows potential in providing interpretations of the Al-Qur'an, further development is still needed to improve the quality and depth of the interpretations produced. Therefore, the results of ChatGPT interpretation need to be considered carefully and always accompanied by a deep human understanding of the text of the Qur’an.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an sebagai pedoman umat Muslim akan mudah dipahami jika adanya suatu interpretasi. Pada dasarnya dalam sebuah interpretasi ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan. Pertama ialah mudahnya interpretasi tersebut dipahami dan kedua adalah efektifnya interpretasinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa efektif dari Tafsir Juz ‘Amma For Kids terhadap pemahaman anak-anak dalam memahami al-Qur’an pada usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk mendalami peristiwa yang diamati serta Content Analisis sebagai teknik analisis datanya. Temuan penelitian ini sangat penting karena menyoroti pengaruh yang luas terhadap suatu pemahaman anak-anak pada al-Qur’an dimulai sejak dini, dan menyoroti akan efektivitas bahan dari tafsir ini untuk kebutuhan anak usia dini dalam mempelajari dan memahami pesan-pesan Tuhan dengan mudah. Hasil penelitian tidak hanya memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang keefektifan Tafsir Juz ‘Amma For Kids, tetapi juga memberikan pemahaman tentang persamaan dalam kebutuhan akan interpretasi al-Qur’an, tua atau muda, laki-laki atau perempuan, dewasa atau anak-anak. Dalam konteks Nusantara, khususnya Indonesia, artikel ini menyoroti akan kontribusi yang besar dan nyata dari sebuat Tafsir Juz ‘Amma For Kids pemahaman anak-anak dalam memahami pesan Agama sejak usia dini.

Abstract

The increase in mental health problems, especially among students, requires actions that do not solely rely on formal clinical services. One non-clinical method that is considered relevant, affordable, and easily accessible is bibliotherapy, especially in the context of libraries as community-based places. The purpose of this article is to explore the role of librarians as non-clinical mental health supporters through the implementation of developmental bibliotherapy in libraries. The methodology used in this study was a qualitative approach with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of nineteen relevant scientific articles published between 2015 and 2025. The research findings indicate that developmental bibliotherapy has the potential to provide initial psychosocial support, such as the development of emotional literacy, coping skills, and reduction of stress and anxiety levels among users, especially students. In practice, librarians play a key role in curating reading materials, facilitating access to reflective information, and creating a safe environment that supports mental well-being without violating non-clinical role boundaries. Thus, the implementation of bibliotherapy also faces various ethical and professional challenges, especially those related to the boundaries of the librarian's role, user privacy protection, and the need for training and interprofessional collaboration. This article emphasizes the role of librarians as facilitators of mental health based on bibliotherapy in university libraries in Indonesia, and also provides practical suggestions for service development and improving librarians' skills in mental health literacy.

Abstract

This study examines digital information literacy among Generation Z through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The objective is to identify digital information literacy practices, influencing factors, and challenges faced by Generation Z in managing digital information. This study employs the SLR method following the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) protocol. Through the identification, screening, and selection process, 10 articles meeting the inclusion criteria were selected from 248 initially identified studies. Data were analyzed thematically by classifying findings into three aspects: digital information literacy practices, influencing factors, and challenges. The findings indicate that Generation Z demonstrates high proficiency in using digital technologies but still faces limitations in critically evaluating information credibility. Digital information literacy is influenced by cognitive biases, social media algorithms, digital social environments, and information overload. The main challenges include low information verification skills, vulnerability to misinformation, and issues related to digital ethics and privacy. This study concludes that being a digital native does not automatically guarantee critical information literacy skills in navigating the contemporary digital environment.

Abstract

Kesehatan mental merupakan isu krusial yang kian hari kian penting di tengah kompleksitas kehidupan modern. Dalam Islam, Al-Qur'an dan hadis menjadi sumber utama pedoman hidup, termasuk dalam menjaga kesehatan mental. Tafsir Al-Azhar karya Buya Hamka, salah satu ulama terkemuka Indonesia, menawarkan penafsiran mendalam tentang ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan mental. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji ayat-ayat kesehatan mental dalam Tafsir Al-Azhar karya Buya Hamka dengan menggunakan pendekatan psikoreligius. Pendekatan ini memadukan perspektif psikologi dan agama untuk memahami makna dan aplikasi ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an dalam konteks kesehatan mental. Tentunya artikel ini menawarkan wawasan yang berharga tentang bagaimana agama dan psikologi dapat bersinergi dalam memahami dan mengatasi tantangan kesehatan mental dalam konteks Islam. Artikel ini dibuat dengan metode tafsir maudhu???i atau tematik, dimana mengumpulkan ayat-ayat yang memiliki tema yang sama yakni tentang Kesehatan mental. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Buya Hamka menyampaikan penafsiran yang holistik dan sesuai konteks tentang pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental sebagai bagian penting dari iman dan ketakwaan kepada Allah SWT.
