Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding on how the Indonesia students speak to English native speaker. This study used literatures review study to review the expressions used and problems that are faced by Indonesian-by-Indonesian students to talk to English native speakers. The challenges faced by Indonesian students when they practice speaking English with native speakers are pronunciation difficulties, grammar mistakes and lack of confidence in speaking English. Pronunciation practice exercises can benefit individuals looking to improve their overall language skills. By focusing on correct pronunciation, students can enhance their clarity and understanding when communicating with others. grammar practice can help individuals avoid common errors that may hinder their overall language fluency. Overall, a combination of pronunciation and grammar practice exercises can greatly benefit individuals seeking to enhance their language skills and become more confident communicators. If all of challenges in both pronunciation and grammar are able to overcome, they can cover the problem of lack of confidence in speaking English that makes students feel hesitant to speak up in class or engage in conversations with native English speakers

Abstract

In the increasingly advanced digital era, TikTok has become a platform that is considered by many groups to promote a product or service, including property providers. However, the design of advertising content on TikTok must still be relevant and attractive according to the style and preferences of its users, who are known to be dynamic and creative. In this study, the author aims to design an advertising video that will be broadcast on PT Nauman Property Group's Tiktok account. The research method used by the author is the research and development (R & D) method. The end result of this research is to provide practical suggestions, such as better use of devices, attention to the characteristics of TikTok, creativity in video concepts, choosing the right music, and analysis of video performance which are expected to help PT Nauman Property Group in optimizing the potential of TikTok.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze how PT. MPT would apply its marketing strategy when launching its Core Banking System, particularly by using a SWOT analysis. The method of analysis that is being used is called a qualitative field study. Utilized data collection techniques include observation, wawancara, and documentation. The findings of this study support the assertion that PT. MPT uses a 5P marketing mix strategy together with accurate and reliable segmentation, targeting, and positioning. In order to promote the Core Banking System, PT. MPT uses direct marketing techniques, holds seminars, updates BPR-specific bank documents, and uses promotional media like as websites and YouTube. According to the results of the SWOT analysis conducted, PT. MPT has the capability to apply its knowledge to the current strategy and make use of its resources to reduce risks and recruit more qualified employees. Growth is a strategy that can be used based on the SWOT analysis because the highest point of the scale is located on Kuadran 1. It is anticipated that the aforementioned strategy will be able to maximize available resources in order to open up a variety of avenues so that PT. MPT can continue to grow and prosper.
