Abstract

Penelian ini mengkaji tentang pelaksanaan Standar Operasional Prosedur pada PT.XYZ. Dengan tujuan memberikan peningkatan efektivitas kinerja karyawan di area kerja sehingga dapat membantu instansi perusahaan terus berkembang. Penelitian ini mengggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk mendapatkan informasi dan gambaran yang akurat terkait efektivitas pelaksanaan standar operasional prosedur pada PT.XYZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penggumpulan data berupa observasi langsung di lapangan,wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Dari hasil ta ini yang dilakukan bahwa pelaksanaan SOP pada PT. XYZ di latar belakangi untuk memperjelas proses alur kerja dan menekankan konsep kerja sama team yang ada. SOP yang di terapkan bersifat fleksibel serta lebih mengutamakan nilai kerja Namun keberhasilan organisasi dalam pelaksanaan SOP tersebut tergantung dari kemampuan pemimpin dalam menghubungkan antara kebutuhan pribadi anggota dan kebutuhan organisasi secara menyeluruh dimana masing- masing anggota mempunyai peranan yang telah ditetapkan secara formal yang tertuang dalam deskripsi pekerjaan

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze how PT. MPT would apply its marketing strategy when launching its Core Banking System, particularly by using a SWOT analysis. The method of analysis that is being used is called a qualitative field study. Utilized data collection techniques include observation, wawancara, and documentation. The findings of this study support the assertion that PT. MPT uses a 5P marketing mix strategy together with accurate and reliable segmentation, targeting, and positioning. In order to promote the Core Banking System, PT. MPT uses direct marketing techniques, holds seminars, updates BPR-specific bank documents, and uses promotional media like as websites and YouTube. According to the results of the SWOT analysis conducted, PT. MPT has the capability to apply its knowledge to the current strategy and make use of its resources to reduce risks and recruit more qualified employees. Growth is a strategy that can be used based on the SWOT analysis because the highest point of the scale is located on Kuadran 1. It is anticipated that the aforementioned strategy will be able to maximize available resources in order to open up a variety of avenues so that PT. MPT can continue to grow and prosper.

Abstract

Community empowerment has emerged as a critical approach for achieving sustainable development, particularly in rural and marginalized regions. This article explores how empowering communities—through participatory governance, capacity building, integration of local wisdom, and technological support—can lead to long-term sustainability. Drawing from global and local case studies, this study synthesizes evidence from a semi-systematic review of empowerment programs that incorporate ecological, social, and economic dimensions. The results show that effective empowerment initiatives prioritize bottom-up participation, respect for indigenous knowledge systems, and multi-stakeholder collaboration, including NGOs, governments, and academic institutions. The role of appropriate technology and microfinance is also highlighted as enablers for fostering self-reliance and adaptive capacity within communities. Using a qualitative analytical method, the article examines various models, including the Triple Helix model, asset-based approaches, and community-led planning frameworks. It finds that sustainability cannot be achieved merely through external aid or top-down strategies; rather, empowerment must be embedded in local agency and context-specific strategies. Challenges such as weak decentralization, policy inconsistencies, and lack of access to resources still hinder many communities. Nevertheless, successful models from Indonesia, Peru, and Cameroon illustrate how integrated, community-driven development can align with global sustainability goals. This paper concludes that community empowerment is not just a means, but a foundational pillar of sustainable development. To achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), policies must shift from tokenistic participation to authentic empowerment frameworks that are inclusive, adaptive, and resilient.
