Abstract

The purpose of this study is that researchers want to analyze the ability of students' mathematical problems in solving problems on the SPLDV material. This research is a descriptive study conducted at IKIP Siliwangi, with data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The subjects of this study were students who took part in mathematics learning in the 2019-2020 academic year. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that each indicator in problem management shows high results. In the first indicator, namely understanding the problem, the average ability is 67%. In the second indicator, planning, the average ability reaches 71%. In the third indicator that makes achievements, students can reach 63%. The last indicator, which is checking again, reaches an average of 70%. When viewed in total, students' mathematical analysis skills can be displayed very high.

Abstract

Bisnis digital menjadi salah satu bidang yang sangat menjanjikan bagi para mahasiswa untuk mengejar karir di masa depan. Terlebih lagi di era transisi Teknologi 5.0 ada banyak pekerjaan yang mulai tergantikan. Menariknya, bisnis digital mampu bertahan dan memanfaatkan momen tersebut. Aspek perubahan ini juga berdampak pada bagaimana lingkungan sosial mereka bereaksi terhadap keputusan karir mahasiswa bisnis digital. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari lingkungan sosial dan jurusan terhadap keputusan karir mahasiswa dengan studi kasus pada mahasiswa bisnis digital UPI. Teknik didapatkan hasil pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dengan jumlah 38 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa bisnis digital upi angkatan 2019-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 27. Dari data yang telah diolah dengan menggunakan uji F, bahwa F hitung > F tabel, yakni 9,614 > 3,267. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel independennya (X) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependennya (Y).

Abstract

Infertility rates have risen significantly, one of which is due to monosodium glutamate (MSG) consumption. Recent studies have shown that flavonoids in black garlic (Allium sativum) act as antioxidants. The aim of this study was to assess the effect of black garlic extract (BGE) on gonadosomatic index, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) levels, and spermatozoa quality in rats exposed to MSG. Twenty-five healthy rats, aged ten to twelve weeks, were divided equally into five experimental groups: (1) negative control (NC), no intervention; (2) positive control (PC), fed with MSG 8 mg/kg; and (3) fed with MSG + BGE 200 mg/kg; (4) fed with MSG + BGE 400 mg/kg; and (5) fed with MSG + BGE 600 mg/kg. Oral MSG was administered once a day for two weeks before BGE administration was started for two weeks. The measured endpoints were gonadosomatic index, FSH levels, and spermatozoa concentration and quality (spermatozoa motility and abnormality). Analysis of variance (ANOVA) followed by Duncan's post hoc analysis was used to assess the measurement differences. The result suggested that the administration of BGE did not significantly affect the gonadosomatic index (p=0.513). Significant decreases in FSH levels (p=0.005) and spermatozoa concentration were observed in the PC group compared to other groups (p<0.001). Additionally, spermatozoa motility was significantly lower in the PC group compared to NC, BGE200, BGE400, and BGE600 (p<0.001), with higher motility noted in BGE200, BGE400, and BGE600 compared to PC (p<0.001). Furthermore, PC had significantly higher spermatozoa abnormalities compared to NC, BGE200, BGE400, and BGE600 (p<0.001). In conclusion, administration of BGE had a significant effect on the improvement of FSH levels and the quality of spermatozoa in rats exposed to MSG.

Abstract

Keterampilan motorik kasar dan halus anak pada pembelajaran di TK Al Kautsar Indralaya Ogan Ilir sebagai fokus penelitian bertolak dari kenyataan di lapangan bahwa proses pembelajaran di TK tersebut belum tergarap secara bersamaan. Proses pembelajaran hanya terkonsetrasi pada aspek kognitif, bahkan keterampilan tersebut belum maksimal dicapai oleh anak. Akibatnya, di satu sisi kurang terampil dalam kegiatan motorik kasar dan halus. Maka diperlukan pendekatan saintifik alternatif yang dapat menyetuh pencapaian aspek keterampilan motorik kasar maupun motorik halus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan keterampilan motorik kasar dan halus anak antara kelas ekperimen dan kelas kontrol baik sebelum maupun setelah proses pembelajaran anak di TK Al Kautsra Indralaya Ogan Ilir untuk mewujudkan tujuan penelitian tersebut digunakan penelitian Quasi Experimental Design Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Dalam pelaksanaannya treatment yakni Penerapan Pendekata Saintifik, diberikan kepada anak kelas eksperimen dan anak kelas kontrol menerapkan metode konvensional. Penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Cluster Sampling yang menetapkan kelas jedah sebagai eksperimen dan kelas mekah sebagai kelas kontrol untuk memperoleh data penelitian, penelitian menggunakan teknik tes sikap, observasi, dokumentasi, cek klis dan wawancara sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t Independent-Sample T test dan uji Man-Whitney dengan Program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan hasil sebagai berikut tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara keterampilan motorik kasar dan motorik halus anak kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol sebelum proses pembelajaran dan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara keterampilan motorik kasar dan motorik halus anak kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol setelah proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Carbohydrates are one of the ingredients found in food. Carbohydrates are one of the main groups of nutrients consisting of sugar, fiber, and starch. Carbohydrates play an important role as the main source of energy for the body, apart from being a source of energy carbohydrates have an important role in maintaining a healthy digestive system. The purpose of this carbohydrate test is to determine the carbohydrate content contained in wet sago noodles. This test method uses a quantitative method to determine the content contained in wet sago noodles. During the testing process using the Luff Schoorl method, which is a chemical technique used to determine the sugar content in samples, especially the carbohydrate content. The results obtained from 2 test samples, namely sample 1 as much as 28.595% and sample 2 obtained as much as 27.503%. The conclusion of the results of this test is to determine the carbohydrate content contained in wet sago noodles before being marketed to consumers. With the results of this carbohydrate test, it provides information about the high carbohydrate content in wet sago noodles.

Abstract

Protein is one of the most important ingredients in food. Protein is a source of amino acids containing the elements C, H, O and N which have no fat or carbohydrates. Protein also functions to increase muscle mass, in addition to increasing muscle mass protein also functions as a building and regulating substance. The purpose of protein protein testing is to determine the protein content contained in sago noodles. Protein testing through oxidation, which is often done by the Kjeldahl method, is an important analytical technique for determining protein content in a sample. This process begins with the deconstruction stage, where the sample is heated with concentrated sulfuric acid. The next stage is distillation, where ammonia formed during deconstruction is captured in boric acid solution. The final stage is titration, where the ammonia solution is titrated with hydrochloric acid (HCl) to determine nitrogen levels. The results obtained from 2 test samples, namely sample 1 as much as 0.131% protein content and sample 2 obtained as much as 0.168% protein content. The conclusion of the results of this test is to determine the protein content contained in sago noodles marketed to consumers. With the results of this protein test provides information about the protein content contained in sago noodles.
