Premarital sexual behavior is a symptom or behavior that is driven by sexual desire towards the opposite sex which leads to sexual relations without a legitimate bond. In Indonesia around 62.7% of teenagers have had sex outside of marriage. 20% of 94,270 women who experience pregnancy outside of marriage also come from adolescents and 21% of them have had an abortion. The purpose of this study is to explore more in depth information regarding premarital sexual behavior of students in SMAN 2 Praya, Central Lombok Regency, NTB province. This research was conducted at SMAN 2 Praya, Central Lombok Regency, March-April 2020. The method used was qualitative through in-depth interviews and FGD (Focus Group Discusion). Determination of informants by choosing informants intentionally in accordance with the research objectives, namely informants who have premarital sexual experience.The technique of checking the validity of the data using the triangulation method. The results of the research presented by the informants included lack of knowledge of students and parents about reproductive health, students 'and parents' perceptions of wrong premarital sexual behavior, the role of parents who were lacking in preventing premarital sexual behavior, neighborhoods and local habits that support , media abuse by students to get pornographic content. According to informants there is no school PIKR to provide health education related to positive sexual behavior and reproductive health. It is expected that the relevant schools and offices are more optimal in conducting health promotion especially health promotion on premarital sexual behavior and reproductive health through the ICR program in order to instill a strong foundation of positive sexual behavior so as to prevent the emergence of negative sexual behavior.

Medical record documents are a source of providing patient medical information. Good medical record management, if the documents are accurate, complete, valid and on time for return. The purpose of this study was to find the relationship between workload and the level of understanding of nurses regarding the period of returning medical record documents with the delay in returning medical record documents at the Yatofa Islamic Hospital. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with cross sectional approach. The sampling process used total sampling technique, amounting to 65 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire sheet. The data were analyzed using the chi square statistical test. The result of statistical test of workload variable obtained p value = 0.000 which is smaller than α = 0.05, indicating that there is a significant relationship between workload and delay in returning medical record documents. Whereas for the level of understanding variable, it was obtained that p value = 0.005 was smaller than α = 0.05, indicating that there was a relationship between the level of understanding and the delay in returning medical record documents. The delay in returning medical record documents is due to the high workload of nurses and the level of understanding of nurses regarding the period of returning medical record documents which is still lacking. This must be considered in order to support the implementation of efforts to improve the management of medical records that are good and can be held accountable by related parties.

The research aims to determine the effect of spiritual intelligence on stress in teenagers at the Nurul Hidayah prayer room. This research uses a quantitative approach with a non- experimental design. The research population was all teenagers at the Nurul Hidayah prayer room and a sample of 24 people were taken using the Slovin formula with simple random sampling technique. The data collection method used the SWBS and DASS-21 questionnaires. Data analysis used chi-square analysis. The results of this research show that there is an influence of spiritual intelligence on stress with evidence of ? value = 0.009 < ? = 0.05, so that there is a significant influence of spiritual intelligence on stress levels in Nurul Hidayah prayer room teenagers. The higher a teenager's spiritual intelligence, the lower a person's stress level.
