Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Return On Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on share prices at PT Mayora Indah Tbk. either partially or simultaneously, the independent variables tested are: Return On Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS), while the dependent variable used is Share Price. The sample in this research is PT Mayora Indah Tbk which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The type of research used in this research is causal associative research using quantitative methods. The data used is secondary data in the form of the financial reports of the company PT Mayora Indah Tbk from 2013 to 2022. Data management is processed using the Statistical Product And Service Solution (SPSS) software program version 22.0. The data analysis used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing (t test and f test). Based on the data obtained, the results of testing the classical assumption show that the data is normally distributed, there are no problems with multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and is free from autocorrelation. Partially, Return On Equity (ROE) has an influence on share prices. This is proven by the t count value -2.615 > t table 2.364 and Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant effect on share prices, this is proven by the t count value 12.506 > t table 2,364. Simultaneously, the Return On Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) variables have a significant effect on share prices. This is indicated by the f count value of 82.885 > f table of 4.74. The test value for the coefficient of determination or R2 was 95.9%, while the remaining 4.1% was influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of accounts receivable turnover and debt policy on company value at PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2013 - 2022 period, using quantitative methods. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the published financial reports of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2013 - 2022 period. Data analysis uses descriptive tests, classic assumption tests including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing includes partial tests (T test) and simultaneous tests (F test). Data processing uses SPSS Version 26. The research results of accounts receivable turnover have a significant effect on company value. That Tcount is 3.228 > Ttable is 2.364 and is significant at 0.014<0.05 so that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results of research on debt policy do not have a significant effect on company value. That Tcount is - 1.090 < Ttable is 2.364 and is significant 0.312> 0.05 so that Ho is accepted and H2 is rejected. The results of research on receivables turnover and payables policy have a significant effect on company value. That the value of Fcount is 29.684 while Ftable is 4.74. So Fcount is 5.298>Ftable 4.74 and is significantly smaller than 0.05, namely .040<0.05. So it can be said that Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. Abstract

Education is a fundamental pillar in the development of quality human resources, which in turn drives a country’s economic growth. Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, as one of Indonesia’s leading educational institutions, is strongly committed to continually improving the quality of education through effective and efficient management. The PPL Internship Activity Report provides insights into education and economic growth within the Master of Educational Management Program at Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, Yogyakarta. The PPL activities are structured around planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring stages. Data collection methods included interviews, observations, and documentation. The collected data was analyzed interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The findings from the PPL activities revealed that (1) planning involved identifying human resource needs, formulating vision and mission statements, and developing a competency-based curriculum; (2) organizing included forming a team of professional lecturers, establishing partnerships with industry and government institutions, and providing supporting facilities; (3) implementation involved innovative teaching methods and the development of students’ soft and hard skills; and (4) supervision included student performance evaluations as well as curriculum review and enhancement. Overall, the planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision conducted by the Master of Educational Management Program at Universitas Ahmad Dahlan aim to develop high-quality human resources capable of contributing to economic growth. By strengthening managerial competencies, graduates are expected to become innovative leaders in the education sector, equipped to face global challenges and drive productivity and economic competitiveness at both the national and international levels.
