Abstract

Objective: To obtain the association between the erythrocyte indices and the stages of CKD. Material & Methods: This is a systematic review study conducted by searching for articles through PubMed, Proquest, and Google Scholar. Publication year are from 2010 to 2020. Results: There are 10 articles analyzed. There were 3 articles that showed a significant association and 2 articles that showed no significant association between erythrocyte indices and stages of CKD. Other article that used anemia morphology to represent the erythrocyte indices showed the normocytic normochromic as the largest percentage. 4 out of 5 articles with CKD patients who were known to be undergoing hemodialysis showed a significant difference in erythrocyte indices. Conclusion: There is association between the erythrocyte indices and stages of CKD.

Abstract

Abstract: Child abuse is a human issue in a form of social reality, especially in educational environment. This is because it is an essential factor for social changes - the changes that is needed to achieve a better and prosper life quality. Child protection, is therefore, critical for children to pursue their rights and opportunity endlessly - according to Law No. 35 of 2014. By using Normative Approach, the collected data will then be analysed against Disposition of Case No.: B-01281/SAP-01/XI/2018. The data included will be school interviews, books, journals, Legislation (Undang-Undang) and Government Regulation (Peraturan Pemerintah). This study aims to establish the impact of both government and school in child protection in school environment. The conclusion will determine the importance of a proper law by balancing both the law and  educational environment's fundamental. This will, therefore, resulting to a better and more realistic system - one that is practiacally responsible and realistic toward any practioner in the educational environment. Keyword: Children, Education, SchoolMasalah perlindungan anak adalah suatu masalah manusia yang merupakan kenyataan sosial, terutama di dunia pendidikan, karena merupakan salah satu pilar utama dalam menentukan perubahan sosial - perubahan menuju ke arah kemajuan dan kesejahteraan hidup yang berkualitas. Pentingnya perlindungan anak di lingkungan sekolah agar mereka bisa memperoleh hak dan kesempatan seluas-luasnya, baik dalam materi teori maupun praktek; bukan hanya di luar sekolah, melainkan sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014. Dengan menggunakan metode Penelitian Yuridis Normatif, data yang dikumpulkan melalui analisis terhadap kasus disposisi nomor : B-01281/SAP-01/XI/2018; yang berupa wawancara di sekolah-sekolah, buku, jurnal, serta Undang-Undang dan Peraturan Pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan pemerintah dan sekolah terhadap perlindungan hukum anak di lingkungan sekolah. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa pentingnya membuat sistem yang baik dengan menyeimbangkan antara UU dengan kondisi sekolah, dimulai dari akarnya, sehingga akan menghasilkan buah yang baik pula dengan sistem nyata – yang bisa dipertanggungjawabkan dan direalisasikan secara praktisi. Terlebih lagi, di dunia pendidikan dan pihak yang berperan di dalamnya, pentingnya untuk meregulasi sistem secara faktual dan nyata.Kata Kunci : Anak , Pendidikan , Sekolah
