Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the role of organizational commitment to the performance of nurses at RSJ Naimata Kupang. Naimata Kupang Mental Hospital is the only mental hospital in NTT province that is tasked with providing care for mental and psychiatric disorders. Good nurse performance can be achieved through organizational commitment that provides a strong bond between nurses and mental hospitals, hospitals. This study used a sample of 44 nurses from a total of 79 existing nurses with the 5% Slovin withdrawal technique. The data analysis used multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing either partially or simultaneously. The results of the analysis show that both partially and simultaneously affective, normative and continuous commitment have a positive and significant effect on nurse performance.

Abstract

Strategi pengembangan kualitas sumber daya manusia Politeknik Negeri Kupang dapat dilakukan untuk menciptakan Dosen PNK yang kompeten dalam aspek professional, pedagogic, kepribadian dan sosial. Fakta menunjukan bahwa 119 dosen telah tersertifikasi namun belum menunjukan kompetensi pada bidang keahliannya khususnya pada aspek pedagogic dan profesionalnya. Apakah serdos yang didapat adalah karena hak seutuhnya dari dosen ataukah memang dosen telah menunjukan kompetensinya melalui sejumlah instrument tes yang dilakukan melalui deskripsi diri dan penilaian-penilaian terhadap 4 aspek kompetensi tersebut.Penelitian ini berjudul analisis strategi pengembangan SDM terhadap kompetensi dosen.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pendidikan dan pelatihan yang ada di PNK Kupang dan serta untuk mengetahui apakah secara parsial maupun simultan pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi dosen.Penelitian ini bersifat eksploratif dengan pendekatan assoiatif (sebab-akibat). Sampel berjumlah 54 responden dari 119 dosen yang telah tersertifikasi menggunakan teknik Slovin 10%. Analisis data menggunakan stattistik deskriptif dan inferensial; niai rata-rata jawaban responden, uji instrument berupa validitas dan reliabiliats, asumsi klasik dan regresi berganda, serta uji hipotesis F hitung dan T hitung.Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa startegi pendidikan dan pelatihan mampu memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi dosen baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kata kunci: Strategi Pengembangan SDM, Pendidikan, Pelatihan, Kompetensi

Abstract

AbstrakPersaingan industry penjualan mobil bekas roda empat (4) tersebut bukan saja dialami oleh pemilik usaha tetapi juga oleh lembaga perbankan dalam hal ini Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) dan lembaga-lembaga finance lainnya seperti MPM dan Adira. Strategi persaingan yang biasa dipakai oleh BPR maupun lembaga finance adalah dengan memilih salah satu model strategi yang dikembangkan oleh Micahel Porter atau yang dinamakan strategi Generic Porter. Strategi Generic Porter menekankan pada aspek; biaya rendah, diferensiasi dan focus.Peneliltian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan penerapan Strategi Generic Porter pada pembiayaan industry mobil bekas antara BPR dan lembaga finance lainnya di Kota Kupang. Penelitian ini bersifat komparasi dan dilakukan dengan teknik analisis statistic komparasi dengan menggunakan Uji beda T test. Hasil penelitian terhadap 100 responden yang menjadi nasabah yang menggunakan Jasa BPR maupun Lembaga Finance lainnya menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara strategi pembiayaan yang dilakukan oleh lembaga finance dengan strategi diferensiasi yang dilakukan oleh BPR. AbstractThe competition of four wheel drive sales industry (4) is not only experienced by business owners but also by banking institutions in this case Rural Bank (BPR) and other finance institutions such as MPM and Adira. Competition strategy commonly used by BPR and finance institutions is to choose one strategy model developed by Michaell Porter or so-called strategy Generic Porter. The Generic Porter strategy emphasizes aspects; low cost, differentiation and focus.This research aims to compare the application of Generic Porter Strategy to the financing of used car industry between BPR and other finance institutions in Kupang City. This study is comparative and done by comparative statistical analysis using T-test different test.The results of research on 100 respondents who become customers using BPR or other Finance Institution shows that there is a significant difference between financing strategies undertaken by financial institutions with differentiation strategies undertaken by BPR. Kata Kunci: Strategi, Generik Porter, Diferensiasi, Bunga rendah, BPR dan Lembaga Finance

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of the work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Prima Putra Adiwahana, a car dealership. Employee performance is considered crucial as a determinant of the company's progress, and this study focuses on the role of the work environment and job satisfaction in achieving optimal results. The research method involves the use of a questionnaire distributed to all company employees. The measurement instruments include aspects such as organizational culture, interpersonal quality, resource availability for job satisfaction; positive work attitude, organizational commitment, and satisfaction with salary and compensation for the work environment; as well as work outcomes or output, work quality, innovation and creativity, and adherence to rules and policies for employee performance. Data analysis is conducted using descriptive statistics and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS version 3.0. The research results are expected to provide in-depth insights into the factors influencing employee performance at PT. Prima Putra Adiwahana and can be used as a basis for improvements and developments within the company.
