Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of academic achievement and parental involvement on student subjective well-being (SSWB) among high school students in Bandar Lampung City. SSWB encompasses students' perceptions of the quality of life at school, including school connectedness, academic success, enjoyment of learning, and educational goals. This study used a quantitative approach, with 200 students from two private high schools as a sample selected through quota sampling. The instruments used included the SSWQ scale, a parental involvement scale, and report card data as an indicator of academic achievement. The results showed that academic achievement and parental involvement significantly influenced SSWB, both partially and simultaneously, with parental involvement having a greater influence (β = 0.464; effective contribution = 22.41%) than academic achievement (β = 0.296; effective contribution = 9.65%), with an R Square of 0.320. These findings confirm the importance of parents' roles and academic achievement in supporting students' subjective well-being at school.

Abstract

This research analyzes palm sugar marketing strategies based on SWOT analysis in improving community welfare in Cipeuteuy village, Darmaraja District, using a qualitative approach through observation, interviews and documentation. Palm Sugar SMEs have significant potential opportunities but face problems in marketing strategy and product innovation. The research results prove that the Cipeuteuy Village Palm Sugar UKM, Darmaraja District, has succeeded in innovating by creating regional natural products that provide added value and market appeal. The application of SWOT analysis has made it easier to identify various opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses to improve community welfare. The main challenges include decreasing demand due to the large number of competitors, and not yet implementing innovation in marketing strategies and products. The research results show that consumers show a strong preference for choosing hygienic products, natural raw materials and excellent service, by analyzing SWOT to make products superior to other markets. The overall research results prove that the Palm Sugar UKM in Cipeuteuy Village, Darmaraja District, has succeeded in empowering local business potential with marketing strategies through SWOT analysis for community welfare, providing an example by innovating and utilizing the nature that exists in areas with potential business opportunities

Abstract

Latar belakang: Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) merupakan salah satu gangguan endokrin yang paling banyak dialami wanita usia reproduksi dengan prevalensi global 6–10%. Kondisi ini berdampak pada siklus menstruasi, kesuburan, metabolisme, hingga kualitas hidup. Minimnya pengetahuan serta keterbatasan akses informasi kesehatan reproduksi, khususnya di lingkungan pesantren, meningkatkan risiko rendahnya kesadaran wanita muda terhadap pencegahan PCOS. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (RD) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan melalui wawancara terhadap 10 responden wanita muda. Produk divalidasi oleh ahli, lalu diuji coba pada 50 responden dengan desain pre-test dan post-test. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif (analisis tematik) dan kuantitatif (analisis deskriptif). Hasil: Hasil analisis kebutuhan menunjukkan 70% responden belum pernah mengetahui PCOS, sedangkan 30% memiliki pemahaman terbatas. Produk Femcare Guide dikembangkan berisi definisi, faktor risiko, gejala, dan langkah pencegahan berbasis gaya hidup sehat. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan responden dari 78% (kategori baik) pada pre-test menjadi 86% pada post-test. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan kesadaran dalam menjaga pola hidup sehat dan pemantauan siklus menstruasi. Simpulan: Femcare Guide terbukti efektif sebagai media edukasi digital untuk meningkatkan literasi kesehatan reproduksi wanita muda. Media ini berpotensi dikembangkan lebih lanjut menjadi aplikasi digital interaktif guna memperluas jangkauan pengguna.
