Abstract

Roselle flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) contain compounds that have anioxidan so it can ward off free radicals. The value of roselle benefit is very wide both for food and health, so the potential of roselle diversification is quite large. The important ingredients found in roselle petals are anthocyanin pigments that act as antioxidants. The purpose of this article review is to know the potential of antioxsidan in roselle flowers (Hibiscus Sabdariffa L.) as anti-aging. Review of this article is using comparative research methods from various sources and from various research journals with a minimum number of 25 research journals. The results of this review suggest that the roselle flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) has potential as anti-aging of the leaves, fruits, and petals of the roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) has been shown to contain antioxidant.

Abstract

Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) is a plant that is often found in various countries and one of them is in Indonesia. The purpose of this review is to find out more about the activity of rosella water extract by testing in vitro. Roselle water extract is more commonly used compared to ethanol roselle extract. The activity of roselle water extract that has been found by in vitro testing is neuroprotective, antioxidant, antidiabetic, melanoma inhibitor, antibacterial, antihypertensi immune response, adipogenesis inhibitor, apoptosis inhibitor and modulation of MCP-1 production.

Abstract

The effects of pandemic era are one of become an interest in conducting this research. The key factor for customers in making repeat purchases which is the largest portion of the company’s sales volume is customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence about the effect of service quality to customer’s satisfaction. This research was conducted at sicepat ekspress customer’s in negeri besar, waykanan lampung consisting of samples obtained as many as 100 customers. The type of data used in this research is primary data with the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is a quantitative method that the multiple regression analysis tested with Statistical Package for the Sosial Sciences (SPSS) V24. The results of this study indicate that service quality which consist of tangibles, realibility, assurance, integrity, benevolence, and competence have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. This results are expected to be useful to improve of service quality, especially at the sicepat ekspress company in indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the effect of performance, age, transfer fee, and salary to the market value of professional football players. Data obtained from the official website which publish price of the football players in the transfer market in European leagues that is transfermarkt.co.uk. The population in this study is 4 club in Europe. Based on purposive sampling method, samples obtained as many as 400 players from 40 clubs. The hypothesis in this study tested use multiple regression analysis to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The research result shows that the performance has positive significant affect the market value of football players, ages has positive significant effect to the market value of football players, incoming transfer fee has positive significant effect to the market value of football players and the salary has positive significant effect to the market value of football players. The conclusion of this study is the performance, age, transfer fee and salary can be used to base appraisals football players in the market value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence about the effect of incentives and non-financial performance on managerial performance at private universities in Lampung. This research was conducted at private universities in Lampung with its unit of analysis C-accredited study program which has 164 study programs, consisting of 68 study programs at the University, 1 study program at the Institute, 67 study programs at the Collages, 4 study programs at the Polytechnic and 24 study programs at the Academies. The data analysis method used is a quantitative method with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) model. The results of this study indicate that both of incentives and non-financial performance allowances have a significant positive effect on managerial performance. The implication of this research is that the incentive variable provides additional indicators not only limited to bonuses and rewards but also in the form of professional allowances & honor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap tingkat kepercayaan pengelolaan PAD dan APBD di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah dengan usia 20 tahun ke atas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang sesuai dengan kriteria sampel. Teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS S. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terkait variabel persepsi dan variabel kepercayaan, rata-rata jawaban responden menunjukkan hasil yang netral. Netralitas ini mungkin disebabkan oleh rasa segan atau kekhawatiran masyarakat dalam mengekspresikan pandangan mereka secara terbuka mengenai pengelolaan PAD dan APBD, yang dapat mencerminkan kehati-hatian dalam berpendapat mengenai isu-isu yang berhubungan dengan pemerintah daerah. Selain itu, diketahui bahwa persepsi masyarakat memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat kepercayaan terhadap pengelolaan PAD dan APBD di Kalimantan Tengah dengan tingkat signifikansinya sebesar 79,60%.

Abstract

This service is carried out to help empower the community in relation to taking advantage of business opportunities or entrepreneurship. The target audience taking part in this activity is the Kampung Nanas farming business group on Jalan Kampung Nanas, G.Obos Outer Ring, Kereng Bangkirai Village, Palangka Raya. The reason for carrying out this activity is the lack of understanding regarding the management of business enterprises and group organizations which results in minimal income because it only comes from pineapple sales. Community empowerment is carried out through providing an understanding of managing business strategies in entrepreneurship to increase residents' income and also about how to manage organizational management for farming business groups within it. The counseling delivery methods used are lectures and practice, where practice is carried out through guidance and mentoring. The things explained in the lecture are materials related to entrepreneurial business strategies and organizational or group management, while practice is carried out by providing practical examples of making innovative products from pineapple processed which can be used as another source of income such as nata de leri. There is an increase in partners' knowledge about business strategy through innovation and organizational management which can be seen from the increase in understanding through the posttest.

Abstract

Nata is a product of fermentation by bacteria Acetobacter xylinum on a substrate containing sugar such as coconut water, pineapple juice or other fruit juice, which uses some of the glucose for metabolic activities and the other part is broken down into a polysaccharide known as extracellular cellulose in gel form. This service is carried out for the people of Kampung Nanas by providing practical training and assistance aims to provide skills to the residents to diversify pineapple product from their plantations which are fermented with a mixture of rice washing water waste, ZA/sprouts, and other ingredients. -Other ingredients become nata which can later add economic value and increase income for the local community. Training is carried out using the experimental learning method. The training began with a presentation and then direct practice in making nata de leri. This activity has stages of preparing tools and materials, providing education through pocket books, direct practice in making nata de leri and harvesting on the 10th day. The taste test results show that 90% really like it, 5% like it and 5% quite like it, the level of texture elasticity shows that 75% are very chewy, 15% are chewy, and 10% are quite chewy, while for color 60% say they are very attractive and 40% are attractive because it’s white.

Abstract

This sharing session aims to provide knowledge and motivation to the community, especially students, to become accountants with quality and integrity at a young age. Accountants play an important role in companies, especially in analyzing financial reports. Having accountants can improve the quality of financial reports and attract public trust. The method used is a direct approach, namely presentation and discussion with the presenter. This Sharing Session discusses the profile of IAI (Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants), Getting to Know Accounting Services Firms, developments in accounting & technology, and strategies for becoming a young accountant. The students were very helpful in this sharing session because it not only discussed how to become a young accountant with quality and integrity but also provided students with more knowledge about the IAI (Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants) so that students not only become ordinary accountants but also motivated students to be more enhance accounting education.
