<![CDATA[Abstrak: Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik Wilayah Kotabaru Darat dan mengetahui kecamatan "“ kecamatan sebagai pusat pertumbuhan melalui ketersediaan Fasilitas yang ada dan disesuaikan dengan pusat permukiman yang terdapat dalam Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) Kabupaten Kotabaru. Penelitian menggunakan populasi 12 kecamatan di Wilayah Kotabaru Darat. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis skalogram. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kecamatan Kelumpang Hilir memiliki tingkat orde yang paling tinggi.Kata kunci: Pusat Permukiman, Hierarki, Ketersedian, Fasilitas. Abstract: This research aims to determine the characteristics of Kotabaru Regency and identify sub-districts as growth centers through the availability of facilities that are adapted to the residential centers contained in the Kotabaru Regency Regional Spatial Planning Plan (RTRW). The research used a population of 12 sub-districts in Kotabaru Regency. The analysis method used is scalogram analysis. <![CDATA[Communication Technology Advancement requires broadcast radio management to have a strategy that is able to cope with intense competition in the middle of the computer era. The presence of radio broadcasts through internet-based on-line to stimulate conventional broadcast radio had to pack to spur meet the needs of listeners. Strategies undertaken in the radio broadcasts follow the trend of technology through radio broadcasts done by conducting research to meet the needs of listeners as a basis for planning the broadcasting format, scheduling programs based segment and timeliness in order to fulfill the needs of listeners. Radio broadcasts via on line to form a new broadcast of programs with the intention to expand the global reach of the listener as konskwensi of radio broadcasting in the era of technology. Broadcast radio capability on line is able to explore the entire universe globally, then the management of broadcast radio still sought listeners if they can overcome technological determination. Broadcast radio manage- ment strategy will continue to evolve in line with advances in technology. Whatever the technological advances of communication occurs when a radio broadcast is properly managed then the radio broadcast at any time until the listener will never be abandoned. <![CDATA[Pokdarwis Sei. Jingah, Banjarmasin sudah berdiri sejak 2017. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir banyak prestasi yang diraih oleh pengrajin Sasirangan di kampung Sei. Jingah. Namun, semenjak didirikan, pokdarwis belum memiliki program kerja yang terencana, terukur dan sitematis, sehingga kebermanfaatan Pokdarwis kurang terasa bagi sebagian pengrajin yang ada. Umumnya kegiatan dilaksanakan secara insedental, sehingga sulit untuk pengajuan dan realisasi anggaran. Melihat kondisi tersebut, tim PPK Ormawa Arsitektur Mimar Sinan, Universitas Muhammadiyah Banjarmasin berinisiasi untuk melaksanakan pelatihan dan pendampingan pengelolaan dan perencanaan program kerja Pokdarwis. Adapun kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan melalui metode forum grup diskusi untuk menjaring masukkan dan ide-ide pengurus terkait pengelolaan dan program kerja yang dilaksanakan. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Informative Communication Technique of the North Sumatra Election Supervisory Agency in Socializing the Prevention of Election Violations 2024. This type of research is included in field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews with relevant parties in Bawaslu North Sumatera. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and interpretatively with a focus on explanations in the form of words, although there were some quantitative data that were analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the informative communication techniques applied by Bawaslu North Sumatra were successful. There was a significant increase in public understanding of election regulations, marked by a decrease in the number of campaign violations and increased participation in reporting violations. In addition, the training and workshops conducted for political parties succeeded in increasing their level of compliance with election regulations. These communication techniques also reflect the principles of honesty, transparency and responsibility in accordance with Islamic teachings, making the electoral process more fair and democratic.]]>

<![CDATA[The need for compact and efficient optical power splitters is becoming increasingly urgent due to the growing demand for integrated photonic devices, which are essential in fields like optical interconnects and sensing. This study addresses the issue by focusing on the design and analysis of a GaN based 1x2 optical power splitter that employs rectangular waveguide coupling. The primary aim of the research is to evaluate how the number of rectangular waveguide couplings affects the performance of the power splitter, particularly in terms of splitting angle and excess loss. To achieve this, simulations were conducted using the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method. The design was tested with three configurations: three, five, and seven rectangular waveguides. The research design follows a structured simulation approach, where the FDTD method was employed to explore the impact of varying the number of rectangular waveguides. The process involves systematically altering the number of coupling sections and analyzing the resulting output. The 3D optical power distribution and the optical field intensity at the splitter output for each design were examined. Additionally, the excess loss distribution over the wavelength range of 1500 nm to 1600 nm was determined, demonstrating the potential of the proposed designs for optical communication applications. This data analysis enabled the researchers to evaluate the performance of each configuration. Notably, as the number of waveguides increased, the splitting angle became wider, but this was accompanied by a rise in excess loss. These findings demonstrate the potential of the proposed design for practical applications. Future studies could explore further optimization and real-world implementation.]]>

<![CDATA[This service is carried out to help empower the community in relation to taking advantage of business opportunities or entrepreneurship. The target audience taking part in this activity is the Kampung Nanas farming business group on Jalan Kampung Nanas, G.Obos Outer Ring, Kereng Bangkirai Village, Palangka Raya. The reason for carrying out this activity is the lack of understanding regarding the management of business enterprises and group organizations which results in minimal income because it only comes from pineapple sales. Community empowerment is carried out through providing an understanding of managing business strategies in entrepreneurship to increase residents' income and also about how to manage organizational management for farming business groups within it. The counseling delivery methods used are lectures and practice, where practice is carried out through guidance and mentoring. The things explained in the lecture are materials related to entrepreneurial business strategies and organizational or group management, while practice is carried out by providing practical examples of making innovative products from pineapple processed which can be used as another source of income such as nata de leri. There is an increase in partners' knowledge about business strategy through innovation and organizational management which can be seen from the increase in understanding through the posttest.]]>

<![CDATA[Nata is a product of fermentation by bacteria Acetobacter xylinum on a substrate containing sugar such as coconut water, pineapple juice or other fruit juice, which uses some of the glucose for metabolic activities and the other part is broken down into a polysaccharide known as extracellular cellulose in gel form. This service is carried out for the people of Kampung Nanas by providing practical training and assistance aims to provide skills to the residents to diversify pineapple product from their plantations which are fermented with a mixture of rice washing water waste, ZA/sprouts, and other ingredients. -Other ingredients become nata which can later add economic value and increase income for the local community. Training is carried out using the experimental learning method. The training began with a presentation and then direct practice in making nata de leri. This activity has stages of preparing tools and materials, providing education through pocket books, direct practice in making nata de leri and harvesting on the 10th day. The taste test results show that 90% really like it, 5% like it and 5% quite like it, the level of texture elasticity shows that 75% are very chewy, 15% are chewy, and 10% are quite chewy, while for color 60% say they are very attractive and 40% are attractive because it’s white.]]>

<![CDATA[Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java, is an example of successfully implementing rice planting using the Planting Index 400 (IP-400). This study aimed to analyze the difference in total farming costs between IP-400 and non-IP-400 rice varieties and their sustainability. Farmers in Sukoharjo have succeeded in planting rice three to four times a year in rice fields with technical irrigation. This activity was carried out in five stages, i.e. 1) a Discussion with the Head of the Sukoharjo Regency Agriculture and Fisheries Service, Central Java and his staf; 2) Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the Head of the Sukoharjo Regency Agriculture and Fisheries Service, Heads of Farmer Groups and their members, Delegates from the Directorate General of Food Crops, Ministry of Agriculture, as well as related parties; 3) Field visits to rice seed entrepreneurs; 4) Field visits to "integrated farming" entrepreneurs who implement IP-400 rice cultivation; and 5) Field visits and interviews with farmers accompanied by extension workers and the Department of Agriculture as farmer advisors. Socialization and discussions have effectively increased stakeholders’ understanding of the implementation of IP-400 rice planting. This success is due to adequate technical support and infrastructure and close cooperation between farmers, local governments, and other related parties. By continuing these efforts and adapting to local conditions, the IP-400 program can become a model for other regions to sustainably increase rice production]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebugaran jasmani dan kualitas tidur terhadap tingkat konsentrasi peserta didik MAN 1 Pulang Pisau Plus Keterampilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variabel yang teridiri dari dua variabel terikat yaitu kebugaran jasmani dan kualitas tidur dan satu variabel bebas yaitu tingkat konsentrasi. Pengukuran kebugaran jasmani menggunakan pengukuran Tes Kebugaran Pelajar Nusantara (TKPN), pengukuran kualitas tidur menggunakan Keusioner Kualitas Tidur (KKT), dan pengukuran Tingkat Konsentrasi menggunakan Consentration Grid Test. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas 12 MAN 1 Pulang Pisau Plus Keterampilan yang berjumlah sekitar 129 orang. Sedangkan sampel penelitian berjumlah 129 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai F hit. 47,520 > F tabel 3,0681 yang berarti Kebugaran Jasmani dan Kualitas Tidur secara serempak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Tingkat Konsentrasi. Sedangkan secara parsial hanya variabel Kebugaran Jasmani memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Tingkat Konsentrasi sedangkan Variabel Kualitas tidur tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Tingkat Konsentrasi.]]>

<![CDATA[Diantara isi al-qur’an adalah kisah umat terdahulu. Kisah nabi Yusuf yang terdapat dalam surat Yusuf mengandung nilai-nilai yang berharga sekali untuk diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Mengingat juga bahwa pada zaman sekarang banyak perilaku masyarakat yang telah keluar dari norma yang semestinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam kisah nabi Yusuf. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian Pustaka (library research) dengan kualitatif sebagai pendekatannya. Sumber data berasal dari berbagai tulisan ilmiah. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisa secara kritis dan mendalam melalui triangulasi data; reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun nilai-nilai yang dapat kita teladani dari perilaku nabi Yusuf adalah memiliki akhlak kepada Allah (beriman, sabar, tawakkal, dan bersyukur) dan juga memiliki akhlak kepada sesama manusia (berbakti kepada orang tua dan pemaaf terhadap saudara-saudaranya).]]>
