Abstract

This thesis analyzes the influence of brand image and price conformity on purchase intention of tour packages at Dwidaya Tour Supermal Karawaci. The background of the study lies in the intense competition within the tourism industry, which requires travel agencies to understand the key factors influencing consumer decisions. Purchase intention is considered a key indicator of marketing success, with brand image and price conformity being crucial variables shaping consumer perceptions. Using a descriptive quantitative method, the study collected data through a questionnaire survey of 80 respondents who had used the services of Dwidaya Tour Supermal Karawaci, selected via purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression via SPSS. The results show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, indicating that brand trust and reputation drive purchasing behavior. Likewise, price conformity also has a positive and significant effect, suggesting that fair and competitive pricing strongly influences buying decisions. Together, these variables significantly affect purchase intention. The implication is that Dwidaya Tour should continue to strengthen its brand image through service quality and innovation, while also evaluating its pricing strategies to align with consumer value perceptions. The goal is to attract and retain customer purchase interest in a dynamic tourism market.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Wayang Museum Jakarta with the aim of analyzing the influence of tourist perception and motivation variables on visiting interest. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents who had previously visited the museum. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling, and the collected data were analyzed with the assistance of SPSS software. The analysis results indicate that both perception and motivation variables have a simultaneous influence on visiting interest, with a contribution of (65.2%). The perception dimension includes both internal and external factors, while for motivation, physical drive and the desire to learn about culture are the most dominant aspects. The findings suggest the need for improved museum management strategies that are more relevant to current visitor expectations, including the optimization of digital media and the use of interactive technologies. This research is expected to provide insights for the sustainable development of cultural tourism destinations that align with the characteristics of today’s generation.

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to empower women in Kampung Sawah Dalam, Kota Tangerang, through training in the field of food and beverage (F&B). This program supports the development of home-based businesses while fostering the growth of the local community economy. The materials covered include production techniques, packaging, product labeling, marketing strategies, and basic English training. The event was held on Friday, October 18, 2024, and was attended by 46 enthusiastic participants. The activity began with a preparation phase, including discussions with the neighborhood head to identify the specific needs of the participants. In the training sessions, participants received materials on tourism introduction, demonstrations on making appetizers and beverages, as well as training in marketing and English. During practice sessions, participants made canapés and fruit punch, which provided them with valuable hands-on experience. The evaluation showed positive results. Participants rated the training as highly educational, relevant to their needs, easy to understand, and interactive. The materials were considered useful for enhancing participants' skills in managing small businesses. This program successfully increased their understanding of business management, financial services, and motivated them to manage their businesses more effectively. Recommendations for future improvements include extending the training duration, expanding the number of participants, and adding more practical sessions to maximize the program's impact. Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the relationship between Culinary Tourism Attractiveness and Destination Image on Interest to Return and how much influence Culinary Tourism Attraction and Destination Image have on intention to return to the Old Market in Tangerang. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The number of respondents was 100 according to the criteria of respondents who visited the Tangerang Old Market at least twice by determining the sample using purposive sampling. Methods of data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The test results used the IBM SPSS Version 27 program. The results of this study found that : (1) Culinary Tourism Attractiveness and Destination Image have a positive and significant simultaneous influence on the Interest to Return to the Old Market in Tangerang as evidenced by the results of the t test of 0.001 <0.05. (2) From the results of multiple linear regression worth Y = 2.662 + 0.102 + 0.500 (3) From the results of R Square worth 71.2% which states that it is influential and the remaining 28.8% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a perspective on the effectiveness of implementing the concept of Customer Relationship Management for the company's business side, examine the benefits that guests can receive for purchasing products and services that have been made and explain whether or not there is a gap between expectations and reality felt by guests at InterContinental Jakarta Beautiful Cottage. The purposes of this study are 1) to provide an overview of the type and magnitude of the gap between guest expectations and the reality experienced in the field, 2) to determine the effectiveness of the role of Customer Relationship Management in building guest loyalty for the treatment or reward that has been provided by the company. The approach used in this study is the Quantitative Method, which obtains primary data from questionnaires as primary data and journals or books as secondary data. The results obtained in this study indicate that the dimensions used in Customer Relationship Management, namely Customer Orientation, Customer Relationship Management Organization and Knowledge Management are proven to be able to trigger Buying Interest which includes Attention, Interest, Desire and Action Dimensions of 43.4% for products Food and Beverages InterContinental Jakarta Pondok Indah. The conclusion of this study is that there are a number of expectations and reality gaps that cause the significance of the influence of the Customer Relationship Management Variable and the Purchase Intention Variable to be below 50% which indicates a not too strong influence. Besides that effectiveness of the type and amount of freebies to loyal members has a fairly good effectiveness, although it is not satisfactory.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out several problems related to the lack of interest in visiting tourists at Ketapang Urban Aquaculture. This research is quantitative research where researchers use research instruments to collect data. The results of the instrument were then analyzed using the SPSS application.The results of this study can be interpreted that: (1) Ecotourism Attraction has a positive and significant influence on Interest in Visiting Ketapang Urban Aquaculture Mauk as evidenced by the results of the T test of 16,329. (2) From simple linear regression Y = 4.498 + 0.564X. (3) In terms of R Square, it is 73.1% and has an influence on the variable of interest in visiting. While the remaining 26.9% is influenced by other variables not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effect of the attractiveness of community-based tourism on visiting interest in the Keranggan Tourism Village. The quantitative method was used by random sampling on 100 respondents who had visited the village at least twice. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 27 with an online questionnaire. The results show that community-based tourism (X) has a high average of 3.88, while interest in visiting (Y) has the highest average of 4.04. R square of 66.7% indicates that interest in visiting is influenced by community-based tourism, the rest by other factors. It is recommended that the manager maintain and improve community-based tourism so that interest in visiting the Keranggan Tourism Village will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tourist attraction on the interest of visiting tourists in Petak Sembilan, West Jakarta. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach and using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. Distribution was carried out to 100 respondents using a questionnaire. The population in this study focuses on respondents who know Petak Sembilan and have visited Petak Sembilan at least once. In this study, two variables were observed, namely Tourist Attraction as the independent variable and Interest in Visiting Tourists as the dependent variable. The research instruments were tested by validity and reliability tests, data analysis using simple linear regression, hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination and data processing using SPSS version 25. In this study it was recognized that there are other factors that can also affect tourists' visiting intentions. Around 60.2% of the interest in visiting tourists can be explained by the variable tourist attraction.

Abstract

The Raminten Cabaret Show is an entertainment-based tourist attraction that presents the humorous behavior of actors and actresses who appear on stage where visitors can see various parodies of various famous figures. This makes The Raminten Cabaret Show one of the unique Night Life Tourism Attractions or Urban Night Tourism in the City of Jogjakarta and provides adding value ​​as City Branding to the City of Jogjakarta and can increase interest in visiting the city of Jogjakarta. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method, namely by using primary data collection techniques through interviews with visitors to The Raminten Cabaret show and an in-depth literature study. The results of this study are strategies that can develop Urban Night Tourism in Jogjakarta by focusing on City Branding, Development of Tourist Attractions, and Increasing visits to the city of Jogjakarta. The Raminten Cabaret Show can be used as an alternative for tourism in Jogjakarta because it has a style that is different from other types of tourism and can make City Branding Jogjakarta stronger as a tourist city that has various tourist attractions and can increase interest in visiting the city of Jogjakarta.

Abstract

The research conducted to determine the effect of green marketing on buying interest in the food and beverage product at Starbucks BSD. This research was Conducted using quatitive method with questionnaire method distributed via Google Form. One of the analysis technique because in this study only had one X variable and one Y variable. The result pf this study can be seen that (1) green marketing has a significant influence on buying interest at Starbucks BSD. This can be proven from the result of the T test Count > T table of 18.975 > 1.290 (2) From the simple linear regression value the significance value of 0.00 is less than 0.05 (3) from R Square has a value .786 states the effect of the variable 78.6% and 21.4% is influenced by other variables that are not examined.
