Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Al-Qur'an Hadits in class XII IIS 2 MAN 1 Kota Madiun through the implementation of the Mind Map learning model. The background of this study is the students' low understanding of the content of Al-Qur'an Hadits, which affects the achievement of the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM). This study uses the Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach with two cycles, each consisting of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. In Cycle I, the Mind Map model was applied, but the results did not meet the KKM, with an average score of 64 and a learning completeness rate of 62%. Based on the reflection of Cycle I, improvements were made in Cycle II, including better explanations of the Mind Map model and revisions to the lesson plan. The results of Cycle II showed a significant improvement, with an average score of 76 and a learning completeness rate of 85%, which met the KKM. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the Mind Map learning model can improve students' Al-Qur'an Hadits learning outcomes. Further research is recommended to explore the use of Mind Maps in other learning contexts and to develop the use of technology in creating concept maps. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Al-Qur'an Hadits di kelas XII IIS 2 MAN 1 Kota Madiun melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Mind Map. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap kandungan Al-Qur'an Hadits yang berdampak pada pencapaian Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan dua siklus yang masing-masing terdiri dari empat tahapan: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Pada siklus I, model Mind Map diterapkan, namun hasil yang diperoleh belum memenuhi KKM, dengan rata-rata nilai 64 dan tingkat ketuntasan belajar 62%. Berdasarkan refleksi siklus I, dilakukan perbaikan pada siklus II, termasuk peningkatan penjelasan tentang Mind Map dan penyempurnaan RPP. Hasil pada siklus II menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, dengan rata-rata nilai 76 dan tingkat ketuntasan belajar 85%, yang berarti sudah memenuhi KKM. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Mind Map dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Al-Qur'an Hadits siswa, dan disarankan untuk penelitian lanjutan guna mengeksplorasi penggunaan Mind Map dalam konteks pembelajaran lainnya serta pengembangan penggunaan teknologi dalam pembuatan peta konsep.

Abstract

The actions taken by clerics to strengthen Islamic education in certain areas, such as Hamlet 02 in Kota Baru Village, Padang Ratu District, Central Lampung Regency in 2023, are various efforts aimed at developing and improving understanding and religious practices among the local community. The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts made by kiai in reviving Islamic education in hamlet 02 Kampung Kota Baru, Padang Ratu District, Central Lampung Regency. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Then proceed with analyzing the data through a system of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the kiai's efforts in reviving Islamic education in hamlet 02 through TPA Pondok Pesantren Baitussalam, namely by holding activities, namely Riyadah, recitation of mothers, simaan al-Qur'an, and grouping the ability of students into various classes. And there are inhibiting and supporting factors, the inhibiting factor is the lack of desire and low awareness of the community to learn Islam, while the supporting factor is funding, financial support also comes from him to develop and revive Islamic education.
